Beautifully decorated, dog-friendly home with large heated sports pool and spa, fenced-in backyard with doggie door. Two bedrooms with ensuites and two more bedrooms with shared bathroom. Includes a bonus TV/reading room with sleeper sofa. Exquisite river table seats 10. A 65" TV on lanai. Home is located in the popular North Naples area which is conveniently located to beaches, parks, restaurants, and shopping.

We were in town for a family wedding. Everything about this home was perfect, just as pictures show. Pictures can’t show how comfortable it really is. There were 6 adults & 2 kids, and we had plenty of room. Patio was my personal favorite, comfortable couch & chairs, really nice for having g coffee or watching tv. Nicole was a great host, kept us up to date on 1 or 2 items, which truthfully didn’t interfere with our stay at all. Communication was extremely easy. Great location and I would say a MUST stay if you’re in the area. Thank you Nicole, look forward to coming back.

Enjoyed the stay. Close to lots of places. quiet neighborhood. Saltwater Pool was great. Large patio with grill. House nice and spacious. Bed was a bit hard. Would like to see a handle at pool. Host was quick with responding to questions and easy to deal with.

Home away from home

The house had everything you need to have a comfortable vacation stay. Plenty of towels for bath and pool, pots and pans and dishes, several TVs even one out side which was great to dip in the pool and watch March madness at the same time. Would recommend staying here. Owners were easily reached and very helpful.

Perfect spot for family with teens

The house floor plan was perfect for our family with three teenage boys. The outdoor area was fantastic and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook (which I love to do and am particular) for our small army of men. I’m so glad we were able to bring our adult golden retriever, she enjoyed her walks in the quiet neighborhood. We were close to the golf courses the guys wanted to play so that was a plus. Will definitely rebook next time we are in the area.

Making memories

Our 3 generation family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was perfect as we have all been coming to Naples for many, many years. The house itself was extremely clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. We especially loved the coffee maker and the coffee left for us was thoughtful. We were all happily surprised with the screened in pool area - little added bonus. The pool was very clean and at a wonderful swimming temperature during our entire stay. The owner was also very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood to make memories with those you love the most!

Fabulous family stay with everything you need

Our family had a fabulous stay. The home was beautiful and well-stocked for a fun week near the beach. Beach was 10 min away. Lots of great restaurants nearby. House had beach supplies including chairs and umbrella, cooler and toys. Beach towels were available. Kitchen was very well stocked. The outside living space was screened in and the pool was great. We highly recommend this property. We hope to stay here on our next visit to Naples.

Amazing property & VERY clean!

My family has all told me to keep this property marked to stay again. I was a little hesitant to stay at a dog-friendly location, but the entire property exceeded my expectations on cleanliness!It is well stocked with anything you could need for beach fun (beach chairs, cooler bag, golf clubs, kayaks, etc.) The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking utensils and even things like ziploc bags & tin foil. We enjoyed the layout immensely. The dining table is just gorgeous...a real piece of art! We love doing puzzles & playing games, so we used the table a lot! The only negative is the chairs are very uncomfortable. We ended up using towels, pillows & sweatshirts to make them feel a little better.Then there is the backyard...it is so well laid out! The area with the sectional and TV were great for our college bowl games. The grill looked brand new, or very well taken care of! As my kids said, the pool is not "elderly friendly" with big steps to get in & out...but everyone loved it! There are some loose tiles that should be fixed, but the chairs under the umbrella in the water, the pool area & hot tub were all well used by my crew. It didn't really bother us, but know that the hot tub doesn't have actual jets to make bubbles all over. It was still relaxing and enjoyable, but we were surprised that there weren't jets to turn on.All in all this house is exceptional! Nicole was a great host & my family wants to return ASAP!

Perfect house

We were in town for Thanksgiving with family nearby. In our down time we used the pool which was warm and there were cozy towels. We had one dinner and breakfast everyday and the pots, pans spices, and utensils were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room sizes were large. The photos do not do the place justice. The smaller sitting room was convenient once the children were in bed and we could talk without waking them. The bathrooms were nice sized. I texted with a question and got an answer immediately. Convenient location in a nice quiet neighborhood. I will book this house again!

A home away from home

Comfort and peace - quiet neighborhood centrally located, friendly neighbors, great walking space. Immediately felt at home - not in a rental space. Pet friendly lots of space for visiting family great pool with colorful lights at night! Great bookcase with mystery novels. Look forward to returning next year.

Spring break 2024

Our group of 8 (2 families of 4) enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking meals. The pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The location worked well. It's just a few miles from the beach and there was plenty of shopping/restaurants close. If you plan on being downtown or near the marina a lot, it's about a 20 min drive each way, depending on traffic. The house is nice and clean and there's not a crazy list of things to do when checking out. Nicole was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We had some minor requests that she was very happy to help us with. She was also very accommodating with check-in/check-out timing for us. I would have no reservation about recommending her as a host. Some minor things that could be improved are the beds in the "small master" and the twin beds. While comfortable, they were almost comically loud and squeaked almost every time someone moved. We did not mention this while there and I'm sure she would have been happy to fix it. The other 2 bedrooms (main and other queen bed) didn't have those issues. The couple who stayed in the main bedroom enjoyed the sleep number features. We also saw 1-2 roaches a few nights in the main bed bathroom. We mentioned it and Nicole very quickly offered to send an exterminator out. We didn't have time to be there to let them in so we opted to let it go. It's FL so not crazy to see bugs occasionally. It wouldn't keep us from staying here again.

Excellent property

This is an outstanding property: Big enough for a large family and equally comfortable for a senior couple with two dogs (and visitors). Having four bedrooms including a large master, two with its own bath and the 3rd bath between the two other bedrooms allows privacy. Located in a residential neighborhood, the home has been nicely renovated and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable and very high tech. The kitchen is well appointed with what a large family would use including a wide array of appliances and gadgets. The U-shaped fenced-in backyard allows dogs the freedom to run. Dog doors to the lanai and yard are built in. Walking the neighborhood is the other option for exercising dog(s). Located in Willoughby Acres near the intersection of Immokolee Rd and Livingston Rd in North Naples, shopping at the Strand (Publix), Seed to Table, and Greentree Plaza (CVS) are short drives away. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is a straight drive west on Immokolee Rd to the closest beach. The landlords are wonderful people, responding to requests quickly and efficiently. We would recommend this property to all. Be sure to notice the dining room table which seats ten and probably more. It is a work of art.
