El dormitorio principal contiene una cama king y acceso privado al baño principal, así como un televisor de pantalla plana. También tiene una puerta de balcón con acceso al balcón envolvente. La suite principal tiene una gran vista del Golfo de México.

El segundo dormitorio es perfecto para los niños o toda la familia con 2 camas queen (¡habitación enorme!) que duermen cómodamente 4. Esta habitación también tiene un baño completo propio y TV.

El sofá de la sala se despliega en un sofá cama.

Room was very nice and the wrap around balcony was awesome. Checking in and out was very easy. We felt very safe at this place. Only minor thing… we didn’t know that if you run out of your one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc you are on your own. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Railing was a bit suspect with a few screws loose n some bent ones with welds. But we stayed away from balcony. Condo was nice n cool!

Family Vacation

We recently spent our family vacation at this property. The check in process was extremely convenient and smooth. The condo was very roomy and we appreciated that! Beautiful view and very spacious balcony. The condo could definitely use an update on skillets and pans but that is really the only issue we ran into. The property manager responded very quickly to my emails/texts and that means a lot to me. Already missing the smell of that ocean air.

No balcony furniture.

The pictures on the VRBO site show a table and chairs. There is no table to have a meal on. It also shows other furniture I believe a Shay’s chair, but there wasn’t any.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location! Quiet area and perfect to step out onto beach. Rooms are big and kitchen is spacious. Love the ease of the washer & dryer. Balcony has a great view! Very relaxing place. Only suggest new area rugs throughout to freshen it up!

This place is amazing. From the beach to the pool to the Tiki Bar to our Condo. Better than any place we have stayed.

Nice condo

Nice, clean and plenty of seating in living room . Kitchen was stocked well. We bought a can opener. It’s the only thing we couldn’t find !! Had refrigerator problem but it was pleasantly resolved and I thank you for that !! Good times at 1010 Watercrest !!

Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the management company was great to to work with, they always responded to all my questions and concerns. The condo was in a great location, the balcony was amazing, and beach access was easy. Check in was a breeze, the wrist bands and parking passes were in the condo ready for us when we arrived. The carpet could use a cleaning and there are couple other little things that could be upgraded but it didn't effect our stay and you're at the beach. Who cares about carpet and the little things, especially after you see your view. We LOVED it and would stay again.

Needs updating and not clean upon checkin

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon checking in I immediately noticed how dirty the floors looked. I had to sweep because there was still sand all over the floors and tons of sand under the rugs. There wasn’t a sheet on the box springs and when I laid down I could see tons of dust on the bed frame and box spring. The master bedspread had stains all over it. The wrap around porch is the best feature but had three old chairs and two nasty small side tables. My 14 year old daughter and I were waiting for an elevator after leaving the pool at Closing time and we were greeted by an older naked man. I flagged down security to tell them and they already knew Who I was talking about so this has obviously happened before. The man ended up getting arrested because two other teenage girls reported him and the security called the cops. He actually owns a condo and was on the same floor we were on. We spent over an hour that night giving our statements to the Bay County officer. That same man had tables sitting in the hall outside his condo with all kinds of junk because I was told he’s been renovating for 2 years. However, I got a note posted on our condo door telling us to remove items from the hall because we had our beach chairs and toys sitting outside our door! I called and told the rental company about all my concerns and they offered me NO compensation!!! None! Very outdated. Light covers were barely hanging. Light bulbs were out throughout the condo. The ice tasted light garlic. Even my 8 year old wouldn’t use it. Drawers and cabinets needed to be repaired. This unitneeds lots of attention.

Great Condo - Would Recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! It looked and smelled incredibly clean. The furniture is updated and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The condo showed its age the most in the bathrooms, which are pretty small, and as noted in other reviews, the showers drain very slowly. But again, very clean. The kitchen was a little sparse, but the coffee maker is a Keurig with a single serve option as well as a full coffee pot, which offers nice flexibility. The condo complex is older, with only two main elevators and two elevators that serve floors 1 - 6. We enjoyed having the tiki bar on site by the pool. The pool and hot tub are both small but clean. Proximity to the beach is great as advertised. This particular unit does not include chair service, but it is available. If you plan to grill, grills are only provided in the parking lot next to the main road, so you would have to carry your food all the way across the parking lot. All in all, a great experience that I would recommend. Be sure to check out Schooners and Outlaws BBQ for great food nearby.

Relaxing

We loved our stay! The condo was very relaxing and felt like home. Only complaint was both showers drained very very slowly. Everything we needed was in there. Awesome view of beach and away from hustle and bustle of traffic.

Wonderful

Stay was great. Had small issue with ac and it was taken care. Definitely will stay here again. Great view from the balcony and the balcony is huge.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at in Panama City Beach.

I did not get my door code via email. I checked my email and junk mail and it was not in either. Not sure what happened, but the customer service person was great and very helpful.

Mediocre property

This condo has so much potential to be a great one but needs extensive cleaning and updating. When we arrived the process to check in was seamless and that was nice. However, when we got into the condo, the rug in the living room was filthy and the furniture was also quite visibly dirty. The carpet in the bedroom had fancy/gum stuck in carpet. The tub in the master would not drain. The view was amazing. The pool and beach were excellent. However, the furniture on the balcony was not as pictured. They had broken chairs and spindles that had caution tape wrapped around them because they were broken. This property would be wonderful with a little TLC and some updating. The staff were very prompt to address our concerns.
