Amazing Stay

The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. However the amenities made it absolutely the best! I will definitely be back. **side note The parking at the facility and surrounding area is expensive. I would suggest ubering and walking.

Lovely property

This place was just like the photo's.It was clean and the views were stunning. It was great to have the amenities of the hotel property. The pool was lovely. Had one issue in the apartment and Irina sent someone to fix it promptly. Irina answered questions very quickly. Checking in and out was easy. Will def rent this property again.

Great location

Great location and views! We had a very nice time walking for dinner and enjoying the pool. In general it could use some upgrades. Our family used the futon and couch for beds and both of these look very used and dated. The kitchen could use some extra essentials for cooking, eating, drinking. Possibly some rugs in the bathrooms and nicer bigger towels!

Not a great experience

The positives: spectacular views, great pool and spa. The negatives: check-in is a nightmare and the representative from the owner was incompetent, the apartment is worn, dirty and understocked, they left us no bath soap, 1 garbage bag, no dishwasher or washing machine detergent, all the remotes for the TV had dead batteries. Way to expensive for such mediocrity.

Great apartment though poor living experience!

The apartment location, view, and furnishing is great - no complaints there!! Though, had a horrible experience with the hosting service used by the owner of this apartment (Scoast team). They had very poor response time, were super unaccommodating, and did not provide enough supplies in this apartment for a comfortable stay. They provided very few and cheap quality toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc), 1-2 detergent pods for laundry, 1-2 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 trash bag, no kitchen supplies (e.g., foil paper) etc... and they did not send any additional supplies even after being requested MULTIPLE times. Keep in mind that we were 5 adults living here for 4 days, so definitely needed more supplies - we ended up spending $50 from our own pockets. If you plan on cooking your own meals, or even showering, would recommend that you carry your own supplies. Its basically impossible to maintain a clean apartment with such limited supplies, especially for an extended stay like ours.

We had a great experience. We rented this for condo for 3 weeks as we were here for business. Very clean and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is absolutely gorgeous! Pool area was very nice. Highly recommend this condo! We will be back!

Would have been 5 star but...

Everything was great except the guest's bedroom mattress. It needs to be retired. It sunk down i every direction hence my friend couldn't sleep. Poor thing kept getting back aches. The other small issue was the master shower handle. It kept turning towards the wall automatically. I had to adjust it for a good while before it finally stood at a good angle. Other than those two, it would have gotten a perfect 5 star straight down. Thanks for hosting us!

Amazing property and service.

It was a pleasure to work with this company and the location and property is amazing. The team was extremely response to anything we needed and are very professional. The location has an amazing view, great pool and work our facility, is very spacious and well accommodated, and the location is very convenient and there are some beautiful areas to jog or walk nearby. I will definitely plan on booking this location again fornmy next stay in Miami.

Best at the Icon

I have stayed countless times at the Icon. This is the first apartment that said it had it all and it delivered. The Perfect View, immaculately clean, well equipped with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, plenty of towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. In fact the only thing missing is someone to cook meals-LOL. I would highly recommend room 4110

Awesome Location

This apartment was fantastic with phenomenal views just like in the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen for any guests who are inclined to cook. Located in a great part of Brickell and walk-able to the local Publix. Amenities also include a spa and a decent gym. I will definitely be staying at this location again. Thanks Irina!

Everything was just like pictures. Great part of town and walking distance to bars, restaurants and grocery store. Kitchen is fully equipped. The huge pool area is under a huge renovation and pools are drained....might be a month or so till you can lay out by pool but that didnt bother me. Nice Pad/Great veiw,
