¡Grand Panama Beach Resort es uno de los principales complejos de condominios en Panama City Beach!

Esta hermosa unidad es un condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con espectaculares vistas del Golfo de México. Esta unidad viene equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable recientemente renovados en la cocina y televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y el dormitorio.

El dormitorio principal viene equipado con una cama king size y un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas. El baño principal tiene tocadores dobles, una cabina de ducha y una bañera separada.

El segundo dormitorio viene con una cama king size y un televisor. El segundo baño tiene una combinación de ducha y bañera.

Una litera extra de dos camas está en el pasillo

La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama extraíble.

Disfruta de las hermosas playas y de las impresionantes puestas de sol desde el gran balcón.

La propiedad cuenta con dos piscinas, dos jacuzzis, bares tiki en el lugar, restaurantes y tiendas en el lugar, sala de ejercicios, piscina para niños, cafetería y heladería, centro de negocios, sala de reuniones, estacionamiento cubierto, puntos de acceso WiFi.

Desde nuestro condominio de lujo, puede caminar directamente a nuestra prístina playa de arena blanca. Diseña y nada en las cristalinas aguas color esmeralda del golfo.

Las comodidades son abundantes, desde interminables extensiones de playas de arena blanca azucarada hasta grandes piscinas de inspiración tropical (una de ellas climatizada), piscina para niños, jacuzzis y gimnasio.

Before School Vacay

The condo was amazing! At first smelled a little rough, but then got better. Wish there was more dresser space to place clothes and a closet to hang up clothes. But parking garage was so useful being right at the SkyWalk! Workers were very friendly and was an easy check in process!

Room was decent, 2nd stay here, first stay was a few years ago, room was great then. This time, not so much. Had to go purchase cleaning supplies upon arrival, room wasn’t clean at all. Smelled like mildew, master bath shower was not draining. Room was stocked with bare minimum kitchen utensils, went to load dishwasher and it about fell out of the cabinet. AC struggled to keep room cool. Furniture and linens need updating. Floor absolutely disgusting!!! Communication with property management was non existent. Check in could improve, been staying in PCB for 29 years, could have been faster.
5 hours with all doors closed, would not get to temp.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit while we were in PCB for baseball world series. It is very convenient to both Frank Brown park and Publix sports center. The unit is VERY clean with comfy beds and pillows. We loved the location being on the same floor as the parking deck breezeway. Pool and beach are very nice and weren't overcrowded. The teenagers LOVED the fried shrimp baskets from the Tiki Hut. Beautiful views from the porch and overall a great value!!

Great visit

The room was very clean when we arrived and the owner was gracious enough to have the room ready before checkin in at 4pm. My suggestion for the room would be steak knives, a 10 in skillet and some type of dark out curtain for the guest bedroom. The light was bright coming in from the outside hallway. Minor things that didn’t disrupt our stay. Would definitely rent the room again!

Beautiful view

This makes the second trip to Grand Panama. The views are amazing. It over looks the wonderful pool and the beach. The condo has plenty of room for eight adults. Which is very nice. The only thing I would change of of the trip was the Cleanliness of the bathrooms, floors, and pool. Went swimming one day and there was a lot of bugs in the pool. I know that they cleaned it that morning because I seen them. And the floors, I could’ve mopped if there was a mop provided. But there was a vacuum broom and dustpan. The front door did not lock until the last day of our stay even though we called on the first day. We accidentally locked ourselves out at 5:30 in the morning because we took a family member to the airport. Luckily, we were able to wake up, someone to let us in. Would’ve liked to felt safer the whole week of our stay, but that was not provided.

Disappointed

The whole condo was dirty, area rugs so dirty when you lift edge and let it down dirt flew everywhere , bathrooms had mold . Advertised as having ice maker. No ice maker . Sliding glass door in living room actually came off its rollers. Front door didn’t lock . Just one thing after another with no resolutions.

We had a great stay. The room specifically was great but could use a new garbage can. That thing was dirty. Kitchen utensils were lacking. We didn’t have many plates and the skillet looked burned up. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice.

Reviewer Comments: wonderful location, property could use some TLC. bed in master room very uncomfortable - needs new mattress, broken tile in shower in 2nd bathroom needs repaired; currently covered w/tape, furniture on balcony needs updated/painted and needs new cushions - current ones mismatched and flat - We've stayed in much nicer rentals and paid less; also chose this unit because there was a 5th floor parking garage that should have made access to rental easier for my husband who doesn't do elevators,most often filled by guests on other floors - he walked 5 flights of stairs most of the week, could be a really nice unit w/a little TLC, through cleaning and some updates

We had a good stay, but was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. There was construction going on above us late at night and we had every morning softball games. It was hard to find parking without walking long distances.

Great place great price

The property was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing and all the staff was extrwmely nice, from the security guards, to the house keepers, even the nartender at the tiki hut. Will definitely be staying again very soon.

Quick spring break getaway!

We enjoyed the condo and common areas. The only issue would be the noise is awful at night and early morning if you stay in a room by front door or on bunk beds. You hear everything! Maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in those areas. We would stay here again though either way! If you park on parking lot level with walkover then you will be directly by the door! Very easy to get to!

great stay with beautiful view

i have to say the floors were filthy with dog hair over all the rugs! Thought this was a pet free unit? The one lounge chair on our balcony was broke so unable to use. The vacuum needs a new filter!! My shower curtain had mold on it! One hand towel to use for my 4 week stay. Also need a room darkening cover for window in bed 2. Everyone needs darkness to sleep! Other than that enjoyed my stay with beautiful view of sunset every night. Yes would stay again if my concerns were taken care of. Have a good day.

Relaxing week

Thank you for allowing us to stay on this property. We have stayed here several times before and like the area. The condo was clean and what we expected. A few issues, but nothing major. The cleaning lady was late finishing the property but did a good job and the Internet stopped working several days. But still had a great time. Weather was perfect and the management people were friendly.

Great condo great location

The 5th floor was perfect. Didn’t have to take the elevator from the parking garage and that was awesome. The condo could use some new items in the kitchen but overall it was fine. Loved the large balcony. We had two issues that were attended to immediately and they were both rectified quickly.
