FRIO RIVER OASIS es un gran hogar de 5 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños en el río Frio, al este de Leakey. En la entrada hay una zona tranquila para leer o visitar. La casa tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con un bar para comer y mesa de comedor. La amplia sala de estar cuenta con suelos de baldosas y una chimenea de propano. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y queen size, con un gran baño privado con ducha / bañera combo. En la planta baja hay tres dormitorios adicionales. Uno tiene dos camas queen y un gran paseo, el segundo tiene una cama individual, y el siguiente tiene una cama matrimonial y un conjunto de literas dobles. Hay otro baño completo con ducha / bañera en la planta baja. Una lavadora y secadora, provistas para su conveniencia, están al lado de un medio baño abajo también. Toallas y sábanas están incluidas para su conveniencia. Arriba hay una habitación con literas con dos camas queen y literas dobles para huéspedes adicionales. Hay una gran glorieta con una mesa de picnic y sillas con vistas al río Frio y una hoguera proporciona un excelente lugar para sentarse y disfrutar del entorno tranquilo o visitar a los huéspedes. Tubos, natación y kayak en el río Frio están justo en la puerta de atrás. ¡Déjanos ser tu familia y amigos reunidos!

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our needs, and the river was amazing! Even though it was shallow there were a few deep spots right by the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience!

My family and I truly enjoyed this home and the location just minutes from Leakey. This location on the Frio is very peaceful and the property is pristine. We can't wait to come back next year.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay. The house was on a perfect location to the river. It was a fully equiped house that made our stay so much better. The kids enjoyed all the toys and game boards. We will definitely be returning.

Family birthday trip

We had a great time. 18 people all ages, and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. This place has everything you need. Being right on the river is the best part of this house. The home is well cared for with lots of bedding, towels, and every kitchen amenity. We loved our stay!

Fun time on the Frio.

There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy cooking, playing games & visiting with each other. We would have liked the river to be a little deeper but we were able to cool off in pockets of water. The outside areas were very enjoyable and we would stay here again.

Beautiful quiet spot on the Frio

Our small homeschool co-op (5 moms, 11 kids) stayed for a few days to kickoff our school year. Nothing like school in the river! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and hood lounging space in living area.

Spacious home, beautiful view.

Although the weather could have been nicer we all had a great time this weekend. The covered deck by the riverside was where we spent the majority of the day. The only tiny tiny complaint is that the WiFi was inop but as long as you have AT&T you’ll have perfect cell signal. Well definitely visit again.

Absolutely Perfect!!

The property was exactly how it was described on VRBO. Home was equipped with everything you need no detail left out. Water access was perfect, private gazebo was enjoyable. The area was peaceful and quiet. This was our first trip to the Frio with our 8 yr old grandson. We will definitely return to this rental for our future trips.

Motorcycle trip

Great place to stay with a group of motorcyclists. We had a total of 12 bikers along to ride the scenic hill country and the Twister Sisters. This place was perfect for a home base. Everyone had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. Nothing especially fancy about this place, but they got the basics down very well. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic vacation at the Frio River Oasis

We had a wonderful time at the Frio River Oasis. The house is large and very accommodating for big groups of people. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the pots and pans you could ever need. They even supplied a coffee pot and a coffee grinder and a keurig! There’s lots of room to spread out inside and comfortable seating in the living room. There are indoor and outdoor games and the wifi worked great for us. The absolute best thing is the proximity to the river- it is right out the back door! Property manager was very responsive. I highly recommend this place!

All the comforts of home!

We stayed here for three days and had a blast. The property was spotless and beautiful! The beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. We had everything we needed and more….you don’t need to bring anything from home except for clothes and food! The most well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental. The river was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunsets at night tremendously. At the time of our stay, the river was about 3 1/2 feet deep in front of the house, but got deeper as you went to the right. Highly recommend!!!

Frio Oasis

We love staying with Cypress Banks. We have stayed in 2 different properties and they are all amazing. The Oasis is a great comfortable home. With all the kitchen necessities to prepare any type of meal. We love the layout of the house with all the bedrooms in different corners of the house. The beds are comfy and so is the living room with plenty of seating. The gazebo out front is the best addition to sit and watch the river. Unfortunately we didn’t get to take too much advantage of it because we are in the middle of a heat wave. But early mornings and late nights were very enjoyable especially with the fans out there. We will be back for sure next summer!!

Great Weekend Trip

Nice, big house that fit 13 adults and 5 kids very comfortably. Perfect area on the river for those with younger kids and the adults had a great time relaxing in the water also. The deck overlooking the river is nice and a good size for hanging out and playing games. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice utility room with washer, dryer, and an extra fridge. They also have many games at the house for playing in the evening. We had a great time and will be back!

Perfect spring break getaway

This property was perfect! Right next to the river with some shallow parts that the kids played on. There was even a little dock/ladder that the littles used to climb down. The evenings were gorgeous as we could see so many stars. Took us a while to figure out the cooling but the property manager was super helpful and very responsive. We accidentally left one of my daughters cherished toy phones behind and he was kind enough to send to us. The location was great for reaching garner and lost maples very easily. Overall would def return and recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot for a large crowd.
