Perfect for multiple families or couples, our home is approximately 3000 sq feet on 3 levels with 2 living rooms, 2 washer/dryers, a Weber grill on the large deck overlooking the Eagle River, and a wet bar off the spa patio.

There is also a powder bathroom on the main level. The main level is full of natural light and has a large sliding glass door which empties out onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the Eagle River.

Each of the 4 bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed with large walk in closet and a separate walk in shower. The primary suite is full of light with a beautiful view of the eagle river and a private large balcony. There are 2 queen bedrooms and the 4th bedroom is a bunk room that can sleep 4-5 people.

The main level includes the kitchen, powder room, family room and access to the private deck with a natural gas grill over looking Eagle River. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker (Kurig and standard drip). It also has all of the cookware you will need for your stay.

There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles and a 240V EV charger available in the garage (charging cables not included). The garage is used as a mud room in the winter months.

There are numerous casual and upscale restaurants and bars nearby within a short drive, and a few within easy walking distance.

Our home is a great escape for all seasons. In the winter, enjoy word class skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. In the summer, enjoy all of the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer including hiking, climbing, fly fishing, and water sports.

Additionally, multiple world class golf courses, spas and other attractions are bountiful in nearby Vail, Beaver Creek, and the surrounding communities.
