The host is very friendly and quick to respond. If I had a need they were quick to meet it. It is a nice place. The laundry is in a convenient spot. The apartment was comfortable and felt like home.

Beautiful house in a great location! Very clean and exactly as described/pictured! Host was very quick in responding to all questions and any issues we had! Would definitely stay here again.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the mattress on the full size bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We ended up pushing the 2 twin cots together for a much better sleep for the remainder of our stay.

What a huge and beautiful property! We loved it. Comfy beds and couches for us to chill on after big days touring Boston. Cozy blankets as an added bonus. We all played the piano since that’s our family thing—hopefully we didn’t bother other guests in the building. A close (10 minutes at most) and easy walk to the T. Handy shops and restaurants nearby. We’d definitely stay there again. I might suggest that the walking directions sent upon arrival from the T to the house could be a little clearer, but that could just be us. We figured it out, and we’re country folk. All in all this place was a big win for us. Thank you!

This Vrbo was perfect for our stay in Boston for a friend’s wedding. The keypad locks on the doors made for easy in and out of the apartment. There is a strip mall conveniently located right across the street and another shopping area closer to the T, otherwise the location does feel a bit far from the action of Boston. Unfortunately, the television was unable to be used during our stay due to a parental control setting accidentally being activated on all streaming apps by a previous guest. We made do with our laptops but it was an inconvenience for some evenings when we just wanted to unwind after a busy day. Maria was very attentive throughout our stay, answered questions promptly, and tried to get the tv issue resolved. The check in and check out process was smooth and being able to park our rental car in the back was very nice, the instructions we were given for that were thorough and clear. Overall, we would stay here again.

Pros- 1) good location; 2) good sized living room and dining room; 3) love not having to carry around a key since you enter with a code; 4) wall units kept the place coolCons- 1) the staircase to the unit is extremely narrow and it's difficult to take up luggage; 2) every time someone from upstairs walks around, it sounds like they are jumping up and down-it is so loud and can easily wake you up if you're asleep and they're still awake walking around; 3) not enough kitchen supplies (no cutting board, very few bowls and plates, no scissors, no saute pan); 4) parking should be included (it only costs 25/year to purchase a resident parking for the city and the owner charges 15/day for parking); 5) the place needs a fresh coat of paint and a more thorough cleaning crew

The apartment was as described. I love older homes, so it was a treat to stay there. It was a three-family house, but we rarely heard the other families, and we made sure we weren't too loud. We could not turn on the TB with the remotes, but the owners were swift in responding and re-programmed the TV with the correct remote the next day. We were gone most of the time, so watching TV was not an issue.I would recommend this apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, with the T station within walking distance, and would gladly stay here again. There was also a bus stop very close to the apartment, as well as multiple restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice stay good location

Stayed for the Boston Marathon. Very close walk to Main orange T- train station. Stores for needs across the Highway with some restaurants. 5 min drive to Assembly Row. Great restaurants while not going into Boston itself. Only downside is it was very noisy with the upstairs. Also had construction working on lower unit at 6am and no a!c.

Great Place to Stay for Event in Downtown Boston

Perfect for our longer stay

Our stay at the Piano apartment was pretty great. The hosts were very responsive to any issues that came up and friendly, too. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very close to numerous restaurants and stores for any shopping needs.There were enough linens, the heating worked well, the oarking space was wide and the handrails in the stairs were helpful. The internet stregth was great and we were very comfortable staying there for numerous weeks.

Quiet neighborhood in a good location

Very clean apartment. Really convenient for our Billie Eilish concert at TD Garden and quick trip from/to the airport. Owners were very helpful and accommodating to let us drop off our luggage early. Our granddaughter is a musician and was over the moon about the baby grand piano!

We came to Boston for our son appointments in downtown. This was a perfect fit between price, and the ability to get downtown pretty quickly for appointments.

Medford

The flat was excellent and well placed for access into Boston and beyond. The Orange Line Transit station was 5 minutes walk from the flat and this line runs through North Station where you can take the Commuter Rail system to Manchester-by-the-sea or Concord. Within a 2 minute walk there are supermarkets and fast food outlets too. If looking at this flat as a place to visit Boston and the surrounding area, I would recommend you consider it.

nice clean place

We all had a great time. Place was clean, well stocked and close to shopping and highways. check in process was easy. The only minor issue was that the mattress was very noisy and springy.
