Wonderful stay in Coconut Grove

We came to Miami to attend a wedding and added a couple of extra days onto each end of the trip. The apartment was clean, bright, beautiful view of the bay and easy access to many local attractions. We would absolutely return; a wonderful break from the cold and rain of New England!

Great Place!

Beautiful place and even a better location, close to everything. Great places to walk along the water and cozy places to eat and drink. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. No issues with communication, and check in and check out were a breeze. Look forward to staying again.

Wonderful unit

We chose this condominium because it was reasonably close to an event we were attending in Miami. The unit was just as described. Everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The views from this unit were southerly so you looked out at the city and then also looked at the ocean. It was really beautiful from every angle. The check-in process was very fast. Parking was a breeze and included. That is not the case in many units we looked at. We have been staying at VRBO units for many years due to our business. This is definitely a building I will stay in again. The surrounding area was also filled with excellent restaurants and everything was walkable. The management does a very good job communicating. We just couldn’t ask for anything else. We will be back.

Beautiful but Flawed

The group definly needs an easier to use platform to sign up and pay. It was awful. The condo is one of the most lovely we have stayed in. However, several of the very high end appliances did not work properly, both the dishwasher and the refrigerator. We had to have a repairman come in and attempt to fix both. The dishwasher I was finally able to use by only pushing normal and start. The refrgerator I don't think ever cooled things sufficiently. I kept moving some freezer packs that we had with us from the freezer to the refrigerator. I would stay in this condo again if the appliances were truly operational.

Lovely Unit and Great Location

The unit itself was wonderful and the hosts were extremely responsive (especially when we locked ourselves out!) However, the elevators were not functioning as they should and more than once I had to walk ten flights up/down. Alternative was a 20 minute wait for an elevator. Not the fault of the host but if you have any disability I would confirm that the elevators are working before you stay here. I had stayed in a different unit in August and there were no problems with the elevators. Pool is wonderful and you can't beat the view!!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here, great location, very clean, and very understanding! We had lost our key cards to get in and Naomi was very attentive and got us into our room quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend

Great location with amazing views!

The views and the location absolutely do not disappoint. It exceeds expectations for a vacation property in terms of waking up to see paradise and having access to activities and incredible restaurants into the night. Pictures and descriptions are accurate! Believe what you see. The property could be better kept. The top of the line finish need better maintenance. A Black and Decker counter microwave does not replace a Wolf convection oven. The carpet in the nice walk-in closet needs a thorough cleaning. The site management should follow their communication protocol and not force the guest to accommodate. The owners have appointed amazing vacation home with everything you need but it needs to be better maintained. I still would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice condo and location

That area is much nicer now compared with just 3 years ago. It has many new restaurants and shops. The condo was nice and clean overall. The place has awesome views with a big spacious balcony. The pull-out couch and bedroom mattress however need to be changed, not comfortable for adults.

Everything was lovely but I would recommend that the pull-out couch mattress be replaced, and the bedroom mattress could do with a new mattress as well. Other than that it was fine. Loved the wrap around deck (corner apt facing both south and west) as views were awesome.

Great! Beautiful room with a view

Spacious balcony, loved the decorations and furniture, very nice apartment as pictured nice finishings in kitchen and bathroom. View of the city, green space and bay. Right across from beautiful park with dining and bar. Very nice area of Miami. Make sure to lock up vehicle if using the parking garage and don’t leave valuables in vehicle because there was a problem with theft in parking garage, operators probably can’t do much about this unless the hotel were to install security cameras which would be nice. Had a bit of trouble getting the dishwasher to start. Was surprised they had to come to the room to collect payment rather than charge to card through the app but it wasn’t a big deal. Would go back and stay there. It’s a gem!

Very pleased

Everything excellent from communication with hosts and managers to place looking exactly as pictured. Made many accommodations to keep me and wife pleased and never thought twice about doing so. Right in the heart of downtown coconut grove with plenty of nightlife or brunch activities while also being only 20 minutes outside of downtown Miami. I will book here in the future forsure.

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
