Beautiful new construction 4 bedroom, 4 bath house. 3 king-bed primary suites with private bathrooms and the 4th bedroom has 2 full beds and a full bathroom not connected. Open concept Living/kitchen/dining. The chef's kitchen has 2 full-size refrigerators and pantry – great for large gatherings.

Located just steps from the beach access and close to The Big Store, restaurants and shopping, this home combines modern luxury with unbeatable convenience.

We provide our guests with a "Starter Pack" for your stay which includes: coffee, trash bags, a roll of paper towels, household cleaner, a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a roll of toilet paper or two in each bathroom.

BEDROOMS
There’s plenty of space to unwind across four comfy bedrooms. There are 3 Primary suites with king-sized beds and private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has 2 full beds and a full bathroom not connected. A queen sleeper sofa bed is also available. Each room has a 32” Roku Smart tv, built in custom closets and ceiling fans.

BATHROOMS
You’ll find four full bathrooms, each stocked with plush towels, spa-like soaps and a hair dryer. Two of them feature bathtubs–great for winding down after beach adventures. And there’s also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water that makes rinsing off the salt and sand a breeze.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN
The open layout makes it easy for everyone to hang out together. Whether you're watching a movie on the 75” TV, playing board games, or prepping dinner, there’s space for the whole crew. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could possibly need to host your family or friends, including 2 full-sized refrigerators and a large pantry. The kitchen and island area seats 12 people. Small appliances also include a 2-way Keurig/coffee maker, a tea kettle, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, hand mixer, blender, and a margarita/slush machine.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
Step outside to unwind with friends and family! On the ground level, we have grills available for cooking up your favorite outdoor meals, a picnic table, adirondack chairs and lots of outdoor games for everyone to enjoy.

The upper deck includes gulf views, swings, outdoor seating and a dining area with string lights for the perfect evening ambiance.

Guests have access to the entire home except for 2 hall closets which are both locked.

We’ll message you 48 hours before check-in with the address and your unique door code.

There is ample parking for 4-6 vehicles in the private driveway.
