Esta encantadora villa luminoso y soleado ha sido recientemente renovado para incluir una piscina privada climatizada, wifi y televisión por satélite. Situado en una zona atractiva y tranquila, ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes, pero con excelentes instalaciones para los más activos a poca distancia a pie. La Villa cuenta con diversas zonas de terrazas con sol todo el día, muebles de terraza superior calidad, sombrillas y tumbonas se proporcionan junto con una zona de barbacoa, ideal para comer al aire libre. La Villa es muy espaciosa, con un amplio salón, televisión de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, WiFi, equipo de música con soporte para iPod. Hay puertas francesas que conducen desde el salón a un grande, bonita terraza con la piscina privada climatizada y también a lo largo de una atractiva zona de terraza con césped. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada y muy bien equipada, con lavavajillas y lavadora junto con una zona de comedor para 6 personas. Hay dos dormitorios, ambos con dos camas individuales que pueden ser fácilmente convertidos en un matrimonio bajo petición, un cuarto de baño y un cuarto de baño / ducha.

This villa is perfect for 4 people. Inside the villa is bright and welcoming and the gift of water, a full bowl of fresh fruit and bottle of bubbly was greatly appreciated. What makes this villa is the outside areas, the front of the villa had a seating area perfect for breakfast and a coffee in the morning but the piece de resistance was the huge outside area at the rear with the heated pool, a dining area, comfy seating area and shade if needed. Plenty space for the sun loungers too. Would highly recommend this villa. Will definitely be back.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with great outdoor space in a quiet residential area. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and nice touch of fresh fruit and water left for our arrival. Down side is the noise from the stream of aeroplanes flying overhead. The villa is also very over looked both in the front and back. Some of the villa needs updating as we had trouble using the TV but with Miriam’s help, it was sorted.

This villa is very clean and well equipped. Very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space for relaxing in sunshine or shade. Heated pool is a bonus. Shop and bars nearby. Hope to return next year.

Another great relaxing time at this lovely villa.

The villa is perfect for having a do as you like holiday. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Loads of outside space and the heated pool is the icing on the cake. Hope to go back in September.

This month we will never forget

We are a family of five with three kids - 5 and 3 years old and a baby 8 months. For such a family the villa was just perfect, big enough. We stayed here for one month in March, it was one of the best months of our life. The villa was even better than in the photos. Clean, all staff you need for a longer time such as dishwasher, washing machine or iron with ironing board. The kitchen is equipped at the highest level. Both terraces have super comfortable garden furniture, where we could enjoy breakfast or spend long evenings. A travel cot and a high chair were waiting for our smallest child too. In case of inclement weather, in the living room you find a large selection of DVDs with movies, puzzle boxes and lots of books. The highlight is of course the heated swimming pool, our kids just loved it! The chest on the terrace next to the pool is full of inflatable mattresses and toys for children. The big advantage of the villa is undoubtedly the alarm, that made us feel safe. Once, by mistake, we did not turn it off correct and the security called immediately if everything was okay. The contact with the owner Lesley was great, she was always available to help and respond to requests and questions. Immediately after landing, i.e. around 1 p.m., we could already check-in, a nice lady Josie with a bunch of keys was waiting for us in the house, who also left her phone number in case of help. As a welcome we received fresh fruit, a box with jams, coffee, tea and a bottle of wine, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. From here we could get to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas or El Medano by car in just a few minutes. The airport is also nearby, which may be an advantage, but a small disadvantage is that you can hear the planes that almost fly over the villa. However, it did not bother us, as we got used to it quickly. We would definitely come here again and I think it will happen in the near future!

Our Little Paradise in Tenerife

We were so impressed with this property that we have booked it again for the next few years for 4 months each year. The villa is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet close enough to the coast for some spectacular walks, near a little convenience store and with many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The villa was very clean, well maintained and perfect for 2 people. Lesley was a wonderful host and saw to our every need.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.

Wir waren im September 2021 auf Teneriffa. Der Urlaub fing gleich super an, denn anders als erwartet durftet wir schon direkt als unser Flieger gegen 13:00 Uhr gelandet ist ins Haus einchecken. Das Haus hatte alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. (Selbst deutsches Fernsehen :-)) Die Vermieterin war persönlich beim Check-In da und hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und im Kühlschrank stand bei Ankunft eine Flasche Sekt vom Gastgeber für uns bereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Hier hat man alles, was man braucht. Generell liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend von Teneriffa, wo man gut Golf spielen könnte, wenn man es wollen würde. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Zudem hat das Haus eine moderne Alarmanlage. Die Ruhe fanden wir klasse, um sich zu erholen. Selbst die Flugzeuge, die man natürlich hört, da das Haus nur ca. 15min vom Flughafen entfernt ist, waren nicht störend. Mit dem Auto wenige Minuten entfernt konnten wir alles für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen. Das Haus hat zu beiden Seiten hin einen Außenbereich mit Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten. Das ist sehr praktisch denn je nach Uhrzeit (Sonnenstand) kriegt man immer Sonne ab. Der beheizbare Pool war sehr sauber. (Wurde aber trotzdem mit Vorankündigung der Gastgeberin gereinigt.) Hier empfehle ich mal abends schwimmen zu gehen. Ebenso kann man auf dieser Hausseite gut und gefahrlos grillen, denn neben dem Pool befindet sich lediglich ein beschnittener Baum und Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Boden ist hier durchgängig gefliest. Obwohl wir im Urlaub nur zu zweit waren, könnte ich mir dieses Haus auch perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern vorstellen, da das Haus einfach wie oben erwähnt alles hat. Wenn wir das nächste Mal auf Teneriffa sind, werden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen.

der schlechteste Urlaub den ich verbrachte

Das Haus hat keinerlei Sicherheit obwohl bekannt ist das dort sehr viel eingebrochen wird. Uns ist es so passiert wir wurden früh morgens 5.ooUhr überfallen und ausgeraubt der oder die Diebe kamen über die leicht aufzubrechende Terassentür. Polizeibericht könnenm wir Ihnen gerne zusenden. Dort wurde uns berichtet das in diesem Haus im Frühjahr schon einmal eingebrochen wurde. Der Pool war jeden Morgen voller Blätter da direkt neben dem Pool ein Baum gepflanzt wurde der die Blätter verlor , täglich mußten wir einen Eimer Laub zusammen kehren. Von diesem Urlaub sind wir sehr entäuscht. MfG Roland Gemp

Amarilla golf an absolute gem

We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful villa in March 2020. We were made to feel so welcome by Josie who was so helpful. The villa has everything you would want at home. The heated pool is so nice to swim in , straight in no hesitation,no hanging around toe dipping. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and good quality. We were unfortunately on lock down for our second week due to the coronavirus but it didn't bother us at all because of the comfort we had in the villa. The TV has so many channels and the wi-fi never let us down. A big thank you has to go to Lesley for her care towards us during the second week offering any help what so ever to help during the lock down, there was no hesitation at all in offering an extended stay if we had trouble with our airline, unfortunately it was on time and left with little trouble. We will return perhaps for longer next time. Again thank you so much.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely restful holiday at this villa. It was perfect for us. Very clean and well equipped. Heated pool was great and sunshine all day. Quiet area but not far from shop and restaurants. Josie was very helpful and even took us to the local shop on our arrival. We are looking to go back early summer.

Perfect location and accommodation

We've been going out to Tenerife at Christmas for several years now and have had a variety of different quality accommodations. We have just spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year at this wonderful villa. We were greeted by Josie who showed us around the property and even drove us down to the supermarket (local shop was closed as it was late Saturday night) to get our basics on the first night. Lovely outdoor sitting area with table and chairs at the front of the villa which is ideal for breakfast. The large back area is superb! Sun all day, perfect pool temperature, cushioned sunbeds, bats and balls, barbeque, comfortable outdoor seating and another outdoor table and chairs for lunch! There is a local shop which is an easy 5 minute walk away. The seafront bars and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away where you can have a 3 course meal for €8 and beer is €1 to €1.5 a pint! Bars with live entertainment are also within a 5 minute walk of the villa if you don't want to go into the town. Overall, a great find and we feel lucky for discovering this perfect villa!

November stay

Good size, well equipped and good TV. However, there is hardly any view and is severely overlooked. It took quite and effort to get the swimming pool water temperature to what is supposed to be which was advised 28c-29c. The pool lighting also was automatically turned off as we found on our first night back from an evening out as we had to swim in a dark pool... Very depressing holiday was a one off very special Birthday treat! Again this was eventually extended till later only to find the light would Now not work till well after dark which ruined our holiday...

Fabulous villa, beautiful environment

We stayed in this villa with 5 people and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and the rooms were very big. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool clean. Parking is no problem. Josie the housegirl is very nice and helps with any problem. The environment is beautiful and you can see the ocean. The motorway, shops, bars and restaurants are close. If you wish to discover the island on your own this place is best for you. Booking was easy. The airport is just 15 mins away. It is a good place for couples and also if you have (small) kids. Our kids (3 and 4) enjoyed the holiday as much as we did. Everything was perfect. We can absolutely recommend this place for anyone. Sun and fun all day. :) :)

Wonderful

This was our second stay in this villa. And we liked it again very much. The house is really clean. The welcome by Jozie was very warm. There was a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh water in the fridge and some fruits. To stay in the warm south and make different excursions all over the island was again beautiful. And the wonderful pool! We can really recommend this house

Our second stay - hopefully not our last.

My late parents lived on Amarilla Golf for nearly 25 years and we have been visiting almost every year. Whenever we visit we rent a villa and this was our second stay at Lesley's villa. We chose to come back because the villa suits our needs perfectly. It is in a quiet spot and is well maintained and appointed. A splash in the heated pool is the perfect way to wake up in the mornings or relax after a long day sunbathing. There's a new "swing Bar" opened at the end of the road but this does not cause any issues with noise, especially as it doesn't open late. It's a nice spot to get a bit of lunch and a quick pint! Amarilla golf is a great base from which to explore the local resorts such as Playa de Las Americas, Los Christianos or Los Abrigos which is renowned for it's fish restaurants. You will need a car though. Closer to home there are some lovely restaurants and bars to be found if you follow the coastal path around to the Marina and over towards Golf Del Sur and San Blas. In summary, this villa is perfect if you are a golfer and intend playing probably the best course on Tenerife or if you just want a quiet relaxed holiday away from the main resorts. We hope to be back over the coming years.

Super Toll

Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel im Süden von Teneriffa. Die Villa war sehr sauber sowie Draußen am Pool, die Ankunft wurde uns sehr leicht gemacht. Die Villa liegt wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt man erreicht sie somit sehr schnell. Wer kein Fluglärm mag sollte es sich mit der Villa überlegen. Für uns war es nicht störend und sind rund um zufrieden gewesen. Wir würden es nochmals Buche .
