Nuestra casa está ubicada en el corazón del vecindario North Park de San Diego. Con lugares de moda, bares, cafeterías y restaurantes en cada esquina. A pocos minutos del parque Balboa, Ocean Beach, el centro, Little Italy, Hillcrest y mucho más.

NorthPark es el centro de la vida nocturna de moda en San Diego. A pocas cuadras hay varias cervecerías, restaurantes y cafeterías, todo lo que necesita para que su estadía sea más placentera.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was the perfect size for four adults and our dog. The location is very central to the San Diego attractions. We cooked breakfast everyday (the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed) and ate out for lunch/dinner. Ismael was an excellent host and we LOVED his home! Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and a fun neighborhood to hang out in. We highly recommend it and plan on returning.

Cute house in a great neighborhood

First, the "con" - the property is in need of a deep cleaning and general TLC. On the surface, it seems fine, but if you look a little closer you realize it needs some attention.Next, the "pro's" - location is excellent. Corner stores, restaurants, breweries all within walking distance. Nice neighhbors. Beds are comfortable. Easy access for getting around the larger San Diego area.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay at this home in North Park. The location was great, walkable to numerous breweries, food, Senior Mangos and Ans Laundrymat. Loved it had parking and it was close to everything we planned on doing in San Diego.

A Happy Re-Visit

We returned to this comfy North Park bungalow for a family event and found it just as great as on our first visit. Really well-equipped, very responsive host, all good! The neighborhood is terrific too -- low key, but full of interesting brew pubs and restaurants and an easy drive to San Diego's many attractions.

Don’t hesitate to stay here!

My two sons and I had a great stay while in town for a wedding/vacation. Communication with Ismael was an A+. We had one small issue with the shower that he responded to right away and didn’t interrupt our visit at all. House is small but was absolutely fine for the three of us. I missed in the listing that there was no dishwasher but we didn’t eat in much so it was not a big deal. There is no air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms, however I left the bedroom doors open and some windows open and was absolutely fine. The other A/C units are quite loud but cool the rooms quickly so we hardly had to run them. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Washer and dryer in the garage worked great and was easy to get in from a side door. The outdoor patio is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Was great sitting there for coffee and relaxing. Bathroom was plenty big enough for all of our toiletries. The shower/bath is up a tiled step. It was fine for us but I imagine it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The parking was a huge bonus as street parking would have been a challenge. Great area; walkable to so many restaurants, grocery, etc. Lots of people walking around. We felt safe in and out of the house. Also easy access to major roads and other neighborhoods. I would absolutely stay in this house again and would rent again from Ismael in a second.

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot for us! Lots of issues getting there on this busy Marathon weekend but the location proved to be the best choice we made! My son ran and the run route was a street up from us. We were able to walk to everything you could possibly need. The house itself was small but the description was spot on, very charming and perfect for 3-5 people. The host was responsive immediately to all messages. Definitely would recommend.

Great Stay

The home was very well Stocked and clean. The size was perfect for the six guests that stayed, including two young children. It was a perfect location within walking distance of numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The Private outdoor area was fantastic for eating and hanging out. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Summer Trip to San Diego

Me and my friend chose to take a 9 day trip to san diego to meet up with some friends. The check in process was easy, clean property and clean linens. It was close to alot but tucked away so it was still a quiet neighborhood at night. Ismael was super helpful, even when we had to inconvenience him on one part of the trip, I never felt anything short of complete patience. Will definitely visit again!

Great Eclectic Neighborhood

Property was definitely as described, ease of access to grocery and restaurants. Dog walker neighbors were friendly. Property Mgr was very helpful with recommendations.

Designer decorated with our guest’s travel experience in mind. With blues, grey’s whites and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. With historic elements from the mission tiled hearth to the exterior facia, this property is truly a design gem. Very bright and surprisingly spacious for the size.
