Great House Great Location

The house was wonderful. Open floor plan made for great family time between those in living area and those in the kitchen. Beautiful roof top view of the gulf. Super comfortable beds, kids loved pool table, just an overall great experience.

Phenomenal group stay

Had 16 adults staying here and it was an absolute blast of an experience. The owners (360 Blue) were very responsive and helpful with any and all issues we had (small things that weren't that big of a deal). The house was the best one in the area and we couldn't have been happier with it!

As good as advertised

We needed a place for a large group of friends and family. We had several adults and kids, however we never once felt crowded. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is amazing (and easily fit all of us for meals). We’ll definitely stay in this house again.

Excellent Experience

This home had it all. A beautiful kitchen with extra refrigerators throughout the house, tons of King size beds, two bunk rooms, room to stretch out and not be on top of one another, a lovely outdoor space and it is in a very convenient yet a fairly quiet location just a 1/2 block from the beach. There were three sets of washers and dryers which made life easier as we had six kids with lots of towels to wash. Great management of the property! We really enjoyed our stay at this location.

St charles/ sea grove

Beautiful spacious home. The entire family loved our stay here. A chef’s dream kitchen inside and out. The ice machine was amazing. All beds and baths were private and beautiful. The pool towels and goodies were an added touch. The pool chairs could use some maintenance but just normal wear and tear. We all agreed this was our favorite house by far. Love the area and used the bikes and golf carts a lot. There are 44 steep steps down to the beach - it was hard for a couple of our guests as they were older and watched others struggling too, The management company were attentive and responsive.

November 2021 Stay

The house is beautiful and the location to the beach is wonderful. The concierge service was nice to have and Hope was very responsive. There were a couple of issues with the pool heater and the golf cart and minor repairs in the house. They had people out to fix things immediately. The beds were very comfortable but I was glad i brought my own pillow. Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen is a dream and well stocked with dishes and cookware. We would definitely come back.

Impressive home and great location

The house was more impressive in person than the pictures can show. It was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had 21 people on a family vacation and loved the location both for the beach and going to Seaside. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach at this location was not crowded. The management team was very responsive when we had some minor issues with the plumbing. Having a golf cart was very nice and it got a lot of use. My only complaint was the beach chair service. The attendants were not always there and we had to call and wait a long time to get our chairs set up. Also, 2 chairs included for a house with this price point and the number of people the house holds is not very useful. I notice other houses like this include more beach chairs with the house. If you want family pictures on the beach, I highly recommend Chris at sunsetphotography-pcola. He is great with the kids and the whole group.

The property is 100% as advertised, I have staid in the sister house next door as well, both are great! Management company is topnotch, very attentive if needed and not a bother if you want privacy I have rented from them 3 or 4 times and highly recommend this and there other properties, not inexpensive but well worth the. Money, you get what you pay for!

Company Retreat

We had an amazing time at this property. Our whole company came to Seagrove and we rented this house and another one - both places were amazing and everyone had a comfortable week and we got a lot done as well as some fun!

Great experience. Accommodated in luxury 16 family members. Perfect location and amenities of the house were flawless. This place is better in person than in the pics. Quick 5 minute bike ride to Seaside and 2 minute walk to the beach.

Absolutely loved St Charles. We had 6 families wit a total of 21 guests with tons of daily visitors and never felt crowded. Top notch interior finishes and the commercial ice maker is a great added benefit for big groups. Location is also perfect for kids to get to beach and to Seaside quickly.

What a beautiful house! Only thing missing were beach towels and toys for the beach. Cart was awesome! The little ones loved riding it! 360 Blue is one of the best management services on 30-A.

April 2019 Stay

The house was AMAZING and easily accommodated 5 Families (11 Adults & 4 kids) with plenty of room for everyone. The finishes were wonderful and we loved the pool, outdoor kitchen, & easy access to the beach. 360 Blue was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed and we can’t wait to come back next year.

November 2018 Stay

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving week with our big family of 7 couples and 6 children of all ages. So much room to spread out (or hide!). Kitchen was well equipped and the house couldn't have been better. Would definitely recommend it to all!

July 2018 Stay

Beautiful house. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay there again and again. My only complaint was not enough hooks in the bathrooms for towels and wet bathing suits. But the house was absolutely stunning and fit our very large group of six families.
