Amazing house, Perfect location! Right in the middle of everything, Beach, Las olas, Charming!

Absolutely amazing house! Perfect location for any type of vacation. Pictures don’t even do justice to this beautiful house. From the moment we arrived, the owner Johnny made this the best rental house I’ve stayed in, he had everything we could need and helped us get settled. Can’t wait to stay again soon!!

Definitely recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay in Victoria park. The location as described, a short walk to restaurants on route 1 and a short car ride to the beach. The outdoor space was great for hanging out and playing lawn games. It was easy to communicate for the host. We would stay here again!

Beach Bachelorette

We celebrated a bachelorette party at this home. It is very cute and cozy house and felt more open in the main area than I expected! Everyone said their mattresses were comfortable. The guest house was a huge bonus and it is absolutely adorable! The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and playing games & the backyard felt private with mature trees basically bordering it. We had everything we needed it seemed. (Included pool towels and large yeti cooler) We went to the Las Olas area and the beach which were both a short Uber ride. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house so that’s probably the only thing I can’t give a clear opinion on. Owner and property manager communication was great-instantly responded to text messages.

Great house!

This house was great for my friends and I. The house had everything we could ask for and more. The home itself is so cute. It has charm and style. The backyard was awesome for activities, including yoga and laying on the hammock. The pool was a nice bonus too! The casita was great! The house comfortably accommodated all of our guests. The house manager Leo was responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. I would definitely come back to this place!

The perfect stay for a girls weekend

10 of us stayed here for my friends covid friendly bachelorette. Great, safe location, and lots of entertaining space. Would definitely recommend! The check in and check out process was smooth and we look forward to returning in the future!

Charming home with lots of character

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family group had plenty of room and greatly appreciated the warm welcome by the property manager. The home has everything you need; the kitchen, laundry, pool were so great to have during the pandemic. The casita was also very lovely. Location is great.

Reunion Trip

Great home that housed 10 guests for a college reunion! All guests slept comfortably and the guest house was very helpful to have. Leo came to the property and led a very thorough walk through to detail every inch of the property. He went through amenties, where extra items were, what we needed to do, and gave some helpful tips to avoid issues with neighbors. Communication was great and it was no issue to delegate to a friend that lived in the area since I wasn't coming in until the next day. The pool was great as well as the patio area in the back. The property was very close to the beach and had a number of restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend if you're planning to be in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Amazing time,Amazing House, Great location!!!

Johnny was easy to work with and the house was very nice. The best part is the location. We walked to Los Olas each night and a few minute uber to the beach and t Andrews street. Had everything we needed to grill out and cook. The second house in the back was great for us as well. We had the grandparents stay back there and they loved it. Totally will be back next year. Thanks Johnny and Lisa

Loved it. I will definitely stay there again. I have no complaints.

I really enjoyed my stay there, it was very clean, spacious, and pretty. I was close to restaurants and the beach and enjoyed being able to take walks in the neighborhood. Back behind the house is a very nice efficiency apartment with a very nice bath. The host was readily available if I needed anything. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful House, Wonderful Location Near the Beach, Mall, Las Olas Dining, Clubs and Shopping

I arrived on our vacation and the house was better than the pictures. The huge common area allowed my entire group to spend time together and the 5 large bedrooms were a wonderful retreat we the couples needed alone time. The cottage with a full bathroom, bedroom and kitchen in the back yard was and added treat. We were able to walk to Las Olas for dinner every night. The Ft Lauderdale Beach was beautiful We rode bikes every day to the beach except one day we took the Beach Buggy golf carts and the driver gave us a tour as we went. What a wonderful trip. Thank you, Johnny, fpr being such a wonderful host. I've traveled many times but you are the best home owner I've ever dealt with. You are da man!!

Amazing house with a great loction. Perfect for Families and kids

We came in town for a family reunion and had a great time in Fort Lauderdale. The house was great and the location was perfect. We were walking distance from Los Olas strip and a 5 minute Uber ride from the beach. Johnny was easy to talk to and gave us all the info about the area and check in was easy. He even gave us a free early check-in. The house had a very clean and unique design and was stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill out each day. The extra guest house in the back was my favorite. It was the perfect get away from the noise of everyone in the main house as I had two little ones that I put to bed at 9pm each night. They also loved the play ground in the back yard. Over all I give the house 5 stars. Only thing I would add is a few more wine glasses. They had 6 and we needed 10.

It is the perfect location if you want to be close to the beach by day, and close to the downtown nightlife of The World Famous Las Olas Blvd where you can walk to shops, restaurants, and clubs at night. The beautiful backyard paradise has a heated pool, barbeque grill, covered outdoor dining area, 2nd covered patio seating area, hammock, and kid's playhouse to ensure a perfect pool day!
