Caminar al lado de Golf Pro Shop y en la calle a la playa Club y Piscinas. Villa de nueva-decorada incluyendo todos los nuevos baños, encimeras de granito, cocina completa y comedor completo. La unidad cuenta con una amplia terraza cubierta con vistas número diez camiseta para relajarse y divertirse después de golf o un día en la playa. La cubierta cuenta con un bar y una mesa de estilo cafetería con asientos adecuados para ocho a nueve personas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un nuevo baño privado cama King-size y marca. La suite tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo de baldosas en el baño con una vanidad vestidor adicional. La segunda suite cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con una combinación de bañera / ducha junto a la vanidad vestidor y dormitorio. Hay tres nuevos televisores de alta definición, así como un reproductor de CD estéreo en la sala de estar, junto con WiFi gratuito y servicios de cable. Un sofá cama de matrimonio con una función de aero-colchón está disponible en la sala de estar para dormir adicionales. La unidad es de niños y mascotas.

Nice stay at a great price

A really nice and surprisingly big condo. Lots of seating for when we had extended family over for dinner. The master bedroom and bed is very comfortable, and the shower in the master bath is great! Certain things could use some upgrading, but overall, it was a very nice stay and lovely condo...It was so nice being so close to the pool and to the shorter boardwalks, and we very much appreciated the all-access amenity card! (Club pool, lake house pool, and gym). We'd easily stay here again! Thank you for a lovely week!

Christmas Vacation

We always love coming to the Island and spending Christmas is nice trip. The unit was cozy and easy accessible to the beach. It had all the comfort and charm. The nicest touch was the swans made from the towels on the beds , they were to beautiful to destroy so we placed them on the dresser. I would highly recommended staying here

Great Beach Location

Location is perfect! We could cross the street to go to the beach and the pool. We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine. Only recommendation would be lids for the pots and pans. We will def be back!

The place was amazing and the view was spectacular.

I picked the perfect place without realizing the Reception was right across from us. The view was amazing, the complex was beautiful and a lot to do in walking distance. My husband absolutely loved playing golf there. The young adults loved playing golf too and hitting balls. The neighbors across the back of the patio were so extremely friendly. If we go back they would like us to contact them. I have nothing bad to say.

Needs some TLC

We felt we had to wash the covers on the bed, they had stains all over. Needs a good cleaning, no broom available to sweep the floor. Also the elevator was out a week before we arrived and it was still out when we arrived. Had to carry everything up two flights of stairs. Would have been nice to know with the option to cancel. Luckily we are healthy and it was no problem. But we did see an older couple that could not do stairs.

The description is accurate. The property is excellent on a relative value basis for Seabrook especially the location. The hosts were more than responsive, they were quite helpful! We will be back!

Long weekend with kids

Amazing location across the street from the beach and on the golf course. It was very clean (especially for a beach condo) and everything works properly. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Lovely place and amazing location

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is A+++, right across from the pool and the ocean, with lovely views of the golf course. Given previous reviews, I was a little worried about the condition of the condo itself but these were allayed as soon as we walked in the door. Its decor won't win the Instagram Olympics but it is very clean and comfortable. Also, we cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen.

Fun vacation

We always Love coming to Seabrook but the property needs a serious update and deep cleaning. I'm wondering if the owner knows how the cleaning staff leaves it. Bring blankets because the only ones are the old spreads on beds. Cabinets and drawers are filthy so we had to put everything in dishwasher before using. It's very well stocked. We were very disappointed with the new towel policy. Personal towels are not allowed in pool anymore. You must RENT them for 5.00 per towel per day. Amenity card is included with this rental so that's a huge plus. Overall our stay was great.

They get you on amenity card!

The location is wonderful. This was my 3rd time to this area. Unfortunately, they have changed the situation with Amenity cards which leaves the guest paying much more than expected. When I arrived another couple was very angry about these charges and in hindsight, I should’ve taken notice. It’s unfortunate that the management has chosen to make these changes as I will have to find a new “ favorite “ spot for our beach get away.

Beautiful location/view. Honest review

This villa has a stunning golf course view and just across the street from the beautiful pool area. The balcony provides plenty of seating for meals and relaxation and an awesome sunrise view. Unfortunately, the interior could use some attention. I’m not sure what or when the unit was “newly renovated”, but it appears quite run down and in need of fresh paint, fresh smell, replacement of very old appliances, dated furniture/decor/fixtures/bedding and wall paper. It would’ve also been nice to have had an adequate supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, lids for pans, and lids that fit storage containers. We would’ve run out of consumables even without our two additional guests. More than one blanket per bed would’ve also been nice. My daughter had to use the heavy bedspread as a blanket. The king bed was very bumpy. The guest bathroom tub drained very slow, leaving a lot of scum behind for the next person. We’ve been vacationing at Seabrook for many years, and we set the bar fairly high for rentals with a high rating. I cannot say this villa met our expectations, but considering the stunning view and the convenience of pool access, you can weigh the pros and cons for yourself. I’m just trying to give an honest review.

Loved Seabrook

We loved staying at Seabrook! View of the ocean from the master bedroom. Comfortable beds. There is a beach access across the Street but that beach area was small and we liked driving down a little further to a larger beach area.

Love Seabrook

The only thing I would complain about is not being able to have a cooler at the pool. It was so hot out and not being able to have extra drinks and fruit on hand was a bummer. The tide was up most mornings, so getting to the beach was hard until later in the day. There are many options for other beverages there but that adds up quick.

We are both Miami University (Ohio) Alumni and currently live in Knoxville, TN. We have two grown daughters and a beloved English Setter named Mikey. We both love to play golf with friends but are not especially great competitors. We stay active in our spare time and love the Beach for relaxation.

We purchased our Atrium Villa at Seabrook because we fell in love with Seabrook and the Atriums the first time we saw them. We love to play golf and relax on the beach...our idea of a great vacation. Add to the immediate surroundings of Seabrook, the fact that the city of Charleston is only a few miles away we feel that we have the perfect combination. The longer we have our Villa, the more we find to enjoy. Seabrook Islanders even love and welcome pets. We are so happy, we just have to share our joy with people who seem to enjoy the same atmosphere.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The two things we love most about our villa are the HUGE deck which is shaded in the afternoon and evening with ocean breezes and the big dining room that easily seats six (or more) not only for meals but family activities and games.
