Relájese en nuestra tranquila casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños que tiene un gran patio, terraza trasera tranquila y hermosas vistas al lago. Las habitaciones constan de dos dormitorios dobles y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, uno de los cuales tiene una cama nido debajo. Tenemos una cocina equipada con todas las necesidades básicas. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Hay una lavadora y secadora para su uso. En la orilla del lago hay un muelle que puede ser utilizado.
Para los amantes del vino, la casa se encuentra a lo largo de la ruta del vino Finger Lakes con 5 bodegas y 2 cervecerías a 7 millas de la propiedad. Si buscas hacer un recorrido por el vino, hay muchas opciones para servicios de limusina. Lakeshore limos y Fitzgerald Brorthers son ambas compañías locales que están muy familiarizadas con el área.

Family Time on Seneca Lake

This home was perfect for our family getaway. Very spacious living room/kitchen/dining for family time. There was great outdoor space as well. It’s location is also great for wine touring. It was a beautiful May long weekend so we even enjoyed some time on the dock and shore of beautiful Seneca Lake.

Tranquility is a must stay!

This property is an absolute GEM!!! Six of us on our annual wine weekend voted unanimously to stay here again. The renovation of the shared space is perfect. The views from the house are beautiful and unobstructed. The beds and bedrooms are comfortable. Erin was amazing with communication. The location is great and close to one of our favorite wineries, Zugibe. We will definitely be renting again.

Love this place

Property is better then the pictures portray. Amazing property with lots of room inside and out. The firepit area down by the lake is secluded and away from neighbors, hence making it perfect. New dock with a motorized jet ski lift. Central air that works amazing, and plenty of hot water. By far my best Seneca Lake rental in 20 years. The host, Erin provided us with all the details needed to give us a terrific stay. If someone did not have it rented this week, I was staying. Many thanks Erin

Spacious living area with great kitchen

Stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend for a wedding in the area. Property was great and looks recently remodeled - large living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of space. Kitchen had all the plans, utensils, plates, appliances needed - and more. There are two bathrooms - one is in one of the bedrooms making it more of a primary suite. Didn't get to use the outdoor spaces like the porch or dock, just because it was cool and rainy the days we were there. They would be a great place to spend time in nicer weather, though. Checkout tasks a bit more extensive than desired (have to have all the dishes clean and put away vs. just starting the dishwasher and have to start a load of laundry for the linens), but aren't extreme.

Romulus by the lake

Very clean house with all the amenities. Across the street from the lake. Newly updated kitchen and baths. Erin the host was great to deal with. Lots of wineries and breweries very close by. We would stay here again. Thank you Erin

Nice Location

Home away from home

The home was gorgeous and clean with amazing amenities. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. We were traveling with adults and two children under two so the property's close proximity to breweries, wineries, parks, and playgrounds made it easy to find activities that appealed to all. We would absolutely visit this home again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The renovations are extremely tasteful and it made the stay even more comfortable. Nice offerings like Roku TV, board games, towels, etc. Owner communicated well. Recommended

This is a stunning property overlooking Seneca Lake. SO CLOSE to many wineries and breweries. Didn't have anywhere close to the time to take it all in.

Loved the house

Loved the place especially with the recent remodel of kitchen. Kitchen very well stocked with about anything you need Enjoyed the beach area with chairs and a fire ring and it was great to have both a front and back porch to use. Be aware that you must cross the road to walk to the lake, but we didn’t mind. House is older, so bath and bedrooms are a little smaller but that shouldn’t keep you from renting this great house! Only suggestion would be some sort of dresser or drawers for clothes in middle bedroom. New showers are great! Would definitely rent again . The property owner was easy to contact and helpful. Everything is as described!

Lake house

Our second year renting this house for our girls weekend and we love it. Lakeview out front, quiet area, close to Geneva. You get a whole house versus a hotel room, would recommend for anyone.

The house was great for a week vacation. It had everything you needed to enjoy your time at the lake. Close drive to anything you might want to do along lake Seneca. Amazing dock setup with fire pit by the water. Great for summer days and nights outside. It is the best rental house we have ever rented. Thank you !!!

Great stay!

The house was clean and everything was as expected. We had plenty of beds for our family. I loved having the lake right across the street. We also enjoyed Seneca Lake park with a beach, splash pad and a few playgrounds. We had a great time!

Lake view beauty

Was very nice and enjoyed the view. House is well kept. Had a great girls weekend! One suggestion, leave instructions for cable TV. Only ROKU options worked.

Wine Trip Getaway

Five girlfriends and myself celebrated a weekend away wine tasting. The location of the house is perfect. I wish we stayed longer so we could've enjoyed more time at the house. I definitely plan on returning. Conveniently located close to multiple wineries in the area. Erin was great and very responsive!

Comfortable well maintained house with spectacular lake views

We stayed six nights during the Musselman triathlon and were delighted to see and cheer on the cyclists riding past the property. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the amenities listed. Entry was with a key code which was much more convenient than dealing with keys. We were a bit surprised to see that the dock was actually on the other side of E Lake Rd and we did not use it other than to run across to observe some spectacular sunsets. We decided against swimming off the dock when we observed the algae and some sizeable fish in the area. It would be a great addition to have a couple canoes or kayaks available to make Seneca Lake more easily accessible since it is a beautiful lake and boat rentals are 15-20 minutes away. We would definitely consider this property for future visits to the area.
