Amazing spot!

Just Wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very pleased with the rental. Location is A+. Beach club is a very convenient 5 min walk away. Camp Watercolor is a 10 min bike ride. We don’t recommend driving there as car parking is very limited at that pool. The inside of the unit was great, had almost everything you could need. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal and it was immediately resolved. The text messaging communication is excellent and very fast. There are only two things we wished the unit had. First, a ceiling fan on the porch. It was so wonderful sitting out there in the morning and afternoon/evenings and it would have been lovelier with a fan to circulate the air. Second is bike tire pump to keep the bike tires inflated. Only one item of caution...theft is a real problem in the area so make sure you keep tabs on your stuff and lock it up. There are 4 units in the building and while we were there 3 of the 4 units experienced theft. We had 2 kids scooters stolen in broad daylight one morning. The people across from us had a cooler and other kids beach toys stolen and the people below us had 2 bikes stolen. Perhaps a camera or a sign indicating the building is under surveillance is in order to help deter this activity. While it was a bummer it doesn’t change our overall opinion of the rental. This is our 5th year coming to the area and we would definitely stay with Beach Habitats again. Thank you!

Great condo and perfect location!

Loved our stay and the condo was great, with the location being perfect!My only complaint is that the second bathroom did not have a window covering and the 3rd story condo next door could see directly into the shower. I used command strips and a towel for a temporary fix, so it ended up being ok.That being said, I would still rent this unit again!

Perfect Week in Watercolor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo in the heart of Watercolor. The located is excellent given we could walk to Seaside (10 min), the Beach Club (3min), and Club Watercolor (15min) very easily. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. We loved sitting on the porch listening to the water fountain and people watching. They have coloring books, cards, and a few games for kids. The kitchen has everything you need (except we couldn't figure out how to grind the salt/pepper to use). Plenty of towels were provided. We hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect Getaway

The decor is beautiful and the space is so nice. I love the addition of the bunk beds in the guest room as well. The location is perfect for everything, from pool, beach and shopping. I love my mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee. The rental company is by far the most courteous and hospitable to work with. Their quick response and exceptional customer service is the best! We will be back and we will stay at this beautiful condo. Thank you!

The unit was extremely clean & the throw pillows, rugs & outdoor cushions were as good as new. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaints were the Internet was extremely slow & we would have liked a better cable package. It only had basic cable so channels were limited.

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect. Great location. We had one problem with our ice machine and maintenance fixed it within the hour. Watercolor itself has become very nickel and dime. The beach is lined with watercolor chairs and anyone wanting to bring their own chairs has to walk far to get a spot. You have to pay to park at Camp Watercolor and Beach club now.

Great place

Great, comfortable place. Very clean and updated. PERFECTLY located - close to Beach Club and the beach, as well as several restaurants. My only complaint is the very poor WiFi. It’s unacceptable for modern times. No complaints about anything else. Just so future guests can provision accordingly, you get one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for your stay. You will likely need to include these items in your stop at the grocery store. There were several boogie boards and a beach umbrella, but no beach chairs. I read one of the reviews before our trip that complained about loose cords and worn carpet. This review should be removed, as there is no carpet in the place. The bad review must have been from before a renovation.

Beautiful Condo and Area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved staying in this condo. The location is perfectly located close to all amenities. Right outside the condo is secluded and quaint. We enjoyed looking out at the pond from the pack porch. The condo is beautifully decorated, simple and comfortable, but tasteful. The bed in the master bedroom was not as comfortable as our bed at home, but good enough. The kitchen had everything we needed, though pots and pans are non-stick, so if we stay here again we will bring one from home. The washer and dryer was convenient and clean. The bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of towels. When we arrived the thermostat was set on heat, so when we changed it over there was a musty/mildew smell, but that's not uncommon and lessened during our stay. We enjoyed using the boogie boards and playing the board games. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!

Awesome location and beautiful condo

Last minute booking for our family and didn’t know what to expect - what a great location! My sons are asking to come back next year already. Highly recommended and the host was extremely easy to work with.

Amazing condo

We absolutely loved this condo. It was in the perfect location and the layout was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and came with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty but nothing too bad. We will definitely be back next year.
