Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with just a short drive to Mission Bay, this charming retreat offers a calm, private escape while remaining close to San Diego’s top attractions.
The home is part of a tranquil property where the beautifully landscaped backyard, grill, and hot tub are shared, creating a serene outdoor setting for relaxing, entertaining, meditating, and playing with your fur baby!
This thoughtfully designed cottage blends comfort, simplicity, and functionality — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!
Bay Park
• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage both units on this lot. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with an additional fee. Please contact us for more information and approval.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Laundry: A stackable washer and dryer is available in the home for guest use.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.
