Very comfy home!

We had a great week at Oak Island. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. It was also stocked with plenty,of books and games to keep everyone well entertained. It was an easy walk to the beach. We also,enjoyed the outdoor areas. It was perfect for hanging out as a family. G.H. and Kathy are amazing hosts.

Long weekend with friends

We had such a great time in Oak Island. The property was very clean, comfortable, and accommodated a crowd. Easy walk to the beach too!

Wonderful experience

This was my families first time using home away and this property is perfect. It’s quiet off the beach scene with LOTS of space. Kathy is wonderful to deal with. Will definitely be back here next year!

Great Beach Vacation

Loved the place! Very easy instructions to follow on entering and leaving. Had some contact with the owner about some things and she responded promptly. No real issues. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful home. Very close to the beach. Spacious with plenty of outdoor space for the whole family. Would definitely rent this house again. Kathy was great to work with and quick to reply to any questions. 5 stars all the way.

This was a very nice home away from all the hustle and bustle but still close to great restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The patio was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay !!!

An over all review of our stay...well, it was a great experience. The only issues we had were the amount of rain received prior to our stay. The driveway was under water most of the time and we had to park behind the house in the neighbors drive/yard. The yard would have been torn completely up if we had continued to drive in and out of it. I hate we had to use the neighbors drive, but i didn't want more damage done to the yard than was done prior to our stay. I didn't want to be ones blamed for the mess :) There was an issue with the sink on the 3 bedroom side. We reported it and Kathy sent over a plumber to replace the faucet and all was well. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be renting again !!! Thank you Kathy for the hospitality given to us during our stay.

Such a nice home close to the beach

This is a beautiful home, the pictures do NOT do it justice. Everything available that you need, the walk to the beach only takes a few minutes. Enjoyed staying here, would highly recommend it!

This is a great rental! Kathy is a very nice lady and we enjoyed staying in her rental. The house is so spacious and accommodating. The house is very close to the beach, dinning and shopping.

We stayed in June 2018. Our experience was wonderful, and the owner Kathy was amazing and very helpful. The house was great and in a great area of Oak Island. Close to shops, restaurants, and beach access. We will definitely stay here again.
