¡Casa recientemente remodelada situada justo en el lago Seneca con excelentes vistas desde todas las habitaciones!Conduces directamente a la puerta principal. Esta casa de 4 habitaciones y 1 baño cuenta con tres habitaciones en la planta superior, balcón, aire acondicionado central, televisión por cable en cada habitación y wifi inalámbrico. Una habitación está bajando las escaleras y es una cama doble. Gran habitación para miembros mayores de la familia. Hay 2 porches cubiertos para mantenerte afuera todo el día. También hay 2 muelles y un elevador para botes de hasta 21 '(no hay pontones). El lanzamiento del bote está a solo 2 millas por la carretera, muy conveniente. Esta propiedad se encuentra al final de un camino privado para mayor privacidad y amplio estacionamiento. Esta es una gran propiedad si desea sentarse y relajarse junto al lago o explorar localmente todas las maravillosas atracciones que los Finger Lakes tienen para ofrecer. Esta es una casa familiar para niños con mucha natación y pesca. Y caminando por el arroyo a poca distancia. También proporcionamos su ropa de cama, toallas, papel higiénico, toallas de papel, platos de papel, agua de manantial para beber y hacer café. Tendrá un paquete de 35 vasos de agua potable de 4 galones para su café y 4 galones en un enfriador de agua. También tenga cápsulas de café para su café. Great location, beautiful property

We had a great time at this lakeside house. It was a great location. Close to wineries and easy drive to Watkins glen. House was clean and the dock was a great spot to hang.

Tina’s Lake House is wonderful

This was our first stay at Tina’s and the experience was amazing. Tina is an excellent host and the property is well cared for and a pleasure to call home for a week. We loved it so much we plan to return in 2024. The Harrington Family

Friends Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfy. There was plenty of seating and supply of basics like towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The location was perfect. We were no more than 15-20 minutes from everything. Wineries and breweries just minutes away. The view each morning was spectacular even if the weather was not the best! Tina was very responsive with any questions!

Seneca Lake

This property is exactly as advertised. Tina is a great host and you can tell she cares about your stay. Very cute and friendly area. The house is spotless and stocked beyond what I would expect. Boat and kayak rental very close by made our stay really memorable. We used both the gas and ground fire pits. The porch is such a nice spot to sit at night. Morning coffee on the dock was priceless. My family and I plan to return for more great memories.

Lovely and roomy property on the lake

All was good! Beds were comfortable, there was ample comfortable seating with good lighting to read by (not always the case at rentals!), and we very much appreciated the sheltered outdoor deck that we could use even in a light drizzle. Google maps is definitely confused on directions getting in but Tina gave us appropriate directions.

What a gem!

We had a wonderful stay!!! Tina Bowers thought of every comfort and convenience that we needed - paper products, coffee and water - what a load off. She is also a wonderful host and fun person to be around. It couldn't have gone better! Loved every minute of it!

Bachelorette weekend

We had a great time celebrating my friend's bachelorette party! There was an issue with the septic that Tina handled wonderfully - she was genuinely apologetic about something she had minimal to no control over and gave us a portion of our money back due to the inconvenience. Great time on the lake

Perfect to relax with family

Went there for my daughter’s graduation, after a long road trip from SC to NY getting there and seeing that beautiful property ,right between a hill and the lake and being welcome for a friendly face was amazing! We did rest ,barbecue, kayaking and enjoy the charming town . I recommend this property if you kid is graduating from any college from Ithaca you will know you need to booked a year in advance to find a place that is unnecessarily expensive and has not much to offer. Here you will have everything in more just at 50 minutes ride from Ithaca . Thank you Tina !

On the lake

The house is right on the lake. We had no problems putting our kayaks in. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. House was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Covered porch was great to sit under in early morning and also when we had a rain storm. Just be careful when driving to house to follow correct road and the road is narrow. Otherwise the 8 of us adults had a great weekend.

Great Lake House

Tina’s Lake House was a perfect place for our family of 5 and our dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. Tina has the house stocked with everything you’d need or might have forgotten. The location was perfect. We were right on the wine trail and close to many golf courses. We loved being right on the lake and having our own dock, perfect for launching our kayaks (Tina even has kayaks for your use as well), fishing or just lounging in chairs relaxing. Our favorite spot was the Tiki patio with propane fire place! We spent every night there enjoying the beautiful lake. Tina was very easy to communicate with, and always was quick to recommend a place to rent a paddle board or a place to eat. Highly recommend Tina’s Lake House for your visit to the Finger Lakes. We will definitely be back!

A Slice of Heaven

Property was awesome. When we walked in, I thought it seemed bigger than the photos. The kitchen was so spacious - which is not always the case. Tina was awesome. Anytime I sent a note, she got right back to me. The lake could not have been more perfect; the water was soooooo clean. Having two docks was great! The one was soooo spacious as well; perfect for multiple fishermen and we had 3. Always a bonus to bring the dog and ours had a great time. We loved the seating outside the boat house. Tina has lights hooked up and a propane fire "pit"......so comfy and cozy at night. The only bummer was we only booked three nights. I loved it, my husband loved it and my son and his buddies loved it. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Tina for everything.

Weekend at Seneca Lake

We had a great time at Tina’s Lake House. The house was very clean and Tina could not have been more accommodating during our visit. We absolutely loved the location, the deck and especially the view. We would definitely stay there again. Did not want to leave!
