"The Sand Castle" -Generosa casa de 2 pisos para una gran diversión familiar

Casa generosa: 10 camas con capacidad para 18 personas cómodamente. Cocina grande y (¡extra!) 2do piso cocina americana. Piscina climatizada con luz nocturna para nadar por la noche. Estás cruzando la calle desde la playa.

Gran sala de estar cómoda con vistas a la piscina climatizada. Esta sala de estar cuenta con una gran televisión, dos sofás, dos sillones reclinables La-Z-Boy y una cama plegable. Alta velocidad gratis 100 MB WiFi. Todas las habitaciones también tienen televisores con Netflix, Hulu y SlingTV. Hay una cocina (adicional) en el segundo piso con nevera completa, horno, lavavajillas. Permite que las grandes familias extendidas se extiendan y que diferentes personas preparen comidas para sus hijos, etc. Disfrute descansando junto a la piscina climatizada en una casa de piscina protegida. Parrilla y mesa de picnic en el patio cubierto junto a la piscina.

¡Siéntate en el balcón del segundo piso y siente la brisa del océano en el segundo piso! En este balcón envolvente tiene excelentes vistas del océano (al otro lado de la calle) y puede ver salir el sol sobre el océano. También puedes ver el océano desde el dormitorio principal del segundo piso. Hay un patio trasero en el segundo piso con una mesa y sillas para disfrutar de una comida o bebida al aire libre. Es realmente encantador por la noche: observar las estrellas y sentir la brisa del océano.

Estarás a solo unos pasos de un restaurante mexicano favorito: Little Dos. ya la vuelta de la esquina de la heladería "The Surfin 'Turtle". Folleto de bienvenida provisto de cosas que hacer, lugares para visitar y excelentes restaurantes locales. Es un entorno muy relajante con fácil acceso a la playa, una gran piscina climatizada y muchas comodidades. Un lugar de vacaciones fantástico: ¡quédese aquí para relajarse y divertirse!

Perfect for three families to share while all in town for a reunion. Beach access was stellar and house had plenty of space for us all. Owner was very responsible and accommodating. Would rent again if we all came to the area again.

Excellent Vacation

The house is exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach and had a great restaurant next door. Beach was very rocky, but we were able to walk down a little and find a spot we could swim. House accommodated our three families only downside was the need to move vehicles as they only wanted two in the driveway, and it was difficult to get bigger vehicles in the small garage.

Sand Castle Satellite Beach

Great place for a larger group. Extremely comfortable beds & well stocked kitchens. Nice bar/restaurant right across the street. My only concern with the location, is the huge rocks & boulders in the surf at the beach area, but the home was perfect for us (9 people). The host is very responsive. We had a fantastic time!

Fun week in Satellite Beach

This property worked out very well for our extended family visit of 10 adults and 6 kids. The pool was a hit, as was the close proximity of the beach. There were enough bedrooms for every family to have their own, and the washer and dryer was also much appreciated.

The house is located ina great spot only a few steps away from the ocean. We had a family of 12 and the house was perfect. I would book again!

Property has it all

Property was great. Kids loved the pool and the closeness to the Beach. Owner was very cooperative and answered all our questions leading up to the visit. Would definitely plan another visit to the house.

Perfect

We had a great experience with this property for an impromptu trip to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and the location was so convenient. The beach was so beautiful. The Mexican restaurant right across the street was delicious and the ice cream shop down the road perfect as well. We had a great experience.

The Sandcastle Resort

Our stay at the Sandcastle was amazing. It had everything we needed for our large group ranging in age from 1 1/2 yrs to 88 yes. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere and location location location! The Mexican restaurant across the street is fabulous and the ice cream shop a hit with the kids! All in all a perfect spot for a family getaway at the beach! We would definitely come again! Also a plus that you can rent the top or bottom separately for smaller groups.

Really Nice Stay

The house is very spacious and has enough room for a large family. The house had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The owner is very responsive. We did find some dirty blankets and dishes in the dish washer but nothing major. The house is in a great location and we would stay there again.

Great vacation on satellite beach

We had an awesome family vacation. The pool became our living room. The kids loved it. We saw turtles on the beach, we saw a rocket launch. My son is a chef and we enjoyed some most excellent meals. We would all definitely go back again to the same house

Great family house!

We had an extended family group of 7 for Christmas. There was plenty of space with the upstairs being nicely separated. Very comfortable with everything you need. Great location. The host told us everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend!

Very good summer

Great location with all the amenities, walking distance to the beach, enough room for my group, cover patio with and screened pool. There was also a volleyball court by Pelican Park that we have a lot of fun at. Richard was a great communicator and helped answer all the questions along the way.

The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. They spent alot of time in it. The landscape and grounds were immaculately kept. The kitchen extremely well furnished. The proximity to the beach was perfect.The owner, Richard, was easy to deal with and answered questions prior to our arrival promptly. We all had a great time.

Outstanding Location

Great experience overall. Fit our party of 6 very well. Loved the pool. Close to beach access and good restaurants. A little mixup with cleaning crew not making upstairs master bed but not a big deal. Great communication with Property manager during our stay. I would rent again.

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay in Satellite Beach. The house had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was great and we spent many hours playing in it. The beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the beach due to the amount of seaweed. So, we were even more thankful to have a pool. We would definitely stay here again, and are planning to next year.

Great House for family vacation

This house is great for large extended family gatherings. We loved the large table for meals together and the large sectional sofa. We spent so much time in the pool too. The house is close to the beach but the road was a little busy to get the little ones across. The wagon we brought helped with that. The owner was fantastic with correspondence and very accommodating! We had a wonderful week together!

Great house for large family.

Great house for large family. Family and dining area open and spacious. Close to the beach, great pool and pool area. Close to Cocoa beach, and all your basic needs are within a few minutes, (publix, ABC liquors, CVS, Walmart, Ice Cream Shop, etc.) Lots of local places to eat. House manager was very engaged, checking in several times throughout the week. We had an awesome week of family bonding! You wont be disappointed.

I have lived in, maintained and cared for this property for more than two decades. It is a comfortable, spacious, well-maintained property close to the beach: walk in the sand and surf, view pelicans flying by, and enjoy the great local Mexican restaurant Little Dos that is at the end of the street!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

An on-site heated pool in a screened pool house is available 24/7. Comfortable lanai with picnic table and sofa to eat/relax in the fresh air. You have free high speed WiFi throughout the house and the pool area. There is free laundry on-site and six or seven parking spaces in the driveway (depending on car size). The city does not allow RV parking.
There are TV's in all bedrooms with Netflix, Hulu, other channels and DVD/BlueRay players.
The second floor of the house gives you nice ocean views and is surrounded by windows making it sunny and bright. There are sliding doors on three sides allowing for the ocean breeze to come through softly and enjoyably. There is a dining area on both floors. The one on the second floor allows views of the ocean in the near distance. The sunrises, visible from the kitchen, dining area and master bedroom can be glorious!
Several grocery stores are just a 3 to 5 minute drive away as is Pelican Beach park with extensive picnic facilities.
The setting is peaceful and comfortable. Stay here for a fantastic experience: relaxing and fun.
