 El apartamento está ubicado en el centro, con una espectacular vista panorámica al mar.
Este es un dúplex equipado con wifi
 En el primer nivel del apartamento tiene:
 1 sala de estar con vista lateral por dos ventanas en el mar Mediterráneo (orientado al sudeste)
 su habitación privada (2 camas individuales) con su cuarto de baño privado con inodoros (orientado al suroeste)
 En el segundo nivel del apartamento tiene:
 1 salón-comedor con cocina abierta con vista lateral al mar Mediterráneo (orientado al sureste)
 su habitación privada (1 cama de 160x190) con su cuarto de baño privado con inodoros (orientado al suroeste)
 Una pequeña terraza (5 metros cuadrados) donde puedes comer, leer o simplemente relajarte y mirar el mar e Italia
 Este apartamento puede acoger a 4 personas.
La forma más fácil de estacionar su automóvil es en el "monte du souvenir" (la última calle antes de place du basilique) o el "chemin du trabuquet" o boulevard de garavan
Esto es muy interesante porque es estacionamiento gratuito (esto es muy raro en menton)

Wonderful views and location

It was hot when we were in Menton, and there is no AC in this place. There are also plenty of stairs to climb to get to this marvelous location. Once there, you are rewarded with the best views from the balcony. You are in the middle of the old town and close to the beach. The apartment was warm, but cosy. It could use some repairs here and there, and some more kitchenware, but all in all we were very happy with the place. Communucation was nice, informative and efficient. Highly recommended!

Des points forts et des points faibles

À MENTON, pour quelques jours, nous avons séjourné à la mandarine bleue. Cet hébergement présente des points très forts mais d’autres moins. Parmi les points forts : une vue à couper le souffle, dont on ne se lasse pas, un emplacement dans le vieux MENTON en plein centre-ville mais assez en hauteur pour être très calme, des chambres sur deux étages distincts, avec salle de bain individuelles, une literie et des sanitaires correctes. Une petite kitchenette suffisante pour l’usage) et un bon équipement général notamment l’électroménager neuf. Parmi les points faibles : un vrai besoin de rénovation de l’appartement : des poignées de porte ou de fenêtre qui restent dans la main, des interrupteurs dont il manque une partie, un escalier assez abrupte qui ne peut s’allumer que du bas (Le premier qui descend la nuit doit s’éclairer avec la lumière de son téléphone), une porte fenêtre difficile à ouvrir et fermer, idem pour les volets. Pour finir, la communication avec l’hôte est agréable et fluide, c’est aussi un point fort à noter. Bref un très bon séjour mais un logement qui demanderait une petite rénovation quand même ;)

Séjour très agréable, dans un appartement très bien situé dans la vieille ville, disposant d’une vue exceptionnelle. Les déplacements et les visites de proximité sont rendues aisées. Très bonne expérience.

Stellar View, Pleasant Stay in Charming Town

The view over the harbor from this terrace is unparalleled!! You have to work for it though... 415 ft up requires ascending multiple staircases and alleyways through the Old Town to arrive at the front door, and still have to go up an additional 3 flights to reach the kitchen and terrace levels. Once you get there, you will not want to leave this terrace. The initial parking to unload is best done from the Place de l'Eglise, because the address is easier to find that way-- and after that you can go find street parking. The house is on the street direcly opposite the Basilica. (If you have food delivered, make sure you tell them that, we had a driver who could not find this address.) Veronique was a gracious host and very attentive, she even had sodas waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. She also offered to do a video walk through because she wasn't able to be present at check-in. Serviceable, well-equipped kitchen, and having the washing machine was a huge bonus. We spent most of our time on the terrace instead of in the living spaces. Both bathrooms have been remodeled and there's plenty of hot water, and the bedrooms have comfortable beds and plenty of linens. As you would expect from a medieval town, there is quite a bit of noise from the alleys in the evening. Be prepared to have the rear neighbors up close and personal since everyone will have their windows open to take advantage of the cross breeze. The beach mats and umbrellas left out for guest usage were very thoughtful, because we certainly enjoyed the beach more with them. Screaming fast internet, I have rarely encountered better in a rental unit. I would not hesitate to stay at La Mandarine Bleue again.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. It looked to be one of the only apartments with a balcony in this part of the town - a definite selling point! The beach is fantastic. Veronique was very responsive and great to deal with. She gave us lots of good suggestions for the Menton area. Menon was wonderful and definitely worth visiting.

Incredible view and perfect location

Best view in Menton and steps from the beach, restaurants and shops. Funky fun apartment with great owner who was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Even gave us a bottle of limoncello and snacks!

２０年くらい前から１０回以上は通ってますが 旧市街で、最高の眺めのテラスがあり、設備も良く、 大家さんの人柄も良い、最高の部屋のひとつと言えます。 コート・ダジュールで１週間を過ごされるなら マントンのこの部屋が最高だと思いますが、 あまり紹介しすぎると自分の予約ができなくなりそうで怖いです。 I have been in this town more than 10 times since 20 years ago. This apartment is located in the old town(vieille ville) of Menton. It has a terrace with the best view overlooking 180 degrees, good facilities. The personality of the owner is also good. It can be said to be one of the best rooms. Honestly, I do not really want to introduce it. Because there are risks that many reservations come and I will not be able to make my reservation in the future.

Apartment is in great location in a wonderful town

I would recommend staying at this apartment! It is in the center of old town, a few mins walking to the best beaches in Menton and the historic Basilica of Saint Menton. The host was always available if needed — check in and check out went very smooth, and the host gave us great tips on activities, restaurants, etc. The apartment had toys for the kids and even items for the beach (mats, umbrella, sand toys, etc) The apartment has a balcony that has an amazing view looking East to see the sunrise and watch the beach-goers. Truly a special place and would return

Stunning view, very well equipped. Characteristic location. Ideal for a short stay.

Best solution for parking is the area near the cemetery but you can reach the old church square just to unload your luggage.

Beautiful view and location

The blue mandarine is a wonderful place to stay in menton. Great location across from the beaches, and right in the best part of menton. (The old section). The home was decorated very nicely, and it was very clean. The owner Veronique couldn't have been more helpful for all our needs. She is very quick to reply to any questions we had. I would love to stay here again one day.
