Escondido justo al norte del pueblo de Yachats y ubicado a lo largo de la orilla de Starr Creek se encuentra la cabaña de playa más dulce. Durante una remodelación de 2018, se encontró una vieja nota de amor detrás del espejo de vanidad y con cariño llamamos a esta casa Love Shack como un honor para la dulce pareja que hizo su hogar aquí.

The Love Shack es una delicia para los amantes de la naturaleza. Hay un gran jardín de flores que conduce a la entrada. Nuestra casa está escondida con la vista enmarcada más perfecta de la playa y el poderoso Océano Pacífico. Te sentirás bienvenido y relajado en el momento de tu llegada. Todas las comodidades se han considerado en esta cabaña de estilo estudio. Hay una cocina bien equipada y una hermosa sala de estar y comedor. La habitación de estilo loft está a solo un par de pasos de la sala de estar.

¡A solo un corto viaje en auto hacia el sur, encontrará el pueblo de Yachats lleno de maravillosos restaurantes, galerías de arte y el 804 Trail! Siga hacia el sur y encontrará el ��rea escénica de Cape Perpetua para practicar senderismo, observación de ballenas y el mirador más alto accesible en automóvil en la costa de Oregón, así como el faro de Heceta Head y muchos desvíos de playas para poder explorar la costa.

Duerme hasta 4 - 1 Queen, 1 sofá cama, 1 baño.

The love shack is absolutely perfect

We had a wonderful stay. We had everything that we needed, and then some! We found access to the beach very nearby and enjoyed several walks on the beach. We had a gorgeous view of the water from the love shack and even from the bed. We were very comfortable and very pleased will all the attention to detail from the owners. Highly recommend.

Exactly What We Needed

We have not one complaint. Beautiful location, had everything we needed to cook our catch, comfortable bed/couch/chairs, super simple check in and access, good proximity to the beach, it was just what we needed.

Love Shack

We loved it as well as the dogs. Have a view of the beautiful at most angles. The flowers, birds and bats were an added bonus. Fun to watchbout the great windows.

The view is way more beautiful IRL

Music was playing right when we walked in. Really was a magical experience. Ocean view was way more beautiful in real life. Sleeping and waking up to an ocean view for the first time was surreal. Wifi connection is perfect, check in tablet was awesome. The location was great to the small towns around the neighborhood, it really gave me the best first time Oregon experience. Thank you guys for existing.

perfect for two people. lovely beach view through creekside foliage. heating system was difficult to understand how to operate, but we were comfortable with the space heater provided. some luggage stands would be much appreciated as there are no drawers or shelves in the closet

Small is okay, tricky beach access is a challenge!

Limited space is cozy and clean and fine for two people. Good set of kitchen supplies in terms of pots and pans. Smelled a little musty when we arrived but aired out fine with an open window and screen door. Good for 2 people who get along fine. Nice view of the ocean via the shough/ creek. Getting TO the ocean is via a questionablely stable set of cinder block steps to a slopped rock surface that when wet (much of the time) is very slippery, especially the algae covered parts. Then a hop across the creek if it is running in a narrow sand channel, or wade through if not. So great view but not particularly safe beach access for anyone who is concerned about a fall on a slippery baslt rock face. That's not a critique of the rental but full disclosure re beach access. Also on the positive side- easy check in. Nice to be pet friendly. Limited streaming services mostly to netflix. Otherwise cable tv

Relaxing & cozy getaway!

The property is in a great location, super close to the town and no direct beach access, but trails close by and you can see the ocean from the huge windows in the house. Well stocked kitchen and great amount of space for two people. Really enjoyed our stay, we had a very cozy time.

Nice property, could be better.

Really liked the setup of this property. Good view, close to the beach, needs a little TLC, and I wasn't a fan of the check in process asking us for information we had given them twice already. No smoke detector, dirty dishes, shower has broken parts, and with all the lights on it was dark in the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Did let the property management know about the issues except the smoke detector because I noticed it late in the stay. Could be a great little place.

best basalt rock beach walks ever

We love this particular area when staying in Yachats. The exciting beach/basalt formations beat anything around. I loved the opportunity to have a cabin instead of staying at Fireside or Adobe hotels, yet still have quick access to the area between this cabin and those facilities. our daughter came in from new york for my 70th birthday and we celebrated here. ( we were pushing the space for 3 grownups, my mistake. it is after all, called a Love Shack, haha.) our daughter made a fabulous fresh apple upside down cake in your oven, and while we totally enjoyed our favorite eating-outs of fish and chips Best ever and the Brewery, we used the kitchen quite a lot, all we needed was found. loved the site & the creek walk - though warning that between the road and the beach is not for the non-adventurous! the overnight rains completely changed the sandy creek banks and we were making our new trails over boulders the days after that. Negatives of the place that we worked around: * bathroom: - the toilet paper roll is on a weird wire and falls off - the door shuts awkwardly, the latch is broken - except for the handsoap, different bottles for showering weren't labeled and so it was awkward and we had to guess. *Lighting: - maybe because i turned 70, but the naked bulb thing was too much naked bulb. a few lampshades couldn't hurt. - our daughter used the couch, and no lighting presented itself, we rearranged one lamp but it was awkward wiring and that naked bulb thing again. thats it: five stars and thank you very much. you may find two of us returning in a season or so.

Nice place, could have been cleaner and better stocked

The house is very much as pictured. Furniture is comfortable. View is lovely. At night, pretty dark inside, even with all the lights on. Kitchen is minimally stocked and very small. It has basics like pots, pans, etc. No spices other than salt and pepper, though. No dishwasher. For some strange reason, no sponge provided to clean dishes with and dishes on the shelves seemed a bit dirty/greasy and had to be washed prior to use. Also, no soap provided for the shower.

A lovely little get away

Lovely property with a beautiful view of the ocean. Has everything you could possibly need for your stay, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. I hope we can stay again soon!
