Esta casa está situada en el prestigioso nuevo desarrollo Champions Gate, cerca de Disney y Reunión y justo al lado de la autopista 27 y la autopista 192. Esta casa cuenta con más de 3.000 pies cuadrados para usted y su familia para relajarse y descansar de los largos días en el parque. It was a really nice house, everyone had their own rooms and space. Easy to get in and out of the house. It was a great vacation in general.

Great location...needs a little love

We loved the location in relation to the theme parks. The house had lots of room...tons of room actually. We got there and it was clean, but there were minor things that needed tending to. Minor...we didn’t even call to ask them to be repaired, but it’s a shame the owner hasn’t stayed on top of the minor details. Be aware..bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soap. ( no kitchen trash can) I think the biggest fail for the owner is that there is no welcome packet of any kind. It would have been nice to have information about the property, when does trash come, local restaurants etc. So you’ll know, you can’t bring food and drink to the community pool, maybe we would have had lunch at the house had we known. A simple book of info would have saved us from hauling a cooler up to the clubhouse.

I should have listened to the bad reviews...

We had to book this place because our other house reservation was cancelled by the owner at the last minute. I was scrambling to find something and I wish I hadn’t found this place. The house itself wasn’t bad. What was bad was everything else. The check in time was supposed to be 4 pm however shortly before that I received a message telling me we couldn’t check in until 7:30. We arrived at the house at 7:30 and they were still cleaning. We were forced to wait outside until 8:30 for the poor ladies to finish. Once inside we found almost every room was filthy. One toilet didn’t even work, two others had urine stains all over them, the kitchen bar had something splattered all over the wall, and the floor was still dirty. Between the 7 adults we spent about an hour just cleaning once we arrived. I messaged the property manager and they gave us the pool heater for free for the week but it never worked. The cable never worked because they hadn’t paid their bill. I know this because we had been bothered twice with someone from the cable company knocking on the door for us to pay said bill. We also lost power one night, not because of bad weather or an actual problem. No, we lost power because THEY HADNT PAID THAT BILL EITHER! Once again, I know this only because the power people showed up the next day to make sure it was back on and told us what had happened. The internet worked maybe 25% of the time and when it did it was very slow. I attempted to contact the property managers over and over and they stopped replying until the very last day. When we lost power we called the emergency number and the gentleman who I spoke with was VERY pleasant and felt horrible for our trouble. The community is very loud making it difficult to sleep at night. Our neighbors smoked weed a lot forcing us to stay inside and not enjoy the pool except for when they were not there. I do NOT recommend this company, EVER!

Great place - with some issues

The house is nice enough and the main pool area is amazing. We really enjoy staying at the ChampionsGate community. However, there were some issues with our stay this year. Primarily, we were kicked out of the main pool area for a day and a half because the owner did not pay HOA dues on time. We were told by the property management company they would only reimburse us $80 as compensation, which seemed very low for getting kicked out of resort area with all our kids in hand. On top of that, we still haven’t even received the check and I don’t expect to see it at this point, given it’s been a few weeks. Also, the house isn’t well stocked and has a very limited amount of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The coffee pot didn’t have a cover and a couple door handles were falling off. So, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time, but did encounter a few issues.

Great property, small issues.

We loved the house. It was very well laid out, and the kids had a place they could watch TV and play games within eye sight (and ear sight) of the adults downstairs. Our problem was with not having water for over half of a day. We called the property office multiple times to get it rectified, and it did not happen until after 3pm. The door was a little tricky, as the bolt didn't clear the doorway completely. We had to try multiple times. Not much in the way of pots, pans and bowls, so we went out and bought a set of pots/pans for our trip. The pool was nice and heated as we asked for, the appliances worked (we were still waiting on someone to come and change the filter on the ice maker), but overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope that we have a better experience in terms of maintenance and response from the property office should we decide to stay there in the future.

Property was great the only issue I had was the internet went out the second day I was there and when I contacted management they told me they would send someone to fix it.....I was there for a week and nobody showed up I had kids that had to do online school

No sleep

House was not clean upon arrival. Neighbors were partying until all hours of the night (one night until 4:45 a.m.). Called VRBO multiple times and emailed owner and was offered no help. New response- called customer service multiple times and nothing was done.

Senior Golfers

Five seniors golfers on annual Orlando golf trip to Orlando. We have been to this area for past 15 years and this was by far the best rental unit. Six bedroom, six bathroom house was fantastic. Clean and neat and well laid out there was an abundance of room and areas for socializing after a day on the course. Close to courses in and around ChampionsGate and Orlando. Minor issue was keyless door entry. Code provided did not work until someone figured out that after entering code, the “check symbol” had to be pressed. Helpful to old guys if that explained in arrival instructions. Also, unbagged trash left in trash container which was not prcked up. Would rate this house and our experience with it as an “A.” Outstanding.

Love this house

Love this house. Didn't want to leave. We always stay at a different house every year but we might go back to this one that's how much we loved it. The only thing I would suggest to owner is to make sure all comforters and blankets and all bedding is wash and fresh each time the home is used not just the sheets. Other then that this house was perfect.

Beautiful property, great for large groups. The pool was perfectly size heated with a spa. The kids enjoy the game room in the movie theater was awesome for a family night. There was a couple issues with the building itself nothing major but there’s a couple holes on the doors the garbage dispenser didn’t work and some of the doorhandles were very loose and falling off but over all the property was in great condition and would stay here again!!

Super Holiday Home

This house has it all, so much room, everything you could need from games room to spa, Champions Gate is a great area, only real problem we had with the house was with ants in the kitchen area. They must be in the cavity walls as we noticed them coming out of the telephone socket!. On 2 nights we had a lot of noise from some neighbors having a pool party until 3 O`Clock in the morning. Overall I would highly recommend the property, its only around 20 mins from the Magic Kingdom, we had a great time.
