This 4th floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen, three beds, and a pull-out couch, making it a great place for family and friends to enjoy time with each other, all while having their own space. Walk out onto the balcony and enjoy the incredible views of the Bristol Motor Speedway and Appalachian Mountains. Centrally located in Bristol, this property is a short drive to Johnson City, Abingdon, and Kingsport. This is a space to get away, relax, and feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable! They had had some thoughtful touches .. like some complimentary bottles of water and Gatorade! They even have extras like shampoo and feminine products. Plenty of clean towels. We stayed here for a local pickleball tournament and will absolutely be back!

Would definitely stay here again

The condo was comfortable, clean and the location is perfect. We spent much of our time at Bristol Motor Speedway. Being able to walk to the track was so convenient. Any questions we had were promptly answered. We would definitely stay here again.

Although not here for Nascar races, this condo looks out at the Racetrack. It is in a gated community and provides very easy access to anything in the Tri-City area. I was very appreciative of the owners and their responsiveness, checking in to confirm all was well.Great experience.

Baseball trip

The property was great for what we needed. We were able to relax in the pool get a quick workout during our downtime. It was in good proximity to the different baseball venues that we played at. It was easy getting into the property as well.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and clean with all the amenities that you could ever need.

Stephen was prompt and courteous throughout the complete rental process and during our stay. They had everything covered ahead of time so we didn't have to bother them but he still checked in with us to ensure everything was okay.

Fourth floor, quiet, neighbors quiet, felt safe since a state trooper car was always present in the parking lot. Elevator. Easy to get too. Located off of a main road but access to plenty of shopping and Lowes. Will be a repeat visitor.

Peaceful Dragstrip Pitstop

Very delightful property, located directly across the street from Bristol Raceway and Dragstrip. Quiet condo buidling, located conveniently to area restaurants and downtown Bristol. The unit was very clean with all amenities included. Each room has large screen t.v.'s. There are board games and puzzles in case of inclement weather. The host, Heather, was in communication prior to artival and was responsive during our stay. We look forward to renting this condo in the future when we travel to Bristol to race.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town for a softball tournament. This was a great location for us as it was only a short drive to the ball fields. The pool was very welcoming after some long hot days. Conveniences were only a short drive with plenty to do. There was plenty of room in the condo for us all to do our own thing and it was very well stocked with items you may need. Just for reference because it is all preference the bed in the master is very soft. If you prefer a medium to hard mattress this bed may not be for you. This was the only downfall for me but again in no way took away from our experience.

Location, Location, Location!

This is the place to stay if you are attending anything at BMS. Fantactic views of BMS and this is as close to the track as you can get. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated as has anything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The host responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. I will be staying here again when I am in the area.

It’s Bristol Baby

The accommodations here are remarkable. TV’s in every room. Loved the condo and the pool being close enough to the drag strip to run back and forth. The gate made me feel safe.

Great Location Across From the Speedway

My wife are here for work. We had short notice of the dispatch and the manging company was able to accommodate. The southern hospitality doesnt end there. We normally stay in bigger homes with tile or laminate because we have a 2 year old. However the condo is well kept and very spacious for being a condo. The condo is centrally located in making it extremely convenient to everything. The condo was super clean. It was a pleasure every single time I texted with the host and truly enjoyed their promptness and kindness all throughout.

Weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect for my best friends Bachelorette/weekend getaway! The property owners were phenomenal to work with. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Also, the condo was so clean! Honestly, it could not have been any cleaner, which we were very appreciative of! Everything you need is in this condo and it is exactly as pictured. No surprises! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend!
