TERRIBLE RENTAL
This house is advertised with an RV garage but SURPRISE!! , the owner has his boat and truck inside! I arrived without my boat cover to park inside the RV garage even after clarifying over the phone it was available. Turns out it’s NOT! We go inside and the house was 85 degrees and the AC would not turn on . Hours later and after having it out with the property management they had someone come look at it who said the house had dropped a couple degrees while we were out on the lake. I suspect the ducting is destroyed because we never felt air coming out of the vents in the main living area. The house has a very dangerous roof top deck which has a rotten wood railing barely waist high. The roof appears to be coming apart ...I would not even consider bringing kids to this house for that reason alone. When we arrived back at the house after our first day on the lake we started the shower for our kids and the water was scolding hot when set to full cold. I ran it at least 10-15 minutes and it never cooled off. I texted the property management to let them know about the problem and I got a response, “Oh my god ,,, this is Havasu”! “The water is HOT “! That’s when I had enough , I said this is a bad shower cartridge. GOOGLE IT LADY! The overall impression we got is some absentee owners from Minnesota decided to cash in on the rental market with their TEAR DOWN HOUSE filled with old garbage utensils and furnishings . The bed in the master was so soft and saggy my wife and I both ended up with cramping necks. Sorry for the being completely honest . I have plenty of pictures and videos to support and will post them if able . Would NEVER return.
