All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.
April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate.


Are you looking for river access with privacy? 4 Maples, is the perfect rental for you and your family. The home sits on 5 acres, this quaint country home is located 10 minutes from the popular Concan area and the Frio River float. The Dry Frio always has water flowing; a natural spring is close to this area of the Dry Frio. This area is NOT part of the floating Frio, but perfect for little ones and relaxing with a little water therapy. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths – sleeping 11. Downstairs is a den area with seating, a large dining table, TV and 1 twin bed. There are steps up to the kitchen and living area. On the same floor, there is the master bedroom, 1 bathroom/tub, and a 2nd full bath with shower by the kitchen area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the 3rd bathroom with shower.
The outside area is a wonderful bonus. A wrap-around covered porch is the perfect place to watch the kiddos in the river or enjoy the hillside sunsets. Along the side of the house is additional seating along with tables. A large BBQ grill is in a covered area with convenience entrance to the house. The large fire pit is available for your enjoyment. Away from the house, there is a large covered concrete slab to use for your own use or to park vehicles. Outdoors you will have a horseshoe pit accessible to you. We do have a limited number or horseshoes to provide, if you would like to bring yours please do so.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

WHAT TO BRING
LINENS - Bring linens and pillowcases for 2 Queen, 4 full beds, 1 Twin bed in the den.
TOWELS - Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels
CHAIRS - Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS - Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware
SOAPS - Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, and dishwasher soap, clothes washing soap
BBQ - There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches
