From the balcony you have views of the towering buildings of downtown and West Las Olas Boulevard is less than one mile from your front door. Just a mile away is Cooley's landing where you can park and stroll Riverwalk along the water and onto Las Olas Boulevard to enjoy the shops, dining, galleries, and weekend street fairs and music festivals.

-It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
-Guests must adhere to city ordinances applicable to residential areas including but not limited to noise, parking, and occupancy.

We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.
