Hermosa casa unifamiliar al otro lado de la calle (de Murray BLVD) desde la sede de Nike y a una corta distancia a pie de Villa Sports, donde puedes obtener un pase de un día para disfrutar de las piscinas olímpicas cubiertas y al aire libre durante todo el año, o pasar el rato en su cafetería para tomar un café. así como sándwiches rápidos y saludables. Tres dormitorios (cada uno con una cama queen) y 2 baños completos se encuentran en el 3er piso. Cocina, comedor, sala de estar junto con un área de oficina con un balcón abierto frente a un espacio abierto en el segundo piso. Unos minutos en automóvil lo llevan a Cedar Hills Blvd, donde puede encontrar varios restaurantes y tiendas. Max (tren ligero), Tektronix, Columbia Sportswear HQ, New Seasons, Fred Meyer, Office Depot, Best Buy entre otros que se encuentran a menos de ~ 2 millas. Aproximadamente 15 minutos conduciendo a Intel, 8 millas al centro de Portland. Todo está cerca. Ubicación muy conveniente ya sea que viaje por negocios o diversión.

My girlfriend and I spent Valentine’s Day weekend here and we had an amazing time! Lynn was a great host and very communicative with us. The location is a perfect for a little getaway from the busy downtown area but still close enough if you want to venture over there. Lots of food and shopping all close by as well. We can’t wait to come back and thank you again for having us!

Very clean. Our family of 4 stayed and everyone had their own bedroom. It was a nice, safe neighborhood. Very nice kitchen and living room area. Easy parking in the garage.

Stayed 4 nights in this Beaverton VRBO, the location was great, easy access to the coast, downtown and gorge! We stayed here with 6 girlfriends. We walked every morning. Loved it!

Great house in a convenient location.

We visited Beaverton to see friends and family over the holidays. The property location and layout of this home was perfect for our small gathering including the clean, well appointed kitchen adjoined to open dining and living areas. The bedrooms and baths upstairs were nicely done and very comfortable. Having a garage to park in was also nice. We liked the proximity to Cedar Hills shopping and food as well as walks around the trails at the Nike campus across the street.

Great property!

The house was clean and great for 3 couples. You have to watch out for a couple bed frames, as they stick out beyond the mattress and are perfect to bang your shin on. Also, the listing said 3 full bathrooms, but it's actually 2.5. Other than these super minor things, is a great place to stay in the Portland area!

Thank you Andy for your clarification on the # bathrooms. We provided accurate info for each bathroom, but Vrbo decides how / what info they show on the website. Which we dont have control.

Unprofessional and rude

I would never stay here or recommend this property to anyone. This lady that owns this property is just plain rude. We had a late flight and she just kept texting us and rushing us to check in while we were at the grocery store picking up essentials for the weekend. Mind you, she already gave us a code for check in, we did NOT need her to stay up while we got there. She just wanted to keep tabs on us and being totally unprofessional with her rude and uncalled for statements. She also stated that there was a 10pm check in curfew and if we didn't check in by midnight, we would have to sleep in the car because she doesn't sleep past midnight. I checked on the site and it didn't state that we had to be checked in by 10pm ANYWHERE! I have never heard of such rules. And she gave us a code to get in through the garage, there's no need to wait on us! The next day, she text us again asking us to move the garbage can for her! She also barely left us any toilet paper and we had to go buy extra. At this point, I wanted to tell her to just stop texting me and let us enjoy our damn vacation! We are professionals in our 40's-50's we DO NOT need this type of negativity while trying to enjoy a vacation.

Very pleasant stay

My two daughters and I spent the weekend shopping for a wedding dress for my youngest daughter. It was an exhausting weekend, but we really enjoyed coming back to the house to relax and put our feet up. The house is one of the nicest VRBO homes I have stayed in and the location worked perfect for us. Two of the dress appointments were less than 15 minutes away and we enjoyed takeout two nights (Thai and Vietnamese food) only a few minutes away. The BG Food Cartel, only 5 minutes away, was our choice for lunch both days - around 30 trucks, lots of seating,, great food and reasonable prices. Worked really well as family kept showing up throughout our second lunch there and we ended up with quite a crowd. The house is 3 stories but that was not an issue for us.

An adult getaway

We were a party of six adults heading to Portland for a long weekend. The house is clean, comfortable and in a nice area. A quick 15 minute drive to downtown Portland, and away from the city. We had a great time exploring the city and coast, so we didn't spend a ton of time at the house. Beds were comfortable, and we would stay again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s great! Furniture and beds are super comfortable. Kitchen has it all. Lynn is super great to work with. I would highly recommend!

Clean and convenient

This was a great location, close to services and in a good neighborhood. Home was wonderful and clean. Furniture in the living and dining area is not overly comfy but serves the purpose. We had to fix the shower head and pick up after the cleaning crew but nothing major at all.

Great stay in the Portland area

The property was just as fantastic as it looks and is described - new 3BR/2.5BA that is clean, modern, close to shopping/restaurants, and only 15 min away from downtown Portland. Also unlike some rentals, it was fully stocked (e.g., shampoo, soap, TP, paper towels, laundry and kitchen supplies, etc). The owner was great and always answered all of my emails very quickly.

Lynn’s house amazing ! Everything was nice and clean when we got there , and you can tell Lynn takes her time to accommodate her guests ! She even had slippers for us all to wear inside of the home ! Lynn’s place was a pleasant retreat !

Very nice!

Very nice home, looks as good in person as it does in the pictures posted! Very clean and had everything we needed. Being able to drive into and park in the attached garage was so convenient in the cool wet weather. Lynn was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again during future trips to Portland!
