El Beach Resort incluye 4 apartamentos y 1 estudio. Nuestro complejo está ubicado en el corazón de Cape Coral, cerca del puente sur de Cape Coral Bridge que conecta Fort Myers y Cape Coral. Este es el lugar ideal para llegar rápidamente a las atracciones y playas de Florida en automóvil. La proximidad a la playa de Cape Coral también permite disfrutar de estancias más cortas en la playa y terminar la noche en uno de los muchos bares y restaurantes cercanos.

Nuestros apartamentos están diseñados individualmente y se encuentran en un complejo de fácil construcción, que ofrece absoluta privacidad.

Cada apartamento tiene su propia terraza muy privada y área privada para tomar el sol, que ya le da la sensación de playa correcta. La enorme área de la piscina con spa climatizado y asientos integrados está protegida y evita la entrada de insectos y animales molestos. Una gran parrilla de barbacoa le invita a las noches de barbacoa.

Great area

We chose this place for the area it’s close to downtown Cape Coral and it’s activities. Nice pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Getaway

I stayed 16 days and was extremely satisfied. Having the pool with the hot tub after a day of baseball was great. The location had everything you might need for any length of stay: groceries, numerous restaurants, fuel and rapid access to Ft. Myers or Pine Island.

Excellent! Delightful studio, very private with lovey patio .

Everything went smoothly. Pool and hot tub were used every day. Relaxing and had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. Simple but perfect for my needs. I was alone and felt safe at all times. A bit of a drive to beaches and shopping, but the Publix and CVS were 5 min away. I enjoyed exploring Cape Coral and surrounding areas. Great trip!

Unit was pretty much as described & pictured. As seniors, we foubd the bathroom to be exceedingly small/tight to maneuver in. We see parking as problematic: property has 5 units. There are 4 paved spots and a usable part of the side yard for one vehicle. If any guest has more than one vehicle, parking can be an issue. In our opinion, owner should restrict guests to one vehicle per unit. Property manager was very accessible & did her best to ameliorate the parking issue. All in all, Starfish served its purpose for our short (4 night) stay.

In general, the parking situation at our Beach Resort does not pose any problems because, as you described, there are still (several) parking possibilities on the side yard and our guests also take each other into consideration in this matter. We see ourselves therefore neither forced nor in the position to pronounce restrictions in relation to the number of vehicles. Furthermore, we can only apologize once again that you have found the parking situation so disturbing and we thank you for your great 5-star review.

Wrong location

The VRBO address was listed in the heart or Fort Myers and was my main reason for booking the property. I searched for properties based on location. Come to find out when I took an Uber from the airport the true location was not the location provided in VRBO. The actual address was provided to me via direct email from the owner. I stayed in the apartment for one night and left a day early because of the inconvenient location. I spoke with the owner about the miss leading location and they agreed they weren’t sure why VRBO had their other property’s address in fort Myers and apologized, but were unable to accommodate me at the other location in fort Myers. Since then I see the address was properly updated for future bookings. Upon asking the owner for at least compensation for one night because of my earlier departure and the miss leading location I was declined. I would not do business with this owner in the future. With that said, everything else about the property was accurate and would of been a good stay if it was at the advertised location. The local property manager was easy to work with and the accommodation were good. I’m giving an overall rating of 2 stars because of the interaction with the owner and the accuracy of the listing.

Our apartment has been listed with Vrbo for a long time and so far there have never been any discrepancies regarding the location. Therefore we can not say exactly whether the wrong address has always been there or maybe it was caused by a change. As mentioned correctly, meanwhile the correct address is listed in the advertisement again, because we immediately got in contact with Vrbo after the guest's hint. The wrong address information in the advertisement was surely an unfortunate circumstance and would have been surely more serious with a longer stay than with a stay of 2 nights. By the way, the arrival information we sent 3 weeks before the guest's stay contained the correct address information (and in the end, the two accommodations were not even 10 miles apart). A compensation on our part would have been no problem. However, the remark that the guest would wait with a review until a refund has made, made us think to the extent that we do not let ourselves be blackmailed for good valuations.

Great Vacation

This was one of the best vacations for my wife and I. The Gulf is everything I was told it was. The room is small but perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed., The pool area is perfect for relaxation. I cannot think of anything negative about this property. We will rent there again.
