Las vistas frente al mar desde la villa de esquina renovada de primer nivel le proporcionarán las vacaciones perfectas. ¡El complejo Atrium Villa se ha actualizado recientemente y está listo para usted! La villa cuenta con dos amplias habitaciones con baños completos separados y áreas de tocador separadas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen, ambas con colchones lujosos. Cada habitación tiene una cómoda sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana. La cocina actualizada cuenta con nuevas encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos y gabinetes bien surtidos. El salón / comedor de esta villa tiene una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 y una cómoda zona de estar con TV de pantalla plana. El porche cubierto ofrece vistas fabulosas del océano y se puede acceder desde cada habitación a través de puertas corredizas de vidrio. La ubicación en la esquina ofrece privacidad de otras villas y escaleras. ¡Disfruta del desayuno en la terraza mientras observas a los pelícanos y los delfines! No te pierdas la puesta de sol y la luna sobre el océano desde la terraza por las tardes. Otras características incluyen conexión inalámbrica a internet, servicio de cable y estacionamiento cubierto.

Las playas de Seabrook Island son privadas, familiares y no están llenas de gente. Access to the beach and sunrises were spectacular. The wrap around porch was perfect for family time and meals. Beds were comfy.

Relaxing getaway with family

Great location with nice views of the ocean. The property was clean and comfortable. The wraparound deck was a very nice feature. Communication with the owner was friendly and helpful with quick responses to questions. My family would happily stay here again!

Quick trip to Paradise

The island is beautiful and the views from the condo are top notch! Our family of 4 enjoyed the ease of access to the beach- literally steps away! The area has lots to offer. We wish we had more time to enjoy! Our trip was impromptu and the host was very responsive to our reservation request. We hope to be back in the future.

We enjoyed the porch and our view. Also wanted to mention the beds ( I have a back issue ). Mattress in all rooms were very comfortable and . Beach access directly across the street. Much relaxing was done and fun had by all !

Fantastic

The unit was very clean and seemed well taken care of. The location and convenience to the beach access was unbeatable. We have stayed at several different places at Seabrook, and this was by far the best experience we have had. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Return to Atrium Villas

This is our 4th trip to Seabrook Island and Atrium Villas and our 3rd stay in this unit. The view from the large coner porch is incredible with plenty of chairs to sit / visit / read / relax, Our daughter rented a bike (an easy online process with delivery) and enjoyed riding around Seabrook this year. We enjoy walking on the beach in both directions and in the neighborhood. Our host responds quickly to any questions.

Great Stay at Seabrook Island

Great communication with owner of villa. The villa was clean and inviting. Loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee and looking at the ocean in the mornings. We also ate dinner every night on the patio. Area was quiet and peaceful. We did not want to leave. We will definitely stay here again!

Atrium Villas at Seabrook Island

This is our 2nd visit to this villa and our 3rd visit to Atrium Villas on Seabrook Island. The ocean view makes this unit. The large L shaped porch is nicely furnished for relaxing and spending time with family. The host quickly responds to any questions. Check in procedures are easy and streamlined.
