June Family Stay

Location was exceptional/and perfect for families.Lots of kitchen appliances and Utensils to use. Ice maker was a great asset.Everything went Great and was a smooth transition on checking in and out.Some noted Improvements but not show stoppers: 1. Need four trash cans out front for this size Home. Two just don't get it, had to use away neighbors trash bins.2. Next cockroach extermination in kids room inside the bunk bed Step's drawers & Behind Jack ad Jill bathroom mirrors. 3. Beds were all Memory Foam type and seem to be new, (very uncomfortable for the back after a day at the beach for myself and my guest); but some may like that type mattress....In closing A really great place to stay and don't let the improve list drive you away. Someday... if I can ever afford it would like to return as It's pricey.

Our Memorial weekend stay!!

I’ve rented lots of cabins over the years but this is the best and our favorite cabin we’ve ever rented. It’s so beautiful and decorated so beautiful, close to the beach, lots of outdoor seating, comfortable beds, great views, fully stocked for all of our needs! We will definitely rent this cabin again. This cabin definitely makes us all want to buy one. Such a wonderful family weekend!! Thank you Cobb real estate and the owners of Ez come Ez Geaux for a wonderful cabin!!!

Nice beach house

The only error in the description listed that there was a gas grill- there is not- it is charcoal so BYOC (management confirmed this before we arrived). The deck was great with plenty of great views of the beach. The only issues we ran into were that our key didn't work (management brought a new one) and the ice maker under the counter didn't work (but the one in the fridge did). We would definitely stay here again though.

Great Mother’s Day Getaway!

Everything about our stay was seamless, including the numerous questions we had prior to arrival. They were answered quickly, efficiently and with patience. There was plenty of room, and the gathering space both indoors and out was so nice and comfortable to enjoy our time together. Love: -ice maker -half bath downstairs -large laundry room -spacious kitchen for multiple cooks -spacious bedrooms -wrap deck with seating areas everywhere to watch sunrise, sunset, block wind, etc. We all left with smiles and happy memories!

Awesome property

This is an absolutely fantastic property. We were a three generation family on vacation and this house for the bill perfectly. Large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, tv’s in every room, open and roomy kitchen with more small appliances than are listed (we brought our own crockpot as we were told it didn’t have one but it did!). We cooked most of our meals because we have one in the family with Celiac disease and this was a fantastic kitchen to work in yet still be a part of all the family happenings in the living room. Very nice appliances and tons of counter space and cabinet space. Furnishing are clean, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of drawer and closet space for your belongings. Large area below the house with outdoor shower to wash off the day’s sand and hoses to wash off your car. Quick walk to beach as the access is only one house down. The beach during our stay was relatively empty until the weekend, which we loved. We would rent this home again in a hot minute! Five stars for sure! Only things you might want to know: if you have toddlers there are no gates on the deck so you will want to bring one!! We couldn’t sit outside because we didn’t! There are no toys or beach items so you do need to bring your own (chairs, towels, toys, coolers, etc.) The front door lock has a true issue. It works just fine half the time, but the other half it is next to impossible to get the key to turn to lock it up. Unlocking is easy but turning it back to lock can take several minutes of jiggling and monkeying to finally get it to turn.

Beautiful Home, Peaceful Environment, Relaxing Views, Fun Easy Access Beach

We rented this property for new years and our family enjoyed everything about it, especially the amazing free firework show that went on the beach. Even though the house is second row, it was so peaceful to sit on the deck and enjoy the view and sound of the waves. Because it was winter, there were not a lot of neighbors or activity going on around us or at the beach, making this experience even more enjoyable. It is pet friendly but the bottom perimeter of the house is not fenced so just be vigilant w your pets, our dogs had no problem 😊The beach access is just an easy walk from the house. The actual beach area in this location is very wide even during high tide. If you own an ATV or a golf cart, you might want to take it or rent one near by. The house itself is very comfortable, with its big island, two sinks, L couch and big dinning table not to mention nicely decorated and TV’s in every room. The kitchen is well equipped and even has an ice maker, which according to my husband it was a WIN! We used the linen service the property offers and it was well worth it, less laundry and things to carry! Do note that the house has a webber charcoal grill downstairs not gas as we were told. The house does not offer any beach equipment you can use, not even a beach chair... (little disappointed) so plan accordingly. The supermarket is just a short drive away and it has everything you need in case you forgot something. We will totally consider this house again for future getaways! Thank you for making it accessible and enjoyable!

Nice staycation

This beach house was in an excellent location on Bolivar Peninsula. The house has a partial ocean view (there is one house in front of it) and a short walk away from the beach. It is also located on a section of the beach further away from the public access road, so less beach goers were around. The house itself is very clean, spacious, and well laid out. It looks exactly as shown in the photos. The first floor open floor plan was great for spending time with our group. We loved the layout of the kitchen with the main sink, sink in the island, and pot filler above the stove. Cooking was a breeze with the provided pots and pans and utensils. There are two things to note when renting. The rental does not supply extra toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. When I asked property management regarding the trash bags, they mentioned the contract states no paper products are provided. I searched my contract and this was not mentioned anywhere otherwise we would have been more prepared. The second thing to mention is the property contract mentions no grilling should be done on the property. Not a big deal as we had planned around this but were a little disappointed to find the property indeed had a grill and the welcome package discusses where you may grill.

We had small grandkids that napped in the day and went to bed early and they were able to sleep without us having to worry about being too loud. We will definitely be back!! Would love to have had furniture/swing downstairs but that is the only thing I would change .

Just like an HGTV house!

My family and I rented this house for a nice get away during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was the PERFECT house!!! We felt like we were in an episode of HGTV! This house was very clean and gorgeous just like the pictures. The ocean view was exquisite! Everything about this house was top notch! I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting to stay in the lap of luxury! My mother in law couldn't stop complementing how well equipped the house was with amenities in the kitchen!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at EZ Come EZ Geaux. It is a gorgeous cabin with plenty of room for our big family. It was well kept, clean, organized and the kitchen had everything we needed! Our only complaint was that the seating in the living room was not the most comfortable. The couch was small and not very supportive. Overall, we would definitely rent here again!
