Casa renovada y moderna en un barrio tranquilo de Richardson TX. Derecha de US-75 y Belt-Line Rd. Bien amueblada, cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. Gran salón y comedor, patio enorme, Internet rápido, cables y mucho más.

Situado en un barrio tranquilo de Richardson TX, a unos 25 minutos en coche del centro y de la zona residencial de Dallas.

La casa es una casa familiar completamente renovada. Ponemos mucho amor, tiempo y esfuerzo y ¡te encantará el resultado! Estamos seguros de hacer :)

Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada y permite interactuar con sus invitados mientras prepara una comida increíble (solo asegúrese de limpiar una vez que termine de cocinar).

En nuestra sala de estar encontrará un gran sofá cómodo y un sillón, un Smart TV de 60 pulgadas con cables y un ambiente acogedor que hará que pasar tiempo con sus amigos / familia sea muy agradable.

El comedor tiene una gran mesa de comedor (puede acomodar fácilmente a 8 personas).

La suite principal tiene una cama king size, una cómoda y un armario que puedes usar para guardar cosas. Una televisión inteligente con cables y un baño completo.

Tenemos dos habitaciones para huéspedes. Uno con una cama queen size y el otro con 2 literas gemelas sobre gemelas. Ambas habitaciones tienen un armario para su conveniencia. Un segundo baño completo está disponible para ambas habitaciones.

El garaje se adapta a un coche, pero hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento disponible en la calle.

Tenemos una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora a disposición de nuestros huéspedes.

El patio trasero es enorme y hermoso, tiene un juego de comedor para 6 personas y un montón de espacio para que jueguen tus hijos.

Por favor cuida bien de la casa y mantenla limpia.

Here's a summary: the home is advertised as a 4-bedroom luxury stay. It is 3, not 4. This is deception. They do have a hut-like room in the backyard, but that does not count as a 4th bedroom. It is outside of the floor plan as evident by the city. This should have been made clear. Description on the website must match reality. And we could not access this room. Add to this: the pool was dirty, not cleaned at all. We could not use it. The so-called theater in the backyard had no instructions, and the screen was ripped off. The day we checked out, the 4 of us had to take cold showers. Not sure why. Did the owner turn off hot water remotely?. No idea. On the positive side, the owner responded promptly to messages. I chose not to contact them over number of rooms since I was too busy during my stay. I had no time for back and forth. And the issues I mentioned: wrong number of rooms, unclean pool, were not easy fixes. The description on vrbo is not accurate. There's nothing luxury about this home. The last thing is that they ended up charging me more the quoted price,, additional fees I was not aware of. I never want to leave bad reviews, but for this one, I have to. Those are major violations.

All of the vents and AC room were covered in mold. The staff and office resolved our concerns by relocating us, but it did take a few hours to verify our issue and get a new house.

Nice property

This was a great stay for us, yes it was out of the business of downtown, but still in a comfortable driving distance. Backyard was enjoyable and pool would have been nice if the weather was warmer (stayed in April).

Great property, just like the description. Very comfortable and central location. Nice neighborhood, very quiet and close to lots of shops, restaurants and events. Easy to get to and centrally located. I'd def stay there again!

Great stay! Loved the pool!

Asher was very helpful and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The property was easy to find and check-in was super easy. The pool was by far the best part, especially in the Texas summer heat!

Great House and Location

This house was a perfect fit for our family! My kids enjoyed the pool. The house was very clean and the host was very helpful/attentive. We will definitely stay here again next time we stay in Richardson.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was great for our family. We needed to be able to work and start school as we transitioned through a cross country move. The pool was my kids favorite!

Thanks giving

Rented this home for a week visiting family in the plano area. Home is exactly as it is shown. The yard is large and fendced in so our pups had a place to run. The home was well suited for our visit. The Kitchen was equipped well enough that we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. We had a great stay. The location worked well as everything we needed or went to see was 20-30 minutes away. Thank you for a great stay. we will rent here again.

Where do I start. We loved everything about this house. The pool, the outside movie screen, the neighborhood, the grill. I mean what more do I have to say. They did a great job messaging back when I had questions. It was just a great time. Me being a cook, I enjoyed the kitchen and the counter space

Good family accommodations

Needed pet friendly accommodations while some renovations were being done in our home. The dogs loved the secure yard. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet and close to so many restaurants and shopping. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because there were wasps. But the management had an appointment wuth an exterminator within an hour of being notified. We would stay in this home again in the future.

Great Location, Terrific Host Communication

This is a cute bungalow type house, north central to the metro with easy access to 75 and 635. Fun stuff to do in the neighborhood that was free. Only issue was my check in email was buried in my spam box, but a call straightened it out immediately. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, linens excellent. I'm sure the backyard is a blast in the summer. The host company kept in close contact without being intrusive. The fenced yard made it easy for me to have my dogs with us, which cinched our stay here.

Watch out for property management group - fees, etc.

This is not a luxury property but it was clean. After booking and paying non-refundable fees via Vrbo, the property management firm demanded identification and more fees. The check in process is ridiculously long and unfair. Pool filter did not work. Bed in bunkhouse is unusable.
