Just returned from our first trip to Aruba and this Condo was amazing - exactly as advertised. We basically lived on the balcony as the view was so beautiful. Very close to the beach, pool was lovely and best of all this was a very quiet location but felt very safe. Close to some restaurants and food stores and taxis were very easy to get. Clean unit with nice amenities and lots of extras to enjoy like chairs and coolers for the beach. Carlos was fantastic to deal with. He emailled all kinds of tips which we appreciated and answered almost instantly. Check in was super easy with onsite Security. Gets an 11 out of 10 from us - this place will be hard to beat and we will definitely be back!

This place was fantastic! Highly recommend! The beds were super comfortable, kitchen well-stocked with staples, view can’t be beat, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella make for perfect beach days. Pool was wonderful. There aren’t enough good things to say!

"An Excellent Stay!"We had a fantastic experience at this condo! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The view was absolutely breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the location. The area itself was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return for another stay!

Carlos condo was the perfect place for our first time to Aruba.Pictures are accurate with the most beautiful view of the pool area below and out to the beach and ocean views.It never got old having tea in the morning or a cold drink later and admire the view.Condo was in the best location on quiet Eagle beach, 200 steps to the beach across the street.Grounds were clean, condo was spotless and comfortable beds.Pool towels, chairs, noodles and a cooler were used daily.Kitchen well stocked and W and D great for laundry.Carlos was immediate in his responses and gave great pre arrival information, restaurants etc.Favorite restaurants were Chalet Suisse (across the street), Madame Jeannettes, Elements, Quinta del Carmen, Azar but there are so many to choose from.Hint: go put the beach chairs under a palapa by 7:20 am to be able to get out of the hot sun or you can pay 35 to rent an umbrella for the day. Shade was key to staying on the beach for 5 hours every day.Overall an excellent stay at Carlos lovely condo. We will be returning.Bonus for me was the resident sweet female cat who was so friendly.We fed her daily but someone on the property cares for her too which is nice!!

Beautiful condo & property! A few highlights:- Responsive host - thx Carlo!- Amazing terrace for relaxing - pleasantly cool & what a VIEW!- Lots of towels plus W&D and well-stocked basics.- Beautiful, clean grounds & pool, friendly staff - thx Oswald!- Easy walk to beautiful Eagle beach, several restaurants.- Great location. We walked to Palm Beach (hot - bring water!), and it was a short drive south to cruise terminal area or north to Tres Trapi and Arashi beach. A few minutes to drive to supermarket and movie theater. We loved it!

The condo is as advertised, clean, convenient, and welcoming. Great views from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach, easy access to everything Aruba has to offer, lots of space to hang out and relax. Pool was great, the manager was immediately available for the few questions we had. We will be back!

An overall outstanding vacation experience! Comfortable, clean, safe, spacious, and a perfect location. Two minute walk to the beach and beach chairs/towels provided in the unit. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance or a short taxi/car drive. Great communication with the host. Would absolutely recommend and stay again in the future!

We come to Aruba every year. This condo is right across the street from Eagle Beach. Double balcony. Clean. Pool and hot tub. Restaurants within walking distance. All around beautiful. Will stay here again. Book with confidence.

The beach is awesome, the neighborhood is great with a super market around the corner, nice places to eat abound. It's as if Carlo is sitting by waiting for your messaging with how fast he replies. Had a great time.

An hidden gem in Eagle Beach

Aruba One Happy Island

Outside balcony and pool were outstanding. Proximity to Eagle beach was great. Security person (Oswald) was excellent. The unit was clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive. Lighting in bathrooms could be improved. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Place was well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. We loved the peaceful and walkable area. Carlo gave us information from the moment we booked which helped us plan our first trip to Aruba. We would definitely stay here again. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Stay

Carlo was a great host. The rental was excellent and had alot of great amenities such as beach towels, cooler and beach chairs. The rental description was perfectly described. Just mins from a fabulous beach. Oswald at security desk was so helpful. Rental had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool was such a bonus. I will stay there again!

Amazing Condo, amazing trip

The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and was in a great location to everything! Carlo was very helpful throughout this entire process. Oswaldo, the gate security person was very helpful and so friendly. The gounds and pool were beautiful!

Fantastic Stay

Amenities and unit accommodations were excellent. The close proximity of beach is great. All requests and issues were handled efficiently and resolved immediately by host and his staff. Will consider renting this unit again whenever we return to Aruba.

Beautiful view

This apartment is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The view is amazing. Apartment grounds are very clean and the pool is very nice also. Quick walk to Eagle beach. It was convenient to have a rental car, 5 minute drive to all the restaurants in Palm beach and about 10 minutes to Orangestad. Taxi’s could also be an option- very easy in Aruba. I highly recommend this apartment, it was perfect for our family with teenagers.

You can do better

The condo itself is very nice. It was very clean, spacious, and updated. The pool is also very nice. In fact, the entire condo building is very nice. However, it is also very dead and feels like you are on the outskirts. It is about a block away from the beach. 2 minute walk? Maybe if you are in sneakers. If you are a family with small kids and toting beach chairs then it is not 2 minutes. And if your kids are older, do you really want them crossing a busy highway to get to the beach? Besides not having dining on site, there are very limited options that are walking distance. For a better experience try Costa Linda or Manchebo Beach. The overall vibe is just much better. There is music, poolside restaurants, activity. If you are interested in just a quiet getaway then maybe Oasis is for you. But for our family it seemed like a retirement home.
