Simple and beautifully curated, this Seagrove Social does beach life the natural way. The down-to-earth decor and comfortable living space feels inviting and warm. In the mornings, stop by the local farmers’ market and seafood shops. When the sun goes down, cook your fresh finds in the outdoor kitchen while the kids swim and play. We love how close this home is to the beaches but when you’ve had enough sun and sand, take a dip in your own private pool!

We had an excellent stay! The house is beautiful and the management company was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions we had. The location can’t be beat. Easy, short walk to the beach and quick golf cart ride or bike ride into Seaside! Our favorite part of the house was the rooftop deck! Amazing view of the ocean and perfect for watching the sunset. We will definitely be back.

Lovely beachside property

Echelon was a great property manager and our concierge Dani was incredibly responsive to all issues we raised. The home was spotless and brand new, and the location was unbelievably great! Would rent with Echelon again anytime!

Amazing vacation in perfect location

We did a senior trip with our sons. We had 16 people and more than enough room. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. One of the ice makers was broken but they did offer to bring in additional ice. The beach was just across the street and was much quieter than the access in town. Great town with just a 10 minute walk. The I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

GREAT week at the Beach

We had a large group (8 Adults and 8 Kids) stay for a week at Seagrove Social and it was spacious and comfortable for everyone. The bedroom set up and bunk rooms were perfect for separate families. The walk to the beach is short and easy and the Seaside Square and Publix are both a short golf cart right away. The kitchen was also equipped with everything we needed for the week. We loved this house! We will be back.

Great house…some not great issues for the codt

Great space. Great location for easy beach access and closeness to Seaside. Great pool and outdoor kitchen area. Issues: No repair person ever came to fix the ice makers is the 2 kitchen freezers … so 14 people had to use the one ice maker which was on the ground floor (not where the kitchen was) and bought ice to have ice for drinks and coolers. I reported the problem on day 1 and several other times but they issue was never addressed. The griddle and vent a hood were terribly dirty, so we did not use the griddle in the kitchen. We had bugs/roaches on all 3 floors … after reporting this, a bug exterminator came and sprayed but then we had literally dozens of dead roaches on the floors … we had 4 babies with us that were on the floor constantly so that was not ideal. The fire alarm went off twice (not the pool alarm) one late afternoon and stayed on burg tines about one minute. I reported this, but no one ever called me back about it or addressed it. Bottom line, a beautiful house and a lovely setting, wonderful porches, but for what we paid to rent this wonderful house, I’d expect to have working ice makers in the kitchen or at the very least, have the issue addressed while staying there for a week. I’d expect to have bugs under control through a monthly service so they don’t get out of control like they had and I’d expect especially in a new house to have a cleaned griddle surface and a degreased vent a hood. I imagine it’s was an oversight of the cleaning crew.

Family fun on the 4th!

The house was great, clean, comfortable beds and well furnished. There was plenty of room for lots of family fun -plenty of room to "get away" from family as well. The rooftop was spectacular- we had sunset apps and cocktails several of our nights there. Overall it was awesome, we did have a few little disappointments that did not ruin our trip. The first would be the golf cart was out of gas when we got there and we never got to use it-It wasn't much of an issue because the location was so great- we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go anyway- would have been great to use to haul stuff across the road to the beach- but again, so close it didn't matter. One other concern was the salt water pool was over chlorinated and bleached several of our new bathing suits :( only other issue we had was huge kitchen with two dishwashers and dinner seating for a crowd with 2 dish towels - just not enough. In spite of the few drawbacks, we loved it and would defiantly stay there again!

Very comfortable. Spacious. Well-appointed and situated. Everything as advertised. Internet was was shoddy and not fixed after called several times. Overall, a great place, but pricey.

A Family Favorite

House was great for our large family...plenty of room and awesome location so everyone go come and go as they please to the beach or into town. Rooftop was especially nice to hang out on for those early evening sunsets if you have already come in from the beach. Rental agency was responsive to the few needs we had so great customer service there too. Pool was beautiful and very private. A great stay.. we will be back but will order more sunshine the next time we are there ;-)

Great location and perfect for large groups.

The pool was a great size for the area and fit plenty of adults and kids for sleeping. The house is big enough that if traveling with a large group you don't feel like you are on top of each other.

Mother/Daughter Spring Break Trip

This house was perfect for our trip! Each Mom had their own room and the girls were together in the bunk rooms. Open Kitchen and living area made for great gatherings around meals and relaxing. The rooftop view was incredible and the outdoor pool/spa entertaining area was so much fun. We had some difficulty with the heat for the pool/spa but they were responsive and accommodating. The noise from the construction at 2 neighboring houses was tough, but not much you could do. Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay, the property and the service. Thank you for some great memories!!!

Seagrove is Special

House is fantastic for a large family. Proximity to public beach is amazing. Same to Seaside and Watercolor. Amenities at the house are fantastic. Outdoor grill and bar area were great. Pool was wonderful. Rooftop deck was perfect for star gazing and checking out the water. Fantastic trip.

Fantastic property

We’ve stayed in the area every year for the last 8 years, and this was by far our favorite house. Perfect layout for the 4 families we vacationed with, lots of private balcony space for phone calls,etc. and several communal areas for splitting up the kids and adults for game nights! Few steps to the beach and large pool for splashing in afterward.
