This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. The location is excellent—centrally located and easy to find, which made getting around a breeze. The layout of the house was ideal, especially for our group. The four teenage girls loved having their own wing of the house, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.The host was responsive and quick to reply to any questions, which made the whole experience even smoother. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to other families or groups looking for a spacious, well-located place to stay!

Lovely Month-Long Experience

We, a senior couple with 2 senior dogs, enjoyed this clean, well-equipped home with open areas both indoors and out. The dogs just loved exploring the large walled yard and quickly learned to navigate indoors. As for the humans...a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and large TVs with a variety of streaming services fit all our relaxation needs.

Spacious stay

Who ever cleans it needs to get another job. I spent a day washing dishes and cleanibg the stove. Could also use some hand towels, only 2. I went and bought 2 more and left them there. Coffee pot quit after one use, bought another at goodwill and left it

Overall property was good. Spacious and well equipped. Owner was responsive. Problem when we first arrived. Contacted the owner and was promptly dealt with. A few areas need repair and some items need replacement (barbecue). Need to indicate garage is not available for use.

Great house

Thanks so much for providing such a clean and wonderful place to stay while in Lake Havasu. The location of the house is incredibly convenient to all areas and access to the river was just a short drive away. Deanna was flexible during checking in time, the house was large, and the beds were comfy. Loved that we could park our truck and boat behind the secured gate. We cant wait to come back!

Difficult to stay here

The cleanliness of the place was horrible. Food left in oven and in the refrigerator . Floor so dirty we couldn’t walk on the floor barefoot. We had to get down on our hands and knees to wash the floor.Appliances which were listed as amenities did not work (blender and mixer). Had to go buy my own blender and I left for the next people. Furniture was is bad shape.couch broken. Almost fell on the floor when leaned back on bar stool. I don’t like to give bad ratings but this one was the the worst place I had ever stayed at. Owner offered to give some of the cleaning fee back but of course never seen it. It would have been a better situation to have the house recreated while we were there. We even left one day early so they would have more time to clean for the next people coming. Had the house been in good status I think we would have liked it there. We were not informed of the loud noises from the garage or the really loud annoying blood hound next door that barked a lot. The beds were comfortable.and the location was good. It was just very dirty. The manager wa not very receptive to the complaints. She did apologize but gave no suggestions to make anything better. So for the bad review

Quick getaway

The location of this home is very convenient, close to the lake and launch ramp. Communication with the owner was good and check in was easy. The home has boat parking behind the side gate which is very nice! The master bed was comfortable as well.

The perfect place!

The property was amazing and fit the rental description to a T. The house exceeded our expectations and then some! Deanna was great and easy to communicate with, as well as quick to respond to questions or concerns. It is also so close to anything you need! No more than 15 minutes to the water, and even less time to food and stores. I come to Havasu a lot so I will definitely be booking this property again.

Awesome Havasu Vacation Rental!

This rental was very spacious and perfect for a weekend stay in Lake Havasu City. The kitchen is very nice and big, living room is comfortable and two main bedrooms are the perfect size. The gaming room is perfect for kids but there is also a footon if you have more guests. I loved that the washer and dryer were in a separate area as well. The only downside is that it is a little bit farther away from the channel than we expected. Still was an easy drive and we would stay there again!

Awesome, and very family oriented

This home was phenomenal. Very kid friendly, spacious and comfortable. The owner provided information like places to eat, events, tourist spots, etc. The home is minutes away from the lake and very well kept..My family and I really enjoyed our stay. :-).
