Condominio de lujo privado de 2 dormitorios con 2 baños completos Torre 1 tercer piso en Raceday Center Condos. Justo al lado de la autopista 11 con una vista directa de BMS desde el balcón. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal y reina en el dormitorio de invitados. Colchón inflable tamaño queen disponible si es necesario. Ropa de cama incluida o puede traer la suya. Lavadora y secadora ubicada dentro del condominio. Cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo lo que necesitaría si prefiere cocinar en Walmart, Food City, tiendas de conveniencia y licores dentro de un radio de 5 millas. Numerosos restaurantes y comida rápida en 15 minutos. 5 televisores, incluido uno en el balcón con cable. WiFi incluido. Tablero arcade Pac Man / Galaga también. Acceso a la casa club con ping pong, mesa de billar, gimnasio y jacuzzi al aire libre y piscina. Parrillas de gas y máquina de hielo en el área de la casa club también. 2 plazas de aparcamiento y 1 tarjeta de acceso a la puerta. Este condominio es principalmente nuestra residencia principal. Tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día. Hay múltiples eventos durante todo el año con carreras de NASCAR en BMS en abril y agosto y eventos de NHRA en el arrastre en junio y julio. Estancia mínima de 2 noches. No se permiten mascotas y no fumar dentro. Tarifa de limpieza de $ 100 y depósito de garantía reembolsable de $ 500. La bañera de hidromasaje normalmente está abierta para la carrera de abril con la apertura de la piscina hacia fines de mayo y ambas cierran a mediados de septiembre.

Beautiful property, great location. Short drive to State Street in downtown Bristol. Convenient and easy access from the street. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, very clean. Sherri was very responsive leading up to our visit, and we encountered no problems with the rental. Very comfortable and very well-maintained. We will definitely be looking to return here for our annual Rhythm and Roots visit!

Amazing place!

My parents tagged along for the weekend to watch my 1 year old while I attended and helped with a wedding nearby. The room was very clean with lots of amenities at our reach. The owner was available to answer any question I had and was very sweet. We will definitely be staying here again!

The cleanest and most well kept condo I have ever stayed in. Had all of the amenities of home. Hostess was awesome. We are already talking about planning our next girl’s weekend. Highly recommended!

Lovely Condo

Sherri’s condo is immaculate, well stocked, warm, friendly and fun! We could not have asked for anything more. We had Thanksgiving dinner with our son there. Communication with Sherri was easy and professional. Location is great in that it’s easily accessible to Bristol, Johnson City and Elizabethton. We will be back!

Condo? More like a Heaven on a hill!

Communication could not have been better!! Check in/out instructions were precise and clear. Super Clean-Super Cozy Plenty of room for 4 best friends not to kill each other. Coffee on the balcony while sitting in an actual cloud? Perfection. Location was superior- looking from the patio across the street is the massive Bristol Motor Speedway. 20 minutes to anything and almost everything. Making new reservations this evening. We own rental as well, and I am very serious when penning a review. This place was undoubtedly the best we have had the distinct pleasure to occupy. The moment you walk in the establishment hugs you, an aura of peace just enveloped us. Thank you for the opportunity to experience your dwelling. Chris and Pamela

Quiet and Luxurious

First of all, the location of the condo is enough alone to choose to stay there. Right across the street from Bristol Motor Speedway! The view is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The condo itself is by far the cleanest that we have stayed at. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to stretch out and relax. The place is loaded with luxuries. There is a TV in every room and one on the back deck. The beds and the sofas are super comfortable. The place was quiet. If we had neighbors during our stay, we couldn’t tell. It’s very secure with a gated entrance and we found out that most of the owners in Tower one live their year round. I highly recommend this condo to anyone attending an event at the speedway. We went for a Cleetus and Cars event and it was very helpful to have a condo across the street that we could walk back to and cool off or at when we got hot and tired. We probably saved around $200 during the weekend by not having to buy meals at the speedway. Sherri is an excellent host and responded very quickly on VRBO messenger when I had questions. I highly recommend this condo and will stay there again when we travel back to Bristol.

Comedy Festival at the Dragway

I’ve stayed at a lot of luxury hotels as well as many VRBO properties over the last several years. Sherri and her husband have thought of every detail with this property. Great communication before and during our stay. Very ,very clean. Everything you could possibly need from a kitchen, linen, or toiletries standpoint. Great beds and linens. Perfect location for the event we were attending. Fantastic AV equipment. Every single neighbor was as friendly as could be. Great book of useful info on the counter to make your stay even more enjoyable. Took me a minute to figure out how to turn on the shower in the master bath, but that was no problem. Can’t say enough good things about the owner or the property. Absolutely wonderful experience. Very cool decor and vibe!!

Fly fishing trip

Roomy condo across the street from Bristol Motor Speedway. Accommodations were first class. Close to restaurants, places to see and downtown Bristol. Short drive to South Holston River, Watauga River and mountain streams for fly fishing.

Exceptional Experience

This was one of the best VRBOs in which we have stayed. The hosts pulled out all the stops to make us feel welcomed. There were chocolates awaiting us, as well as, a free ticket to the speedway lights. Free coffee ? Who does that? Thanks for making this a great experience.

Thunder Valley Nationals

We come to the drag races every year and have stayed atone of the Race Day Condos for the last ten years. This was our first time for this particular unit and found it to surpass expectations in amenities. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Great condo!

When we walked in the door, we both said “nice”! The condo was spotless. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc., everything you need to prepare meals. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, soap, etc., and very plush towels. Shari was quick to answer any questions we had. I will definitely consider renting this condo when I return to Bristol.

Drag races

Walk to Bristol Motor Speedway

We had a great experience staying here! Super clean, everything was as listed, comfortable beds. Kids enjoyed the pool. We stayed here for a family-friendly event at Bristol Motor Speedway and the location couldn’t have been better. After the event, we were back sitting on the condo balconey before most people had gotten to their cars and out of the parking lot. Easy communication and check-in! Highly recommend!

Weekend at Bristol Raceway

The rental experience was nothing short of great! The condo owner was very easy to communicate with and the directions for property use were thorough and easy to understand. The property was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We really loved the balcony that over looked the race track. It was a great experience and we hope to rent frkm her again next year for our annual race at bristol.
