Desde esta espaciosa casa de dos pisos, se encuentra a solo un corto paseo del río Deschutes, que hace de 5 Towhee el escenario perfecto para sus vacaciones familiares. La amplia y luminosa cocina se abre a los comedores y salas de estar. La gran sala de estar tiene una cómoda sala de estar frente a la chimenea de roca de lava con ventanas por todas partes, un buen lugar para acurrucarse al final de un largo día de diversión. En el otro lado de la sala principal está el comedor, que se abre a un área familiar que rodea el centro de entretenimiento para que toda la familia pueda reunirse y ver una película o tener una pequeña competencia amistosa sobre un juego de mesa. Con tres dormitorios y un gran altillo hay espacio para todos. En la planta baja encontrará una acogedora habitación con dos gemelos y un espacioso dormitorio de matrimonio. La segunda zona de dormitorio para la reina está arriba, en un loft abierto y ventilado que da a la sala de estar. También en la planta superior, el dormitorio principal y el área de loft comparten un baño que cuenta con 2 tragaluces sobre la bañera de hidromasaje, ¡un lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día de jugar duro en el hermoso centro de Oregon al aire libre! Relaxing Stay in Sunriver

The house was very clean on a nice quiet cul-de-sac in Sunriver. Beds were very comfortable and the home had all we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation home for families

We loved this house! It was perfect for our group. We had two families with four young kids and the layout was great for us. Nice and open and great outdoor patio space. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Awesome trip! We will be back!

Annual Family Reunion

We hadn't been in Sunriver since before Covid. This was just a great spot. Clean, quiet, well stocked. We will recommend and also reserve again!

Great stay for large family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and the perfect size and layout for adults and kids sharing a space. The only issues were that there wasn’t a blender (like what was listed on the website), the back door blind was broken so we couldn’t shut it, the food processor was leaking, and there was pet hair that did cause an allergic reaction to three of our guests. However, despite all of this, it was just a great stay. We would stay again! Our families loved it so much. The location is amazing and the bedrooms were all so cozy.

This was our third stay in Sunriver using Village Properties and they never disappoint. The homes are well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience at 5 Towhee was a good one! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed to cook and sleep in comfort. There were even bikes for our use in the garage. They weren’t primo bikes but they were rideable and we were thankful to not have to rent bikes. One of the shades was broken and the thermostat kept coming up with a fault message. When maintenance was notified, they came over promptly and fixed the blind and said they would report the thermostat to the owner to determine what the next step was. It wasn’t a problem for us because the weather wasn’t really hot, if it had been hot, it would’ve been quite inconvenient. The location was great being close to our son’s rental and within walking distance to the river.

Great, could use updates

Excellent comfy beds, extremely clean, great location, loved the bikes, hot tub and ping pong. Loved being able to do laundry. Needs a new coffee pot (broken lid and OLD), some of the pans are chipped and old. Kitchen could use updated stuff including utensils and a small supply of foil, sandwich bags etc. Plumbing for toilets and garbage disposal is VERY SLOW. Upstairs master bed/bath does not have doors for privacy. Toilet and shower are open to bedroom. Wasn't a problem for best friends but could be an issue and isn't ideal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this very comfortable house. The kitchen is well equipped - clearly a cooks kitchen. The furniture, beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The loft served as a comfortable fourth bedroom. The house was very clean with one minor issue which we reported to the property manager. We enjoyed the bikes and helmets provided, proximity to bike paths along the river, and had a fun hike in the nearby national forrest. The deck and deck furniture were also great. We're already planning our next stay next year.

House is a great place for 6-8 folks and has basic accommodations. 3 bedrooms and bed in the loft (open to family room and get noise from downstairs). Great room was nice to sit and visit and house is somewhat isolated from neighbors. 2 bathrooms. No hot tube which is typically what we look for. Overall good last minute place to stay.
