Perfect family getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The location was perfect—close to amazing hiking trails that both adults and kids enjoyed. The home was extremely well appointed with everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding. We traveled with another family (four adults and four kids total), and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Mountain Magic for the Whole Family

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It comfortably accommodated five adults and three kids under 9, with plenty of space for everyone. The house was incredibly clean and felt brand new—like we were the very first guests. The property manager checked in with us several times to ensure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated.The beds were very comfortable, with high-quality linens and towels. The kitchen was spotless, with a super clean fridge, dishes, and everything we needed. We especially enjoyed all the extra touches—games, electronics, and even bikes (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The hot tub was brand new and a great way to end our evenings.The home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a fun playground just a short walk down the street. We enjoyed watching the golfers on the course behind the house and retrieving the occasional stray ball. It’s a fantastic location—just minutes from Avon and Beaver Creek, and only about 10 minutes to Vail.Two things worth noting: the house has four floors. Those with mobility concerns might want to be aware. Also, the house is a duplex (like many homes in the area). It didn’t impact our stay at all, but it wasn’t mentioned in the listing.Overall, we felt like we were staying in a five-star home. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic! We loved it.

The property was wonderful, with everything a family could ask for. Extra kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds (we are quite picky), and great access to both Beaver Creek and Vail.The only caution is that the bus route from vail needs to be planned in advance (timing is every 45 min back to the bus stop), and beaver creek is better to park than to bus.Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The best place!!!

We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 youth stay for a week at Slopeside Life and would 100% rent this property again! So many great things about this place - the property manager was amazing to work with, answering all questions and assisting with recommendations. We discovered the driveway was heated and perfectly clean & clear of snow (no other surrounding driveways had this!). Fresh pastries were waiting for us on the counter when we arrived. The hot tub was hot and ready for use. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen of anything I've ever rented before, even having spices, cooking sprays, and other pantry items you'd normally have to buy. Location was fantastic - close enough to several different areas we wanted to visit. The house is well taken care of and has so many upgrades. I could go on and on but just know that you will be so pleased to stay here!

Perfect location and condo!

Everything with this rental and experience was fantastic! We grew up coming to Avon/Beaver Creek for many years and this duplex is in the perfect location nestled between BC and Vail. Convenient to everything!!! The house also has everything you needed! The technological amenities exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved that each room had its own air temperature control, plus the heated floors and driveway are a fantastic touch!! Matt the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. We will for sure be back! Oh and one last personal touch that was special, they had pasty’s from a local bakery for us upon our arrival!

Beautiful place, great location

Communication was great from start to finish! The house has a great layout for two families. We enjoyed the hot tub, big open living room, and spacious kitchen. The home was an ideal location for skiing in Vail and there were lots of great dining and shopping options in close proximity. Overall I would highly recommend a stay at this home.

Great property

We had a great stay at this property. The online photos are very accurate. The property is clean and well-maintained. We go skiing every year in Beavercreek, Colorado and found the amenities in this place to be the best we’ve had so far. We do like to cook every evening and found that all of the appliances And cooking supplies were on point. Slopeside life communicated extremely well and had a welcome basket with some of the best pastries we’ve had! Thank you for such a great time.

Amazing Family Ski Trip

The property was unbelievable. The house was incredibly comfortable for a large adult family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and many had a couch. The living room is very comfortable for quality time, and they provide a lot of board games for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possible need. The house also has a bunch of small details that make everything more comfortable. Management was attentive and provided amazing hospitality. Thank you so much!

This house is AMAZING!

This is not an ordinary VRBO house! It is a beautiful and clean home away from home that you do not want to pass up. All rooms have a bathroom, and all rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen has every appliance that you can ask for, and if you are there in the winter, the heated floors are a dream! The Management Company, Slopeside Life, could not have been more attentive, although with this house, we were not needing a thing! Without question, we will stay here again!

5 stars all around!

Of all my experiences with a VRBO, this was by far the best. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The property manager, Matt, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless and enjoyable. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and trip advice made us feel so well taken care of! On top of that, the house was even better than the pictures! Bedrooms/bathrooms were incredibly spacious - more than enough room for our girls trip getaway. The views from the patio were breathtaking and added a special touch to our stay. The location was ideal; in the middle of everything while still providing a peaceful, neighborhood atmosphere. I cannot recommend this house enough for anyone looking for a top-tier vacation experience.

Delightful stay early August

Three couples and a toddler had plenty of space to be together and to have their separate quarters. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and the waffle bar was a treat. Slopeside management was so easy to work with. There is a small shady park a block down the street perfect for youngsters. Mountain biking, Pickleball golf, and easy trips to Vail😊

Great Location and Modern Amenities

Our group had a very enjoyable stay during ski season. Both Vail and Beaver Creek were a short drive away which allowed us to maximize time at the resorts. The property itself was clean and had many modern amenities and quality of life features which kept us warm and comfortable. Coordinating with the host could not have been easier and the check-in / check-out processes were smooth and painless. Our group has been doing these trips for several years and this is definitely one of the better properties we have stayed at.

Perfect Home for a Group Getaway

Our group of 8 adults and 1 child were incredibly happy with the house, location, and service/interactions with the property manager Slopeside. The actual home itself was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we would need during our stay (all condiments, kitchen appliances, snow toys, etc.). The setup of 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms was perfect for our group. All rooms were comfortable and clean. We also had so much fun playing in the snow in the backyard. The home is not secluded but still felt very quiet and peaceful any time of day. The location is just 10-15 minutes to Vail and less than 10 minutes to Beaver Creek, so extremely convenient. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, Slopeside (Matt) was amazing. Super responsive, helpful, and easy to interact with. Highly recommend this home and Slopeside!!!

Perfect Ski House!

The house was perfect! It was even nicer & bigger then it looked in the pictures. It was very clean, well decorated, comfortable & very convenient to get to Vail or Beaver Creek. The hotub was such a treat after a day of skiing. The host was super responsive & helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Best for group hangs

4BR with capacity for multiple people. Manager is also very friendly and easily reachable. Location is the best. Close to Beaver creek, vail. I would only make one recommendation is to hire a bigger cleaning party and allow early check in-late checkout (4pm-11am) for guests. Makes a huge difference and that is pretty much the standard every place Overall best experience staying at this chalet. Must book

Comfortable house in a great location with all of the amenities

Our family and friends stayed at this house over the New Year's holiday. The house is quite beautiful, having been recently renovated. The huge kitchen is very well stocked with top of the line appliances, lots of tools, pots and pans, and anything else you may need to make a meal. The family room has a large screen tv above the gas fireplace, along with a very big sectional sofa which was perfect for hanging out after a long day of skiing. And, the hot tub on the deck provided a much needed place to soak our tired muscles, while simultaneously enjoying the beautiful surrounding trees and golf course. Each bedroom has a very comfortable bed, tv, and it's own bathroom stocked with plenty of towels and travel size soaps and shampoos. The two car garage had plenty of space for our two cars as well. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to all of my family and friends.

Everything and more!!

We could not have been more impressed and comfortable in this home. It had to be one of the nicest I have stayed at over the years. From the personal touches, such as beautiful decor, lighting in each room, comfy beds and pillows, fully stocked kitchen, perfect views, to all kinds of small attention to detail. The house was spotless and just stunning interior! Perfect location right between Vail and Beavercreek. We actually walked to Walmart for groceries the first night! We will absolutely be back again.

Family vacation

This is probably the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. We use them regularly. Our location was perfect, the house was on the golf course and stream with a deck overlooking both and very private and appealing. The house had so many extras - lots of cooking supplies, spices, and all that you need in the kitchen. Likely the best stocked kitchen. Beds in all rooms, even the bunks were comfortable and plenty of blankets and extra towels. Go to the house before you go to the grocery store! The house had lots of electronics with alexa in all rooms allowing for music throughout the house. The split level with 3 king rooms with baths, and a bunk room with bath gave everyone privacy. There were 5 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Rebecca and Gordon were great hosts and answered any questions very quickly. We went horse back riding, hiking to Hanging Lake, golfing, hiking to lakes, mountain biking, Hot springs in Glenwood springs, Maroon bells, Vail to the top of the mountain, and ate most evenings at home due to the nice accommodations! I would highly recommend this place! The weather was so nice since we came from Louisiana and San Antonio where it is over 100 degress! Thanks for having us!

Amazing House!

This is a wonderful home! Great location, relaxing patio with hot tub. It’s clean and modern with everything you need for a great stay in the mountains. When we purchased our half of the duplex at the end of 2015, it reflected all of the characteristics of a classic ski lodge. After using and renting it for a year, we started a full remodel and addition. Our goal was to take it’s best characteristics and modernize them into a beautiful home that everyone would enjoy. After a year long process, it's ready to be enjoyed in a scenic mountain environment. We hope you enjoy our “happy place” with contemporary art, modern technology, and beautiful views on the creek and golf course, as much as we do.

Someday we plan to move here. So we wanted to have all to the features that would make us feels at home, not just a rental property.

It's now the complete package:
- Remodeled with new everything. This home went thru an incredible transformation. In 2017, it was the talk of Eagle Vail. Lots of time was put into the details to create an amazing experience. Be one of the first to enjoy our home.
- Lots of light with big windows in the living room to see the mountain in the north and the south.
- Big kitchen with new appliances. While the Vail Vally has great restaurants, we eat in a lot. It's fun to have friends and family around as we cook and listen to music.
- Peaceful Quiet Location is unique with the beautiful stream right off the deck.
