Welcome to our serene, single-level retreat—a thoughtfully designed four-bedroom, two-bath home with a fully fenced backyard. It could easily sleep 8-10 people. Vlad and I truly love this space, and it brings us joy to share it with travelers who value exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and a peaceful flow throughout the home.

The home comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 8 dedicated sleeping spaces:

Primary Suite: King-size bed with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds—great for kids, friends, or individual travelers.
Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed.

Traveling with more than 8 guests? Just let us know in advance! We can prepare the sofa bed for a 9th guest and provide a queen-size inflatable mattress for a 10th guest.

With 10 people, the sleeping arrangements will be a little cozy, but it's a great budget-friendly option for larger groups who want to stay together in one home rather than book multiple accommodations. Let us know your group size, and we'll make sure everything is set up for your arrival! Correct number of guests must be added to reservation

The open layout makes it easy to relax and unwind. Each bedroom is furnished with cozy, comfortable beds, while the spacious living room offers plenty of room to lounge, gather, or simply slow down. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cookware and generous counter space, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner.

Parking is effortless, with a roomy driveway and additional curbside options. Step outside to enjoy the backyard, where a comfortable gazebo invites you to relax and a large grassy area gives pups plenty of space to play.

To maintain a calm and welcoming environment, parties are not permitted. That includes large dinner gatherings.

Cats are not allowed to stay or visit due to severe allergies.

Pet Bed Policy — Because Even Pooches Have Their Own Beds!

We absolutely love your fur babies and are happy to welcome them! To keep things clean, comfortable, and fresh for everyone, we provide a comfy doggy bed for your pup to sleep in.

Please keep your four-legged royalty off the human beds.

Pet hair is notoriously difficult to remove from bedding, and excessive hair can permanently damage or ruin linens. Since we do not charge a pet fee, we simply cannot afford to replace freshly washed bedding every time Pouch decides the human bed looks more luxurious than his perfectly good doggy bed.

This is a firm house policy: dogs must sleep in the provided pet bed—not on the human beds.

We appreciate your help keeping our linens clean, fresh, and ready for the next guest. Your pup gets a comfy bed, you get happy linens, and everyone wins!

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house, including medicinal marijuana . This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping/e-cigarettes, cannabis, and any other smoking or inhaled products. There are no exceptions to this policy.
