Pretty new rental, so please look up the other listings at the end of this description for their reviews to see how I really care about the people who trust me with their stay on this beautiful Marco Island. If you are looking for breathe taking views! Look no further! This massive 5700 square foot estate home with 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths sits atop a 1.10 acre lot and showcases amazing views from all three levels. Sleeps a true 12 people without over crowding like other properties. Located in the estate area of Marco. The high vantage point provides stunning sunrises with a sweeping view of Barfield Bay. Relax and lounge next to the oversized salt water pool and hot tub in the screened lanai. Wildlife is a big part of this area of Marco. Gopher tortoises and tropical birds abound in this pristine natural setting. This home was designed to have anything and everything you may need to enjoy your perfect island getaway. Plenty of beach/pool gear so no worries. Also a fully stocked kitchen. Can't forget to mention the filled up game room either. The pool is set to 87° and the hot tub will go to 102° just like the JW Marriott's. Home is equipped with 2 full-size refrigerators. One in the kitchen and one in the garage.

It was perfect! The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for the week, from paper towels to detergents. We could not ask for more. The host was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure that our stay was perfect. We were 12 people and needed a larger dining room table. He provided an additional table for us. He came by to ensure that the pool chemicals were right. He was great! We could not have asked for a better situation.

Fabulous home, area, and host.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's home and would not hesitate to stay at his beautiful, clean, spacious home again. It is clear from the moment you enter this house that Matt gives great care to his home and the comforts within. We embraced the fabulous and truly therapeutic view each morning, on the main floor screened lanai, with quiet coffee first for early risers and then family breakfast. Everyone in the family loved the pool, game room, walks on the beautiful and somewhat tranquil, south side of Marco and plentiful sightings of gopher tortoises! The best restaurants in Marco are just a short drive away and our favorite grocery store is just down the road. We are so grateful that we found a house where each of us had the space we needed in beautifully appointed bedrooms as well as plenty of family areas for our family vacation in Matt's house.

Great house, beautiful pool

Matt was super helpful. House was huge. Some stairs required to get to the kitchen, but my grandma managed fine. Pool was warm and hot tub was warmer! Thanks Matt, looking forward to coming back!

Great family week!

We had 10 people staying and it was very comfortable! It’s an older property with lots of charm. Very clean and well stocked with great amenities at the house for pool, beach, kitchen & game room (need more ping pong balls). Great communication with the property owner, which was super important to us. We had a fantastic week at the Sunrise Bay Estate!

Thanksgiving Holiday Family Gathering

Our stay was really very good. The property exceeded my expectations and Matt was a very responsive host. He answered every question and addressed each concern he had control over. Everyone felt they had privacy in their rooms yet plenty of common areas to enjoy each other’s company. One major drawback; there was major construction going on next door which made it impossible to be outdoors enjoying the pool and lanai 2 out of 4 days. My family came from cold weather so this was a huge disappointment. If we had been informed ahead of time we may have chosen a different location. It was not the hosts fault there was construction, but we should have been informed about it ahead of time.

Awesome House

This place is perfect for a large group. My sisters and our families came down for a wedding. There were 11 of us and we could spread out and be close together all at the same time. It's a gorgeous property with everything you need. The host Matt is fantastic! He's extremely responsive and takes care of his guests. Highly recommend

Excellent team building

We stayed at this property because they ran out of rooms at the hotel we were supposed to stay in. We were so glad we did! The property is almost like our own private resort! We cooked meals, hung out by the pool and really enjoyed the house while getting to know each other. It was a great team building exercise. Everything about the house was perfect. Matt, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I've never had a VRBO property manager respond within two minutes of a query. Overall, this place is such a gem and our stay was fantastic!

Great place for a big group

We had travel plans that fell through due to Hurricane Helene and we ended up at this lovely home in Marco Island. House was perfect! Has everything you need. Matt was incredibly helpful and so easy to work with. Highly recommend this home.

Great Experience

What a great property! Allowed my family and my friends families to all stay at the same location and be spread out. We loved the patio area. Having pool and beach stuff to use was great. The host was great to work with. Highly recommend this property for larger groups.

Great family getaway!

We had an unforgettable getaway at this VRBO property! The spacious home was immaculate and had all the amenities we could ask for. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the proximity to the beach and shopping made it even better. Highly recommend for friends and family gatherings!

Inlet paradise

Matt's property on Inlet Drive was an absolute dream vacation home! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect - situated right on the water with breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor activities to keep us entertained. And Matt was an excellent host, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway on Marco Island. Great stay

First time not staying on beach property and preferred it. Quiet, roomy, lovely and could go to the beach in the car whenever we chose. Coming home to this was perfect! Kind manager, communicative. Great for whole family. Would stay again!

A perfect slice of paradise!

Simply put, this house has just about everything you need. It is super-well outfitted, has a ton of space, and is located on a quieter part of the island so you're away from all the touristy hustle and bustle. The manager, Matt, is really helpful and friendly. Twelve thumbs up!
