Great location. Beautiful view of lake Hamilton. Good spot to watch the fireworks on the lake for the fourth of July celebration. Clean, comfortable condo.

Great Condo on Lake Hamilton

We stayed over the 4th of July holiday and could not have been happier. We were in town to visit family and the condo gave us room to spread out and recharge between activities - which is key when traveling with kids. Thanks for a great stay.

Place was cute and comfortable. Close to everything, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Kitchen was stocked with whatever pans, plates, utensils, etc you could need. It had a regular coffee maker and a kuerig. The beds were super comfortable. I have arthritis in my back and generally suffer when we go on vacation. I definitely appreciated the beds. The view of the lake was beautiful. I absolutely would stay here again.

Fantastic

The condo was a perfect place to stay and explore the Hot Springs area. It was clean, comfortable and has a great view of the lake. I will definitely stay here next time I am visiting the area. Lisa was communicative, made check0in easy, and if there had been any issues, I am sure would have been quick to resolve them.

Great stay

This property was exactly how it was listed. I would have liked a military discount but that aside it was a great place. The location to all the fun stuff was no more than 30 minutes. The condo was very clean and lerfect for what we needed. The only thing that i would change is getting stronger curtains for the master, that sun hits about 6am and its bright. We had to hang a blanket just to keep the light out. Overall the place is great and had everything we needed.

The stairs are tricky, especially in the rain, but the condo is great! The space is very well thought out. We were very comfortable. The host provided all the necessary things. It was great.

Memories with my sister

Condo was very clean. Decorated beautifully. The view from the back patio was breathtaking and relaxing. Every amenity you could possibly think of was available in kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We are considering making an annual trip to the area.

Relaxing Getaway

Place was exactly like it was described. Checking in was easy. Place was extremely clean. Couch and beds felt so good to lay/sleep on. Air conditioning worked fantastic. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Very close to restaurants. The views from the window were great. We swam off the dock some. 10/10 would recommend! We will be staying again.

We stayed at Lisa’s condo for a long weekend. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting in the patio and watching the lake. The steps going down to condo are very steep so if you have kneee issues it might be a problem. I especially enjoyed when checking out all you had to do was take out garbage. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo for a family vacation

This condo is lovely with everything you need for a get away. Beds were comfy, plenty of extra linens, and the kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you would need to feed your family. Although you have to go down a few steep stairs, this means you are right on the water! I loved looking out on the beautiful water. There's a small dock to jump in the water, and the pool is great for when you're tired of the lake. Can't say enough great things about Lisa and this condo.

Wonderful

This condo was amazing. I have never stayed in one that was so well stocked. Very very clean. View was wonderful. Neighbors very quiet. Minutes from just about everything. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Lisa was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend it to any one. Just what we needed.

Fantastic Condo!!

This condo is fantastic! We stayed here in July and I could not have picked a better place! The condo was spotless and had lots of personal touches throughout it. It was also very well stocked with just about anything you would need. It had all the comforts of home. Being right on Lake Hamilton and enjoying the wonderful views of the lake was so relaxing. The condo is in a great location. Not far from downtown Hot Springs and great restaurants in the area. Lisa was great at answering the few questions I had. My friend happened to leave some items in the condo when we left. When she realized this we contacted Lisa about it. Lisa mailed those items to my friend in a very timely manner and she was very grateful for that! That speaks volumes about Lisa!! Thank you so much Lisa for going above and beyond! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!
