Esta unidad contiene 4 televisores de pantalla plana, WIFI GRATUITO, cocina totalmente equipada y lavadora / secadora.

family vacation

first of all management was great! had a few hiccups but they were there to resolve any issues. seriously never experienced better management. the condo itself could use a little updating. all in all had a good family vacation.

Improvement needed

This condo is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, new bedding, new couches, sufficient window treatments, painting. There were no twin beds. Don’t try sleeping on the pullouts - dirty. The remotes don’t sync with the tvs. The balcony is tiny and the balcony off the master is shared with the condo next door, a rail separates. The pool could use a cleaning and ph checked daily. On a positive note, management was very helpful!

Perfect beach getaway!

Condo was clean and cozy and honestly pictures didn’t do it justice. They layout was very spacious for a beachfront condo and we had plenty of space to accommodate 3 families. The location was perfect for us as well. Property managers were also very responsive when we had a minor issue with the AC which was resolved immediately. Will definitely stay again!

All in all the property was great. Only 2 issues. The sofa bed was filthy and the washer machine had a lot of built up mildew in it. It needs to be cleaned.

Wonderful Unit for Vacation with Family

This Unit had enough bedrooms for our family, it was very clean and the furniture was in great shape. The beds were nice and comfy. The views from the living room and Master were Breathtaking, we would definitely stay here again and also would not unless we rented with Happy Crab Vacations. Thank you Randy and Debbie for such great service😊

Relaxing and Quiet

Had a great vacation even though mostly cloudy. My 3 small grandsons could not care less about the clouds they had a blast

We returned to this property for many reasons. Dealing with Randy and Debbie is always a pleasant experience. They go out of their way to fix ANY issue. We had a minor TV issue. Someone came immediately and it was fixed in 5 minutes. This property has really great views of the ocean as it is an end unit on the 10th floor. Lots of windows throughout the entire condo. Good size rooms as it is a very large 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Really nice bathrooms and showers. Great kitchen well stocked and eating area is large as we like to dine together for every meal. Living room has large screen TV and plenty of room for all 7 of us to sit around and enjoy a little TV time together. An extra study, reading room or TV room for the kids is across from the kitchen. Really a nice extra. Two patio porches, one off master bedroom and one off the living room for sitting and peacefully looking at the beach and ocean. Very relaxing. The entire building is kept spotless. Restrooms on first floor near pool area are immaculate. Lots of space to sit on couches and chairs inside and outside pool and jacuzzi area. You can eat at large tables on the first floor or play games on a rainy day. This entire property has everything you could possibly need. They even have grills on side of building to cook out and are located on north side of building in a nice large shaded sandy fenced in area for kids to play. We really do love the place !!!

Amazing vacation once again

We have stayed at this exact location multiple times and have never been disappointed. From working with Randy from start to finish of the booking, to the end of our vacation,Randy has been extremely helpful and always quick to respond. Looking forward to many more vacations as a family.

Great location and view

The water pointe 1 Unit 1001 is on the 10th (top) floor of the Waterpointe 1 with a great view of the ocean. The elevators work well and it is extremely easy to get to the beach. Parking is easy with the parking lot across the street. For the condo, it is a four bedroom that is not long and narrow. The bedrooms are not large but comfortable. The living area is pretty small and the furniture is not very comfortable, but the kitchen is pretty well stocked and easy to work in. We had a little trouble with the dishwasher and the washing machine but the maintenance man came and fixed both promptly. Communication between the management and us was easy and they responded quickly. The three bathrooms were large and clean. Overall, it was a good experience for the family this week and we would stay here again.

Great Beach Access

Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful condo and beautiful beach. Access to the beach was very easy which is very helpful when toting two toddlers. Can’t think of anything we would change. Communication was quick and easy. We would definitely rent here again!!

Lovely summer getaway

The property building was fantastic, super friendly. All necessities were very easily accessible. Absolutely loved the beach access and outdoor pool area. The views, sunsets and sunrises we're magical. I will add some constructive criticism. The couches had a lot of sand from previous renters which wasn't cleaned properly, there was laundry in the wash machine from others and no beach towels. Overall lovely experience!!

Great place for families!

My family just completed our 3rd trip at Waterpointe 1. Unit 1001 was perfect for us, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The property is very well taken care of. A bonus is a painting night every Friday in the lobby . My grandkids and I enjoyed painting rocks and shells, they talked about it on the way home 😊. Randy and Debbie are super to work with!

Beautiful view

The view from this corner unit is gorgeous. There is also so much natural light from the windows on the end of the unit. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated nicely.
