Good enough

It served its purpose. Good location and neighborhood. We liked the pool, poolside grill and pickleball courts. Close to Branson activities. Pretty clean but cleaners left previous renter’s contacts on night stand ledge in master. Decor is outdated but works for a Branson condo. We were provided with the wrong WiFi password and when we contacted management they acted like we were clearly the ones doing something wrong. Found the correct password on the fridge a few days in. Hardly got an apology.

Oasis Spring Break Stay

The apartment was very clean and everything worked accordingly. It is a little dated, but functional. The steps going down to the apartment are very steep.

beautiful place enjoyed the stay

I enjoyed the stay and the place was beautiful, although we stayed below someone who had kids that jumped all day long. We always knew when they were asleep. Also there was a smell that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Over all we had a good stay and enjoyed the outdoors.

Nice, clean and roomy condo

Family of 4 with 3 dogs. We enjoyed our stay. Cant use fireplace and water heater is a little small. But everything else is awesome. Beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms are a great sizes. Beautiful view out back.be back.

Beautiful Community

This property is located in a beautiful and quiet community. It is easy to get to area attractions, stores and restaurants. The actual unit is adequately furnished and the kitchen well stocked for small meals or snacks on site. It is outdated and very dark inside.

Great place to stay

Great property in a golf community. Good amenities. My only complaints are that a number of light bulbs were burned out and the blinds in the front bedroom were broken and nonfunctional.

Nice property however Upstairs neighbors very disruptive

The property was nice and fit what we needed. The pool was close and nice. Check in was seamless and very nice. The upstairs neighbors kid or kids ran back and forth stomping throughout the condo starting at 7a. Additionally they ran in the evening as well. The loud running back and forth through their Condo woke us up in the AM and caused our dog to bark as well.

We didn't spend much time at the condo but it was clean and seemed to have everything that one might need. The decor is a little dated, and the beds could definitely use an update. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is ground level and welcomes pets which is really nice (there's even some grass for them to enjoy and an easy slider to the back yard). However there is a set of steep stairs to get to the unit which may be an issue for some. Hot water runs low quick, which was unfortunate. Showers had to be quick. Also somewhat ill equipped for a longer stay (no dish sponges, no hangers in the rooms). We never felt like we got to fully unpack or feel settled in. Although our stay was short. I guess 2 dishwasher pods are customary nowadays, but we ended up having to use some sugar and a cloth to get through washing dishes which just shouldn't be the experience we write home about. Also, the key code was disabled by morning of our checkout day, which made packing up tricky as the door would lock us out if someone wasn't inside. Check out is at 10am and the door started locking us out from as early as 8am. Not cool to feel kicked out and inconvenienced in that way. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, the beds are incredibly comfortable, but wouldn't recommend this spot for a long term stay unless you're OK with a bit of a neglected and ill supplied unit and quick showers.

It was a nice place to relax after a day out and about. I especially enjoyed the screened porch with access to the outside-this was great for quick walks for our two small dogs. A big thanks to Sunset Nightly Rentals for always helping us find a great place to stay with our dogs!

I wish i'd read the reviews. The unit was dirty and there were so many broken things in the unit that it led me to actually complain for the first time in 25 plus years renting units. There were 2 drinking glasses, broken bed, broken lights...no storage. It lists several TVs, none are set up for streaming, the living room is amazon only, the bedrooms are set up for DVDs only, that should be listed. The fireplace had a sign not to use, that should not be listed. This is just to name a few issues...the list was long. I emailed the office and then while looking for contact information i stumbled on tons of complaints, the same we had that had clearly not been resolved. There was a guest book there that was also full of complaints...i really hope they take note and fix these things because its wrong to keep renting without fixing or at least notifying people of the problems. Some of the complaints go back a year! the company refunded us 1 night, which was a nice gesture, and said they'd contact the seller, but had we known half of what was wrong, we'd never booked here. It was a real bummer... i just dont think its right to charge top price when we have stayed in much better units for far less.
