Bienvenido a esta hermosa y bien mantenida casa luminosa y espaciosa con un elegante estilo contemporáneo. A solo minutos del Golfo de México con acceso directo al agua y exposición sur para disfrutar del sol todo el día. Un plano de planta abierto que invita a la comodidad y la relajación incluye una sala de estar y comedor, techos altos, gabinetes a medida, barra de bar, cocina funcional encantadora y una gran sala familiar para el entretenimiento. El baño principal incluye dos lavabos con ducha extragrande de doble cabezal. Un tercer baño sirve como baño de piscina. Great Location for Boating/Fishing and Beach

The house has a great location near the beach. Also with great access to Caxambas pass by boat to get to 10,000 islands for shells and to fish nearby. Great boat dock with plenty of room for a rental boat and a nice cleaning station for fish. House itself has a nice layout and very well equipped. House worked great for our family of five.

Perfect house

We come to Marco every year for the past 20 years and this was the best house we have stayed at. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean, new, and very well stocked with things you wouldn't expect but came in handy. Great house and location! You can't go wrong here!

Easy Living on Marco Island

Great house (4BR-3BA) with plenty of space to spread out. Large living area making socializing easy and enjoyable. The house is an easy walk to the beach and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of friendly neighbors and other dog lovers. The owner, Al, was very friendly and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. And we were! See you next year.

My family and I enjoyed everything about this home. It was clean. The beds were comfortable and well-stocked kitchen. We were so grateful for the opportunity to spend a week at such a well-maintained property. The management company communicated all instructions clearly for checking in and checking out. I would highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect. My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with family. This property was clean and spacious. With 8 people in the house we were worried we would be on top of one another, we were not. There as so much room. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the pool was amazing. The owners were extremely responsive and made this rental easy. Will DEFINITELY go back.

Home away from home….

Perfect way to relax “Marco Style” with all the comforts of home. Amazing location just short walk to beach. Beautiful pool and new dock area where we paddled daily in the company of dolphins. House is beautifully decorated with countless updates. Enjoyed most of our meals at the house lounging around and making great family memories.

Great home and pool

We loved this home. Pool is large which we enjoyed. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Alan was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions quickly.

Another great week in Marco!

We (family of 7 and two pups) spent a week last summer at this fabulous house and eagerly awaited our return this summer. It didn’t disappoint. The place is clean, spacious and comfortable. The amenities (pool, dock, kayaks, fire pit, bikes, beach, and more) are first rate in every way. And Alan (the owner) is super easy to reach and always responsive. Finally, Marco Island is a quiet, family-friendly beach community. Just a great rental option!

Could not ask for a better property to stay at with our extended family for our 30th anniversary. Pictures are spot on and the home is immaculate inside and out. Dock and pool are just as spectacular. Easy kayaking from property...manatees not far from property. Extremely well stocked with everything you could think of. Tons of pool toys, kayaks are great for in the canals. As previous guest said, couple doors don't open due to storm damage, but has zero impact on your stay. We hopefully will be returning soon...you should not be disappointed in any way by renting this outstanding VRBO home!

Beautiful House

The house is beautiful and the property well maintained. The pictures do not do the view justice as it is so much more pretty than the pictures can show. The neighborhood is very quiet and after seeing the island from the water and the car, Osprey is one of the nicest streets on the island. We rented a boat (Big Marco is the best!) which was docked at the house and made for an even more wonderful trip. Via the boat, we had access to private beaches, local restaurants, and got to experience dolphin, sea turtles, and manatee right off the boat. My in-laws (who are in their 80's) came with us so we gave them the Master bedroom. It was ideal as the shower is large and easy to maneuver. There were 7 of us (in-laws, 3 adult children, and my husband and I) but the house was plenty big enough for us all. The kayaks and bikes made it fun for the kids. We were only a short walk to the public beach for the fireworks. There was plenty of hot water and towels for us all, the shower pressure was ideal, and the kitchen well stocked. We ate primarily at the house and had every utensil we needed. There are even two crockpots available if you want to put dinner on and head out to the beach for the day. We had no issues with the hot tub, air conditioner, appliances, etc. Everything was perfect! The owner is extremely helpful and communicates well. Overall one of the best vacations we have had so far! Highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion

Great House with awesome location. The house was exceptionally well stocked; kitchen, pool, beach toys! We have stayed in a lot of rental houses for two decades and it was the best stocked house we've ever had. Everyone said how nice and comfortable the beds where. Best surprise was the amazing kayak dock lift with remote. Very cool! Only two small issues that were not a big deal. The main door sliders from the living room to the pool are permanently closed due to storm damage and the door from the bathroom to the pool is not operational. It was not a big deal because the slider by the dinning table was more than enough. There is also a slider from two of the bedrooms. Overall the house is amazing!!

Perfect for families!

We stayed at this house for three weeks and had a great overall experience! It is in a quiet location on the canal, but still walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house living space is perfect for families and has lots of seating for larger groups. The pool and hot tub are in great condition. Alan is very responsive and made the renting process very easy. We would definitely rent this house again!

Well appointed, great location

Our family of 4 plus another guest stayed for a week in Sept. We have been coming to Marco for decades and this was the first time renting a house. With 2 young kids having a screened-in pool was fantastic and made things a lot easier and enjoyable. It was about 3/4 mile to the nearest public beach access which took us 15-20min to walk. The access is just South of the Hilton. There was a beach wagon that we used and some sand toys and pool toys available. The house is also a 15 min walk to several good restaurants. The house was in a very quiet area. The house is also on the water. The house was pretty modern with its look and feel. Tile throughout the inside and outside that looked like wood. Led lights, dimmers, granite counters, Bluetooth sound bar. Really liked the corner wall/windows in the eating area for a great view. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. All the beds/mattresses were similar and pretty comfy. 2 kings, 1 double (I think), and 2 singles in the 4th bedroom. The pool was good size and temp was great. The fire pit was a nice touch but a little warm in Sept to use. The kitchen had just about everything we needed as far as dinner ware, silver ware, cook ware and utensils. We contributed a few things things that we bought and left for others. There is also a nice wet bar area with a beverage center and various barware. Overall it was very nice, good location, and well appointed. Very polite and responsive owner. We did a a couple issues. The water was off when we arrived which was expected and per the instructions we turned it on outside. We thought the reason for not having hot water on the day of arrival was because the water was off. The next day there still was no hot water. I called the owner who was very responsive. I called Sunday night and an electrician came first thing Monday morning which was Labor Day. That didn’t solve the problem, and a plumber came first thing Tuesday morning and was able to fix the problem but we were without hot water Saturday until Tues AM. The other problem was a critter issue. In the guest bedroom bathroom when we turned on the tub a pretty large roach came out of the drain. With 2 little kids it was a little traumatic. Another was found in the family room, a couple in garage/pool area. There were also a few dead ones under furniture in the guest bedroom. The owner was responsive and apologetic and indicated an exterminator would come but not during our stay.

This house has it all!

We absolutely loved this house! It's very clean, beautifully decorated, and communication with the owner is very easy. The owners have put a lot of thought into making the house comfortable for guests. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a wet bar with a small fridge right around the corner from the kitchen. There are kayaks, life jackets, bikes, and beach chairs in the garage that guests can use. The location is great, very nice and quiet neighborhood, with several restaurants and shops nearby. If you're bringing a boat, there are a number of shoals just out of the canal and 10,000 Islands (including the Cape Romano Dome House) is also pretty close by. Overall, this house is a perfect choice for a beach vacation!

It had suffered serious damage in the hurricane in 2016 so it created the perfect clean slate for us to do a full remodel. We replaced everything down to bare walls.

Location, Location, Location. We love the canal site that has us in a slightly quieter spot, just off the beach but with all the amenities and vibrancy that come from being at the Hotel/Beach area. It is nice to have the extra space and amenities of a private home but all the features and benefits of the JW Marriott or Hilton nearby
