Esta casa está ubicada a solo tres cuadras de Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Con cuatro habitaciones, tres baños completos y un sofá cama, esta casa duerme cómodamente 10 (12 con un colchón inflable, proporcionado por el propietario). Cuatro camas queen y una cama queen sofá cama abajo. Cada habitación tiene televisión de pantalla plana por cable e internet inalámbrico. En la planta baja tiene pisos de madera en el comedor y baldosas en la cocina y sala de estar. ¡Dos sofás y una gran televisión de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y cable digital son el área ideal para relajarse después de un día lleno de diversión en la playa!

ONCE bicicletas (8 cruceros, 1 tándem, 2 niños) están disponibles para su uso durante su estancia, así como sillas de playa y juguetes de playa. Hay dos parrillas, una de propano y otra de carbón. Un gran patio al aire libre en la planta baja es perfecto para cocinar al aire libre y el balcón del segundo piso es el lugar ideal para tomar el sol.

Hay un amplio estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública con capacidad para 6 vehículos.

Wonderful Beach House

This is a wonderful house, with plenty of room, lots of amenities, and located very close to the beach! We had a great time there and are already planning our return trip for next year.

The whole property was great but the proximity to the ocean, having beach wagons available, and having a yard for the kids to run around was great. Brandon was very responsive and helpful.

My family and I had the most enjoyable, unforgettable experience staying in Emerson’s Cottage. The house itself wa. extraordinary: clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of entertainment and amenities you could wish for. We had great communication with the owner for any questions or issues we had, they were help in fixing it immediately. Highly recommended this place in the future.

Family friendly home

House had many things to make a family vacation enjoyable even on bad weather days. Tv in every bedroom board arcade and lawn games and pool and ping pong. Having the bikes was great as well.had a great time

Love family reunion

Great location, comfortable environment and household amenities, useable kitchen for preparing our own meals. Lots of great photo ops to save the memories. Back Bay Wild Life preserve was my favorite. Kids loved the ocean.

Overall it is a beautiful home & location. Lolly’s ice cream shop right behind the house was awesome! Beach a short walk away and beach cruisers make it even better. House is very accommodating and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Nice house in perfect location

The house is near to all the actions. Bikes is really nice. Kids are happy with all the games in the house. Beach is within walking distance. The house have some beach toys for the kids, beach chairs. We can go to the beach in the morning, stay for few hours, go home for lunch + nap, and when the sun is not too hot, we go back again, The next day, its repeat :)

Perfect home for a nearby family wedding

We had a fabulous weekend! We used the bikes to ride up to the Virginia Beach Art Show on Friday. The home was the perfect size for our family as we prepared to attend wedding festivities both Friday and Saturday night. We actually walked to the wedding as it was only a few blocks away! We were also able to have extended family over for an impromptu brunch. Lots of room both inside and out for gathering. Highly recommend!

Perfect Hom

This is a perfect home located in the Vibe District. It was within walking distance of several amazing restaurants and coffee shops. It was also a short walk to the beach and the Virginia Beach Sports Center where we spent the majority of the weekend. The house came with almost every amenity that you would need for a beach vacation including multiple decks to hang out on, a beautiful lawn to play games, bikesmto ride around town, and boardgames to play inside the hosue. The most popular hit of the weekend were the two old school video game machines that provided hours of fun for our boys throughout a rainy weekend. We would definitely stay at this house again the next time we have a small group in Virginia Beach

Family Summer Get-a-way

Our family lives in different parts of the country. Each August we select a place to stay that everyone can get to so that the multi-generational family (ages 6-50) can reconnect and make memories. This property was perfect for us. There was plenty of room on the first floor to gather for meals and play games. The outdoor area offered shaded and sunlit options for seating and convening. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The detail that was slightly unusual, but not an issue at all, was that out of the four bedrooms, 3 had direct hallway access and the other could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. Once again, not an issue for us! The VIBE District was more than we expected! Short walk to the beach (perfect), quiet street, and just a street or two over there were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, a farmer's market on Saturday, and quite a bit of night life. Something for everyone! I would definitely recommend this property!

Great location, but need a little love. You must do wash, dry and fold all laundry before check out

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and most attractions. We had great time! The house and amenities need a love in order to reflect the price of the stay. It’s all minor things, but details make differences. The cleaness of the property was just ok ( bathroom...), out of the 11 bycicles included, most if not all of them had flat tires, loose handlebar and or derailed chain. I use the tire pump, but some tube were just dead. The microwave door was broken and the sink crusher was not in working condition ( water level issue). The 2 main things for us were: you need to walk in others bedroom in order to access the main bathroom. In the check out instruction, all laundry must be done (wash and dry) before check out. We had to do laundry overnight in order to check out early. I never had to do all laundry in my previous rental. If you have to wash, dry and fold all towels, 4 beds sheets it takes many cycles. That why we did them over night in order to check out early.

Great house for our family group. Numerous games, both indoor and outdoor to entertain everyone and a TV in almost every room. Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops and great coffee. Short drive to many great attractions. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Terrific Weekend

This was the perfect place for a multiple day trip. I personally appreciated that there was a charcoal and propane grill but everyone else in my group had other things they preferred (pool table, outside sitting area, outside garden)

Beach cruisers are fun for the entire family! The Virginia Beach boardwalk is the best place to "cruise" which makes the bicycle collection a must have. We have two arcade games, lawn games and beach toys for the whole family to enjoy. Large front yard, patio and two grills is the perfect setting to gather the family and enjoy the salty air.
