En las cálidas aguas del azul océano caribeño se encuentra una isla de ensueño tropical: ¡Bonaire! Y el complejo Belair está ubicado en el lado oeste de la isla en el área llamada Belnem. Debido a su tamaño y número limitado de apartamentos, Belair es considerado como uno de los complejos más íntimos, tranquilos y acogedores de la isla.

Estos dos amplios apartamentos tienen 2 cómodas habitaciones con aire acondicionado, 2 baños y una sala de estar al aire libre. Una sala de estar con muebles cómodos, una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora y nevera. Internet inalámbrico gratis. Incluye servicio de limpieza semanal, impuestos y ropa de cama. Sin cargos por servicio. Un condominio está ubicado arriba (#G) y uno está abajo (#A)
Los insectos o mosquitos rara vez entran, ya que la combinación de la brisa siempre presente y la sombra cómoda refrescan suficientemente el área exterior. Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para ofrecer una estadía asequible y cómoda, en un ambiente relajado, dentro de un pequeño y acogedor complejo.
El jardín del complejo ha sido renovado y tiene escaleras para entrar y salir del agua, 2 duchas exteriores y también un lugar para limpiar su equipo de buceo.

Kralendijk, el pequeño pueblo, está a solo 7 minutos en coche, donde encontrará restaurantes, bares y supermercados.

Perfecto para bucear y bucear lejos del estrés de la vida diaria. Salga de su habitación cada mañana al patio privado y salte al profundo mar azul del Caribe. O relájate y lee un libro mientras disfrutas del atardecer ...

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about Bonaire.

Wonderfull Place to stay

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. The daily view was breathtaking with the sounds of the water breaking on the rocks below. We liked the fact we were close to a scuba shop and had a neat little beach bar not far away. A rental car is a must, but everything is a few minutes from the door step. If you like to swim or snorkel you just climb down into the water two feet from the deck. If we come here again we will stay at this wonderful place.

Beautiful views, dawn and sunset

The location is perfect, with a view out over turquoise water and stairs down to a reef full of fish. Dawns and lovely with gulls, pelicans and an occasional flamingo flying by. Sunsets are spectacular. The kitchen area is great, with every possible cooking need (casseroles, storage containers, four pots, four fry pans, wine glasses, etc).

The condo was lovely. Everything was clean. There was plenty of parking, and the view was STUNNING. When we were not diving, we were enjoying the spacious back deck with comfortable seats and mere feet from the water. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient

It was hard to leave this beautiful apartment. It was just a few steps to stairs into the water, and there were healthy corals and lots of fish. We ate looking out over turquoise seas. Friendly neighbors. Breeze-cooled rooms. Everything for cooking plus huge refrigerator, two kinds of coffeemakers, microwave and lovely china.

fantastic views

The apartment is right by the ocean, and you can take the adjacent staircase down for a swim or a dive. Snorkeling to Bachelors Beach has several low-depth coral spots. Sunset views are unobstructed! We found all necessary amenities, and our stay was very comfortable. Communication with Wendy, Nicole, and Martin was excellent. Note that there are few restaurants within walking distance, so we had to drive on our evenings out. We'd be thrilled to come back!

Best location on Bonaire

Check in was a breeze - showed up to the apartment and Martin showed us around, handed us the keys and we were in! This property is right in the middle of the island - a perfect spot for north and south end diving locations. The patio sits right on top of the sea and is such an amazing view. Minutes to grocery stores and dive shops. The apartment was clean and well furnished with plenty of supplies in the kitchen. We had an ant invasion our first night but just moved all our food to the fridge for the remainder of our time - no more ants. The stovetop wasn’t working when we arrived and Martin brought us a gas stove to use while they replaced the permanent unit within a day. Excellent responsiveness. Overall a great place - would return for sure.

Fantastic location with great snorkeling

Location is fantastic! Would happily return. Sister/BIL rented upstairs unit - see Karyn B 30 May review. Snorkeling awesome - also explore along shore north and south for a good ways. So much marine life! The beds/linens were comfortable - brought own pillows. Bedroom ACs cooled well but middle one loud so used earplugs and white noise app - made cavelike for sleeping. Find flatware in little top inset drawer right of stove. As upstairs the floor was very dirty so we mopped several times. Downstairs had a microwave and our furniture was more comfortable. Got Open Water Certified with Bonaire Scuba and did our confined water portion right there. Bottom patio next to us smoked cigars so had that smell at times. Neighbors had just installed pool on other side of fence. That and the condo water access along the side makes unit a little busy/public - but so convenient to the water. Wear Deet if eating outside in evening. Used washer - clothes dried quickly on line or rack. Tons of towels. If yellow tokens those are for grocery cart rental at Van Dan Tweel. Coral disease rating was between orange and red in May - clean gear before going elsewhere.

Beautiful Bonaire

Don't let the title completely mislead you. Like all small islands, Bonaire faces many challenges with marine protection, sea level rise, garbage management and influxes of irritating tourists like us. What should be said is that Bonaire has done more than most places to begin to tackle these issues and sets a world standard for coastal marine protection. The location and quality of this property was excellent. We had everything we needed and for the most part it was very relaxing. The water both out of the tap and in the ocean beside are excellent and being able to snorkel with a myriad of fish species every day whenever we wanted was very, very special. Also we met one of the neighbours from Virginia and they were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would advise one word of caution however if you do go to this property. Don't rent the truck from the property managers Nicole and Martin as this was done (perhaps just differently than we are used to) but as a cash deal only with no receipts and no insurance paperwork. The truck had a few small mechanical issues but unfortunately one night all the fuel was stolen from both trucks in the driveway. This is not the fault of the people renting us the truck, just petty theft. If you do rent a truck park the gas cap side as close to the fence as you can, and crawl out the passenger side. If they decide to cut the gas line underneath, there is nothing you can really do to prevent this. Both I, my traveling partner and the neighbors felt bad about this and it seemed like a surprise to the property managers. In any case a little more security briefing about such things would be helpful to better protect things. Otherwise we felt very safe on Bonaire and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit. Thank you Wendy for sharing this lovely home.

Awesome view- great location

Perfect location- just south of the airport but close to everything. With the number of cruise ships in- it was nice to be away from downtown and all of the people. Martin met us and told us everything we needed to know, his wife even made us some treats after a long day of travel along with a couple of cold beers in the fridge. So welcoming! The condo has everything you need. We cooked in most nights and sat out on the porch enjoying the view and breeze. The neighbors are super friendly. You can dive or snorkel right off the dock/deck. Enjoy!

Fantasic views/location/host!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belair. Veiw was stunning, loved the ocean access, a few minutes to town, yet removed from the hustle of the cruise ships. Very friendly neighbors to chat with. Wendy was very helpful in offering suggestions and answering questions being our first visit to Bonaire. Unit was well stocked kitchen/lineens/towels. As we explored we concluded we made a very good choice to stay with Wendy at Belair! Thank you for sharing Wendy and hope to return!

Super Lage mit wenigen Abstrichen

Wir waren vom 8.-15. September 2018 im Appartment A. Die Schüsselübergabe und auch die ganzen Informationen im Vorfeld haben prima geklappt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar und wir haben einige Tauch- und Schnorchelgänge direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen. Bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist die Kücheneinrichtung, welche ziemlich abgenutzt und auch nicht allzu sauber war. Auch wäre eine gründliche Reinigung der ganzen Wohnung wieder einmal nötig. Dies hat dann wohl auch zu den Ameiseninvasionen geführt, die regelmässig auf der Küchenoberfläche aufgetaucht sind. Alles in allem aber ein schönes Appartement, in dem man sich trotz ein paar Mängeln wohlfühlen kann.

Great location, reef off back splendid dives; great gear wash up. patio lovely

Flat is perfect for divers. Bedrooms/ Bathrooms are a bit small, as is living area, but since most of time is spent on patio, didn't really matter. AC works well in Bedrooms. Kitchen entirely functional for our purposes. Very good location particularly for South diving, quite private and safe. All in all, met all our needs and expectations. Managers, Nicole and Martin wonderful, we were met with delicious sandwich, beers and cake upon our arrival. Nice touch. Would definitely recommend for divers.

Wonderful property in a great location

My wife and I travel to Bonaire annually and this year decided to stay off of a resort and on our own. We had visited this property last year and were lucky enough to have it available during our stay. The property has amazing views of the sea and fabulous sunsets. Access to the sea is right outside your door. The location is close to many great dive sites and town is a 5 minute drive. The apartment is well kept with a full kitchen and refrigerator as well as nice amenities. The unit is comfortable and in a nice area and we look forward to staying there again

Great stay in Feb 2011

Very pleased with overall stay! Minor issues with condo--couldn't figure out washer/dryer as all instructions were in Dutch, but we really didn't need it. We also couldn't get a wireless signal, but there was a hard connection we could use. (Besides, don't you want to disconnect while you're in paradise?) Everything else in condo was in great shape and the location couldn't be better! You're essentially halfway between the north and south dives sites and you're right by the turn-off to Lac Bay for wind-surfing. Having the steps right down to the water make early morning/night dives super easy, and since that part of the reef doesn't have any public dive sites, it's an extremely healthy area. There is a dive shop within walking distance of the condo, but we used Wannadive again so we'd have both a north and south location where we could swap tanks. Since the gate to the property is always locked, we left our gear out on the deck all night and never had an issue. We met a wonderful couple in the condo next door (they said our condo was the most updated in the complex) and plan to see them again when we all return next year. In fact, we're disappointed this condo is already booked during our planned vacation, so we'll be trying another VRBO listing after having such good luck with this one. One funny thing . . . we had a small, furry visitor one night, which isn't too surprising on an island like Bonaire. When I mentioned it the property manager, she smiled and said, "That's why I own cats." I love Bonaire--go with the flow, and you'll love it too.

Don't get me wrong. I like to snorkel — floating around on the surface peering down on the reef from above is a great way to spend time between dives. But just as good? No way! Scuba diving is not just a sport, it's also a lifestyle and a very social activity. Bonaire Marine's Park offers a total of 86 dive sites, it is home to over 57 species of soft and stony coral and more than 350 recorded fish species. I saw a whale shark just 3 weeks ago (end of December 2015) and a manta ray a few years ago and I couldn't be happier...

You can enter the sea at almost any point in Bonaire for snorkeling and diving! You see thousands of fish and sometimes brilliantly colored corals and all this is far away from the surface noise.

You can step out of your room and jump into the sea! Or on the private balcony as each balcony or patio is private. We also offer steps from the sundeck (downstairs) for direct access to the Ocean, as well as a fresh water shower at the staircase.
