My 1st experience with VRBO so check in /out was a bit confusing but we we managed to get in and cleaning guy was a little early so he said I could leave the keys with him & he would put them in the lock box for us. He was very nice.There were a few stains on the carpet when we got there but otherwise clean & well equipped to move in!We only needed a clean, quiet place to sleep so it was more than adequate for us.Loved the view of yard & forest in the back!

Clean comfortable condominium convenient to all town has to offer. As a first floor unit was not expecting the half flights of steep steps to enter the building and reach the room (split entry). Bedroom could use thicker curtains for those nights when it never gets completely dark

This place was old and dated but very affordable, clean and in a good location. There was also a lot of space for our two kids to run around! We would definitely stay again! Communication was also very good with the renter.

Location is perfect. The place is so outdated, I don’t get why you wouldn’t throw some updates into it!! Was warm and nice place for the night. The upstairs neighbors were loud. But wasn’t unbearable.

Dirty upon arrival; property manager uncommunicative; office always closed
We were scheduled to have a 4PM check in on a Friday afternoon; early that morning, we received an email saying the condo was ready early and we could check in as early as 11am. That was a nice surprise, but we couldn't actually arrive earlier than we had anticipated.
The information sent from Vacasa said that their office was open until 6pm, 7 days a week. We arrived there to pick up our key at 5:30, and the office was already closed and our key and parking permit were in an outside dropbox. Since we made it within office hours, it felt a little unsecure (anyone could have taken our rental key).
We went to our condo, and upon arrival, we realized that the bed was unmade, there were dirty towels in the bathroom, there was trash in the kitchen. I called and spoke to someone about after hours maintenance issues. She was kind and said that she would schedule housekeeping to come and TO CALL US within a few minutes so we could schedule the timing to be out of the condo when they arrive. An hour later, we had not received a phone call, so I called back. The girl answering the after hours phone contacted the property manager, and reassured us that someone would CALL US within a few minutes. 45 minutes later, housekeeping walked into the condo unannounced and was surprised that we were still there. She was overly helpful due to all of the misunderstanding. We went for a walk, and even though we explained which mess (dinner dishes) was ours and which messes were left from previous guests, she washed our dishes for us in addition to cleaning the condo and changing the sheets and towels.
The girl answering the after hours phone did her job, being apologetic and doing within her power to resolve the issue. And the housekeeper who arrived at 7:30pm on a Friday night did her job to make amends as well. However, where was the property manager in all of this? We never did receive any communication of apology. We were told he was calling housekeeping to find out who didn't clean, so he was apparently more concerned with reprimanding his staff than actually communicating with us in any way.
When we checked out around 1pm on Sunday, the office was still closed and we were unable to talk to anyone, even though: "Our office is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm 7 days a week." This was a disappointing experience, and we look forward to an apology and any other gestures from a manager to make this right.

We are very sorry about the experience you had during your reservation and would like to assure you this is not a normal experience. The information you received regarding availability is old information from before we managed the home, and we apologize we missed correcting it. We do staff the office from 9am - 5pm, but the door will be locked when staff are out tending to properties in the area. We have followed-up on the missed clean and would like to apologize again that your request to receive a call before housekeeping's arrival was lost in the rush to get someone out to you immediately. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

Cute and Quaint
This little apartment would’ve been perfect for my family if the beds were comfortable! All day my family skied and were so sore and tired. The beds were pretty bad.
Other than that it was perfect! Ended up sleeping on the floor!

Time hop
It was a blast from the past as we stepped into this place. Only thing that looked from this century was the vanity in the bathroom. Nothing we couldn’t look past in terms of the necessities. It had what we needed, but not much more. The cleanliness was another thing, there were crumbs left in the kitchen, hair from who knows who in various locations including hanging from a curtain, cobwebs, some very obvious red string, and old tape on the floor. Clearly had not been vacuumed. I refused to walk barefoot, I was glad I had my slippers. It wasn’t too loud in terms of where we were, but again glad I had something to cover the sound of footsteps above us. It wasn’t a surprise about there not being Wifi available due to other people’s reviews. My main complaint was the lack of cleanliness. I think someone may have gone through and straightened up the place and hopefully changed the pillowcases (we had our own bedsheets) at the very least. Sorry for the rant but I think we deserve our cleaning fee back.

Was a good location for us and that was about it. The furniture was very old, worn out and uncomfortable. Only local tv channels had cable but no subscription. The bed was hard as rock and no other usable furniture in the bedroom. We did not use the kitchen the appliances were in the same condition as the furniture.
