Beautiful Property!

This was a beautiful property! Very clean and spacious for our girl's weekend. Close to hiking and kayaking. Property owner was very responsive and great to work with. Would stay here again in the future.

Relaxing and Peaceful Vacation

Peaceful and comfortable!

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room inside as well as outside the house. The property was well maintained along with the home. The yard was perfect for us as we hung out on Saturday and played yard games the entire day and enjoyed the wonderful fire pit at night. I would definitely stay there again!

great little hideaway

Well kept and manicured. House is super clean and has everything you think you need for your stay, and then more! I had the wrong passcode for the keypad when we arrived and Denise responded to my text immediately with the correct code so we could get in. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely love to come back again!

Fantastic house!

Beautiful and very clean house with all the little things you might ever need. The owner is very thoughtful about providing anything you might need or have forgotten. Great location central to many different areas and experiences. Very peaceful and beautiful. My family had the best time and definitely plan to make this one of our regular vacation destinations!

Perfect snow getaway

The home is so cute and fun. We got away for a family snow weekend. Went skiing 30 min to the west and the kids had fun. Would recommend a little space heater for one of the rooms as if the door is closed, it gets cold. Very clean and well stocked kitchen!

Perfect home for a family!!!

This home made my family trip so easy and fun. Lot of toys, inside and outside. The swing set with slide was perfect to keep the kids busy outside while you sit and enjoy the fire. Very clean home. I am definitely planning on going back cause my kids loved being there. Thank you Denise for being so available.

Diane and Phil are the owners of this beautiful home. They enjoy the serenity the river offers, as neighbors to this property. They enjoy gardening, hunting, fishing and everything outdoors! Recently retired from the Christmas Tree Industry, and owners of a Conifer Nursery, they now have time for their 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Diane and Phil's daughter and son in law manage the property. Denise and Tom will meet you and see to your needs.

This property is centrally located and off the beaten path. 45 mins to Traverse City and just ten mins to Cadillac and Lake City. The river offers great swimming, fishing, kayaking or canoeing. Bring your family and spend some quiet time together!
