Excelente ubicación en el lago cerca de restaurantes, golf, motos de nieve, ciclismo, senderos ORV y la isla Mackinaw. Hay mucho que hacer en la zona o un gran lugar para relajarse.

Long Lake es un lago muy limpio de 400 acres alimentado por manantiales. La fachada del lago en la casa tiene un rompeolas de roca, por lo que recomendamos zapatos para el agua.

Casa de fácil acceso con un dormitorio principal y baño completo. El segundo piso tiene un baño completo, dos habitaciones contiguas con 4 camas queen (2 en cada una de las 2 habitaciones) y una cama king en el dormitorio principal con una terraza privada para disfrutar de un café por la mañana mientras observa la salida del sol sobre el lago.

Long Lake está considerado entre los lagos más limpios del norte de Michigan. Es un lago claro alimentado por manantial, por lo que su agua se filtra de manera más consistente a través del proceso natural de alimentación de manantial que las aguas que fluyen de un lago a otro. Nice house and location

Beautiful home on Long Lake. Had everything you need there basically. The only bad thing was the grill was trashed so we couldn't grill out. But that didn't ruin the stay. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Beautiful view

Beautiful area. We had a large group and there were rough rooms and beds for all. The view from the back deck was amazing every morning and evening. We drove to Cheboygen, Mackinac City and beyond with ease.

Amazing Stay

The view is absolutely amazing. To watch the sunrise, on the spacious deck, while having coffee was so relaxing. The home is very spacious with a great view of the lake. We were within 20 minutes of great restaurants and local shopping. Close to a few wineries as well. I would rent this home again if in the area.

Long weekend with family

The property is beautiful and had all the necessities needed. The deck is beautiful and has a great family table and sectional couch by the gas grill. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. We brought our boat and the public launch was easy in/out and tie ups and all needed on the property dock.we will definitely look to return in the future!

Excellent spot for a group

The hosts were clear and communicative and access to the place was easy. The property and space was outstanding, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I appreciated that the house had a dock and access to Long Lake that provided great outlet for our group even though the weather was not the best. We brough paddle boards and used the kayaks provided by the host to cruise around and swim in the calm and tranquil lake. Thanks to the hosts for sharing your amazing home with us!

Family Getaway

We came to celebrate our parents 30th wedding anniversary. We had quite the rainy weekend, but this house was the perfect getaway for a long weekend vacation with family! We did a day trip to Mackinac Island & otherwise enjoyed using kayaks, sitting outside enjoying the view, & playing games. We had 10 adults and thought the house was spacious with enough sleeping arrangements for everyone. Hosts were super easy to communicate with!

Peace at Long lake

Enjoyed a wonderful 6 day stay at All sports Long Lake 4 BR home.The home has a beautiful view of the lake. There is a great deck that we enjoyed coffee and tea, and also breakfast on in the morning. There are lots of wonderful seating on the deck, as well as the amazing view. We enjoyed the kayaks that the host provided. Lake happy 💙

This place is a beautiful peaceful spot for a family vacation! Ample space for our four families and kids. The house offers everything you’ll need and more. The owners are super friendly and helpful. After reading the reviews I was nervous that the upstairs would be too hot which nobody wants while vacationing….so we brought tons of fans- want to make note that they had central air plus tons of fans PLUS a window air conditioner in upstairs! Nobody was ever hot and I wanted to make sure to share for anyone else ever worried! This is a prime vacationing spot and we would gladly return again 💙

Cleanliness

There was a lot of dog hair all over the floor, furniture and bed spreads, had to sweep, mop and wash everything, the Keurig was full of mold and the other coffee pot was filthy , couldn’t use the grill, when we did there was what looked like paint was falling on our food, it was pealing off falling on our food, other than that, the place was beautiful and we did have a wonderful time, and we do appreciate the use of the water accessories the raft kayaks we really did. Have a great time.

Great family vacation!

We loved staying at this house! It was very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone (both inside and out). There were a lot of "extras" available at this house that made our stay nicer- life jackets & water shoes, water toys, a kayak, board games & DVDs, citronella candles, beach towels, USB charging outlets, etc. Having a dishwasher and a washer & dryer in the house was so great! The water was nice to swim in, and the water mat was perfect (and fun!) for our young kids, and made it easy for them get in and out of the water. The neighbors were very nice, and the location was great. Quiet & peaceful, but still within a short drive to so many of the things that make Northern Michigan wonderful!

Very Rural Area

Pros: Directly on the lake, Kayaks supplied, water shoes/life jackets supplied, nice laundry room, great fully stocked kitchen, new power reclining couches in living room with USB charger ports on the sides, large dining room table, fire pit, AC on first floor, lily pad off dock, less than 30 min to Mackinaw City, master bedroom large enough for us & toddler bed that we brought, grill worked great, home owner responded to texts very quickly, very clean house overall, comfortable beds - firm & relatively new Cons: No AC on second floor (particularly rough in back bedroom), strong smell of sulfur in water supply, only one bathroom on second floor where 3 of 4 bedrooms are located, hard to access lake for swimming/lily pad (no ladder on main dock), very muddy bottom lake (must use water shoes), very very rural area so internet is poor (no live streaming), only 2 channels on TV available, cell phone reception spotty, Walmart main grocery shopping (not a great Walmart - barely stocked shelves), deck needed power washing/cleaning from trees dropping pods/leaves A couple decent restaurants in Cheboygan - Mulligans, Alices for “greasy spoon” type breakfast, Pier M33, 2 different ice cream shops (one is a DQ) Bring your own wireless booster hot spot if internet is important. Being there over 4th of July, neighbors had tons of fireworks and there was a “boat parade” on the 4th (also a parade in town). Best part of trip was visiting Mackinac Island for the day. The backyard lawn was a great place to relax minus the bugs - tons of bugs in general (mosquitos). Saw a turtle, ducks, deer, chipmunks, much wildlife. One interesting thing, the time of year we went, it was light outside from roughly 5:30AM to 10PM. Went over to Aloha State Park one day to seek a sandy area to enter water, folks were very nice but unfortunately there were exterior shells of May Fly remains all in the water so swimming there was not so great. Nearby horseback riding stable was shut down and out of business. Overall, some of the cons the owner couldn’t control, I understand that, but expectations were not properly set for some of the items. We are a technology forward family typically so the lack thereof and the lack of AC on the main sleeping floor were detractors for us. Depending on what you are looking for, this could be a great vacation spot otherwise.

Extended Family Vacation

The house and stay were great! Christine and Jeff even greeted us when we arrived and gave us local suggestions for activities and restaurants. The property and lake are a beautiful location to relax and enjoy a northern Michigan summer. The house is only a 17 minute drive to town for major a grocery store or movie theather! The wifi signal was very weak and we weren't able to send emails when working from 'home' and with spotting cell service had trouble making phone calls. Overall, the home is a location to spend quality time with family and be off the grid.

Great for Family Reunions

This house is on a fun, small, clean lake that is excellent for skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. The children had a blast on the grassy yard at the waterfront. There is not a sandy beach, but that did not bother us. The owners anchored a foam mat off the dock that everyone enjoyed playing "king of the mat" or just relaxing on the water. We also took advantage of the kayaks that the owners made available every day. The kayaks were a fun way to get to the house that my brother's family rented a few hundred yards down the lake. The owners were great to work with. The upstairs bedrooms got a little warm on the hottest days. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are connected in such a way that you have to go through one to get to the other. That worked for us since one family group shared both rooms. We had a great week at this property.

Awesome that’s only one word that describes this property.

We had such a great time. The home was immaculate and beautiful all the way thru. Had a fabulous view of the lake. We sat on the deck a lot. The kids loved the water pad and the times they went tubing. Didn’t catch any fish but the house was worth no fish. The owners would get back to me when I had a question immediately. The house was stocked with anything you will need. We were with the ten of us and had plenty of plates and cups and glasses. We didn’t even buy paper plates or cups. Outstanding property. We hope to go back again soon time. Thanks Chris and Jeff for sharing your house with us.

family vacation July 20-27,2019

This was our first attempt at a family vacation. There were 7 adults and 5 children in our group. The home is very clean, nicely furnished and decorated and in a very quiet neighborhood. The property owners were quick to answer any questions and accommodate our group as best as possible. We all had a great time on the water with the kayaks, swimming and fishing available. Cheboygan seems like a very nice town although we spent most of our day trips at Mackinac City and the Island and other points nearby for rock hunting etc. Our group may have been a little large with only two bathrooms but we never ran out of hot water and it seemed to work out well. The only negative is that it does get pretty warm upstairs even when it's not super hot outside. But overall a great experience .

Great place to stay

The property was great. Kids had a blast on the lake. Only drawback was with the number of people there, the dryer boke and couldn't be replaced until after we left. It was hard to dry laundry on the days that were rainy, especially the amount of clothes with 7 kids under the age of 11. I always look for a place with a washer and dryer. Other than that, we had a great time. Very friendly neighbors too!
