Beachside Pool House with heated pool, Short Walk to the Beach!

Conveniently located in Melbourne/Indialantic Beach: This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with a screened private pool is only about 300 meters to the Paradise Beach & Park. French doors, tile floors and an aquarium themed etched glass window! Fireplace, two skylights. Short walking distance to beach and shopping/restaurants. 15 minutes drive to the Melbourne airport.

The spacious house has 3 bedrooms.
- The Master room has 1 king sized bed. It is connected with the master bathroom with a shower/jetted tub combo. This room also have one set of bedroom furniture and TV.

- The bed room 2 has 1 queen size bed, dresser with mirror. It also has a study
desk and TV in the room.

- The bed room 3 has 1 full queen bed.

- Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 shared a full bathroom with shower/tub combo

- High ceiling in The family/living area. It is spacious and nicely decorated. I also
has a TV on the wall.

Other things you need to know:
- We provide Sling TV and NetFlix instead of traditional cable TV.
- Parking on our house's paved driveway or our garage. It's enough for parking 3 cars. Please DO Not parking in front of neighbor's house or their drive way.
- Our trash can is at the left back side of our house. The right side small gate next to our house and neighbor is belong to our neighbor. The trash can in there is our neighbor's. Please don't put trash in neighbor's trash can.
- Swimming pool have the weekly service either on Tuesday. The pool service person usually enter from the fence gate directly.

The house was wonderful directly across from a public beach site with food truck and bathrooms. Heated pool was exactly what we needed in December. The host had plenty of extras like toiletries and paper towels and trash bags. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and everything you need. We absolutely loved the reclining sofa chairs. Huge house with room for everyone.

We had a great vacation! Great location by the beach. We saw turtles laying eggs on the beach and a rocket launch at night. Spent the days jumping waves and fishing and chilling in the pool.

This property was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. Being able to start our mornings with coffee on the porch and then stroll to the beach in minutes was a dream.

Pool haven

The property was perfect when you have swimmers in your family. We swam nonstop in the pool and having it heated allowed us to go at night. We were close to the beach to take a quick trip over. The highway was busy so we chose to drive given the little ones. The stay was awesome and just what we needed. The owners were quick to respond as well!

Location, Location, Location

The Melbourne area is a favorite for our family and this property is perfectly situated. It is within walking distance of several great restaurants, stores, and most importantly only a few minutes walk from the beach. The house was spotless and the host was quick to answer our questions. Our family loved sitting outside in the pool area and watching the birds and small lizards in the trees. It is a peaceful oasis. The living room and dining area are large and provide plenty of space for the whole family to gather. The neighbors were sweet and even gave my son fishing bait and lots of fishing tips. We would stay here again.

Not the most friendly

I'm used to VRBO places in the South, where hospitality and friendliness is the standard. This place felt cold and unwelcoming. It was outfitted with the minimum of and cheapest supplies. There was no notebook with suggestions for where to eat or activities. Every time I reached out to the host, I felt like I was barked at. On the other hand, it was very clean and located near the beach.

Great house ~50 min from Kennedy Space Center

Great house--we wish we had more time just to hang out and enjoy it! We came to see a launch at the Kennedy Space Center, and it was a little farther from that than we realized (~50 min drive), but the house made it worth it, especially for the price. Many hotels we considered would have cost us more. We especially enjoyed the private pool, quiet neighborhood, and proximity to beaches. Host communication was excellent--told us everything we needed to know without asking.

Our stay/family visiting

Our host was great and easy to communicate by email. The interior of home was nice and clean. Anything that came up after emailing host was answered quickly and taken care off. We had rented the home to visit many family member in the area. This worked well for us. The beach was only a five minute walk and a nice area. The pool with home was great for the two of us, for a large family not so good. We liked the area around the house and there many places to go to eat. The shopping areas was very close. The house look on the outside isn’t too street appealing but don’t let that worry you. Only needs a power washing a bit of maintenance. I would recommend it! Would love to go back for a longer stay than two weeks. Neighbors are very nice.

Beautiful home! Close to everything!

We stayed here with 6 of us! Pool was nice and warm! Home was beautiful and easy to cozy into! Comfortable beds, even the roll out bed was super comfortable which surprised me! Close to everything you need to shop, groceries, beach etc! The kids loved the climber down the street as well! Would highly recommend! Home owner made it very easy to check in and made us feel very welcome!

Great location close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood other than motel construction next door. Could have been a little cleaner( floors) and outside could use some maintenance. Master ensuite bathtub is raised and could be a hazard for elderly. X was great to quickly address any issues we had.

Paradise beachside house with pool

Excellent location, easy walking access to Melbourne's Paradise Beach (just across the street). Also, short walk to several nearby restaurants and short ride to many area museums, parks, marine sanctuaries, zoo and lots of shopping. Our family of 5 adults and 1 3yr old, immensely enjoyed the clean blue pool and very well outfitted house. We saw turtles, manatees, alligators, ospreys and pelicans to name a few. A few must visit areas include: Turkey Creek Trail, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Sebastian Inlet, Sea Turtle Marine Sanctuary, and County Zoo. We saw two KSC SPACEX rocket launches from the beach during our visit.

Wonderful Stay

This is our second time staying at Z’s home for our family beach vacation. The house had everything we needed and is just a short walk to the beach. Z is a very responsive and helpful host and we will definitely be back!

Nice accommodations, easy walk to beach, many restaurants nearby, owner very responsive. There is some construction nearby that is rather loud but overall very happy with stay.

Great property

We just spent 2 weeks at this house in Melbourne. It was exactly as listed. The home was very roomy, cllean and well equipped with kitchen essentials and beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Bring your own beach towels. The pool was great and our grandchildren loved it. The property is a 10 minute walk to the beach and several great eating establishments. We highly recommend this property

Beautiful week in Melbourne

This house and its location was perfect for our relaxing week in the warm weather of Florida. We could walk easily to the beach and were entertained by an Air Force helicopter training session. (The helicopters lowered ladders and we watched the service members in the water climb them) We made use of the beach chairs in the garage We also walked to a nearby restaurant, Bunkys, for an enjoyable dinner. All of the restaurants we enjoyed were in close driving distance. The house was just right for our group. The pool was just the right temperature. We enjoyed playing cards at the dining room table. The patio table out back was a great place to sit especially while enjoying our morning coffee. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us

Nice stay

The home was conveniently located and an easy walk or drive with plenty of free parking at the public beach access. Chairs for the beach, boogie boards and sand toys provided (no beach towels). The heated pool with underwater lighting was a wonderful private and wind protected retreat. The kitchen had enough pans & pots, dishes & utensils to make simple meals. Although I brought my own and unsure if the owner provided but it was really nice to discover dish & dishwasher soap, zip lock bags, paper towels, coffeemaker filters, trash liners and toilet paper. (Bring your own sugar, salt/pepper etc.) The surfaces in the house were relatively clean however the tile floor was very dirty and therefore wore flip flops constantly. The included Sling and Netflix was nice and easy to use on the 3 tvs. The construction across the street was at a standstill so very quiet area. Be aware the master bath is not unsteady person friendly. There is a 12” ledge to climb onto before climbing over the 28” jacuzzi bathtub & shower side with no handholds. The 2nd bathroom has a comfort height toilet and we deemed it safer for us to use. This rental proved to be a nice 10 day snowbird sanctuary.

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed the pool and deck for hanging out. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and several great restaurants. Lots of living space though somewhat lacking in furniture (outdoor furniture was set up by the tv and it was very uncomfortable- no cushions). Z. was very responsive when messaged.

Fun vacation home

The overall experience was good. Good location to stores, restaurants and most importantly, the beach. The pool was a great addition to have! The house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked to see. There was stuff under the beds and food stuck on the dishes. The pool deck was a little dirty (dried leaves and mud). I would have liked to see a book with rules, restaurants recommendations, garbage/recycling days, pool cleaning days/times. Z was very accommodating and kept us informed of the property damage after the storm and pool issues. Z is an amazing host.
